After a two-year renovation, I found Bellwood Coffee back open on Bolton Road, now occupying the entire space it once shared with Jim Adams Farm and Table in the Riverside neighborhood and serving as the brand’s flagship roastery and cafe and its first standalone location. Founded as a mobile coffee business in 2018 by brothers Joel and Charles Norman with friends Tommy Keough and Ben Shaum, the partners moved into Jim Adams Farm and Table a year later to serve coffee, espresso drinks and bottled soda concoctions while selling locally roasted beans; when Jim Adams closed in 2019 they continued operating on Bolton Road, briefly closed the shop in 2021 to focus on opening an East Atlanta Village location, and have now returned as a full-service coffee shop with seating and pastries as planned. Hours are Tuesday–Friday 7 a.m.–2 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday 8 a.m.–2 p.m.; bellwoodcoffee.com. - Beth McKibben
