"Located along Bridge Road, this brightly coloured South American restaurant blends traditions from Brazil, Belize, Peru and Guatemala under the direction of co-owner and chef Stephen Hogan (formerly of Chin Chin and Bistro Guillaume). Nearly half the menu is vegetarian, and the lively dining room — anchored by a wave-shaped central sofa — fills up each evening. Standout dishes include mozzarella chipa puffs served with dark mole, spiced pea and potato empanadas, tacos with maple-glazed eggplant and piquant pimento purée, and an elaborate sweet potato pie finished with red currant sorbet, candied kumara crisps, pineapple gel and lemon crumble." - Tim Gray
