"A cosy, sunlit home kitchen on Kerala’s coast that became the creative and operational base for a cookbook author who brought Mappila cuisine into the public eye. It is where the seminal Malabar Muslim Cookery and the later A Kitchen Full of Stories were developed and recipe-testing was organised (dozens of volunteers were recruited via social media from a large following).
