"A local tea brand whose co-founder recalls a surge in orders during the Covid-19 pandemic as people sent teas as care packages or finally had time to enjoy brewing at home. The brand experiments with tea-infused delicacies and runs tasting/pairing workshops; a notable collaboration with a local chocolatier grew out of these sessions and produced packaged tea-infused chocolates now stocked in cafés.
