Be there in the late afternoon and watch the sun set behind Votivkirche, which is actually one of the most outstanding neo-Gothic building in the world. Inside there are changing exhibitions and a bunch of pomp. Nevertheless, the area around this sacral masterpiece is full of young people and positive vibes."
