"Local Option is a heavy metal brewpub found at the base of a nondescript three flat on the north side of Webster Avenue, just west of Seminary. You won't find drink specials or a cocktail menu here, just a whole lot of taps of liquid gold. About half of them are their own and the other are some of your best seasonal craft brews from around the country. Local Option is just as serious about its brewing division as it the bar itself. They've amassed a rotating collection of extremely unique German-inspired biers, which makes their tap list the true spotlight.
