"A 30-acre olive grove with some 1,500 trees, run by a couple who focus on varietal clarity and small-scale production. Tasting notes highlight a Picual variety described as the gold standard with fennel-laced bitterness and a Frantoio with softer, sweeter nuances (a hint of banana cake).
