"Most visitors come to Puymirol for its famous restaurant, Michel Trama, a fine dining landmark in the old walled village since 1979. But the hotel attached to the one-MICHELIN-Star establishment is just as impressive. Both are located in a 13th-century mansion that once belonged to the Count of Toulouse, and great care was taken to preserve many of its most charming features, from ancient terracotta tiles and rustic wooden beams to grand fireplaces and a spectacular staircase carved from oak.
