"A luxe Japanese steakhouse Mother’s Day set that opens with three appetisers — a soft, buttery chawanmushi, a generous sashimi moriawase and miso soup — followed by a multi-item main centered on tender Miyazaki Wagyu steak served with fresh wasabi and fried shallots. Accompaniments include a bamboo-steamed vegetable medley, tempura moriawase and the restaurant’s signature Fat Rice (Japanese rice blended with rendered wagyu fat, hand-minced dried kelp and truffle oil).
