Disneyland Paris' New Restaurant Brings Iconic Dishes From Popular Films

"Opened March 7 inside the five-star Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris, this theatrical fine-dining concept from chef Jean Imbert reimagines iconic moments from Disney films as inventive dishes. Offerings include Under the Sea (langoustine, shellfish and caviar), Prince Ali’s Tajine (chicken stuffed with dates and dried fruit), Remy’s Ratatouille (a Provençal vegetable reinterpretation with tomato water and a white balsamic condiment), Tony and Joe’s Spaghetti (the Lady and the Tramp–style spaghetti with veal confit and Comté emulsion) and truffle ravioli inspired by Beauty and the Beast; desserts range from a Lost Ark Shortbread (vanilla, caramel, candied lemon and almond crumble) to a blueberry‑vanilla creation with Timut berry and a basil-and-caviar-lime Enchanted Apple.
