"Pioneer Bar, Flatiron by Anti/Anti. This bar opened up about two years ago. When it did, it was the first retail business on the block (now there are several restaurants and three coffee shops). That said, Pioneers is a simple bar that brings together an eclectic group of people, including a large community of actors. Wednesday is generally improv night– always a good time."
