"Founded in 2011 and now one of London's most successful microbreweries (so much so that Heineken bought a minority stake), this brewery is known for quirkily named ales such as Gamma Ray, which offers tropical mango and grapefruit notes, and Neck Oil, a crisp, punchy IPA. Its taproom was scheduled to reopen after a makeover with a new upstairs space offering a full view of the brewery, and it operates on Saturdays and Sundays." - Delle Chan
