"It was always Shaun and his wife (the head chef) Roberta's dream to open a restaurant. Their experience in fine dining is the backbone of this more laid back bistro. It’s the sort of place they’d like to eat on their days off. The decor is stripped back, a royal blue runs through the space accented by nautical features and crisp white wood paneling. If you’re lucky, you can grab a space at the bar overlooking the kitchen pass.
