"Studebaker Building 84 is the main assembly plant of Studebaker's sprawling South Bend Plant 1 on the South edge of downtown. The building stands six stories tall with a basement and, when combined with Buildings 113 and 112 attached to the South and West sides of the building, contains 1 million square feet of usable space. Today, Buildings 84, 112, and 113 are being transformed into a mixed-use technology center and is currently home to South Bend City Church, enFocus, South Bend Code School, and Purdue Polytechnic." - West.SB
