"The first of the Israeli-based Brown hotels to open in Greece, Brown Acropol aims to recreate a very specific vision of Athens: not the classical history for which the city is most famous so much as the high modernism and hedonistic glamour of the swinging Sixties and Seventies. It begins with the building, a mid-century classic by modernist architect Emmanuel Vourekas, and the interiors, by the contemporary design agency K-Studio, use vintage and vintage-inspired elements to celebrate the era of the building’s construction." - Tablet Hotels
