"Housed within the luxurious JW Marriott, this is not a typical hotel restaurant and bar but a swanky, upscale spot where you come for the food and stay for the drinks. The ground-floor bar confidently holds its own against the namesake restaurant located on the floor above. Its drinks menu follows a Latin American concept, with mixologists serving pisco cocktails in several variations, including classic, with cashews and angostura, and with cilantro, lime and salt.
