Pull up a chair in their East café (or in one of many other eateries around town who proudly serve Bongo beans) and if you're lucky, you can convince someone to tell you all about the magic of proper roasting and artful brewing. If you're luckier, you're in the East café with one of their bagel bombs in hand (bagel sandwiches, but they call 'em bombs).
