Four Seasons' First Stand-alone Residences in North America Include a 13,000-square-foot Penthouse — See Inside

"Set in a newly built 13-story building in Beverly Hills, this is the brand’s first North American standalone residential project, offering 59 bespoke residences that average more than 2,400 square feet and include a 13,000-square-foot penthouse with a 6,000-square-foot rooftop terrace featuring a swimming pool, two reflecting pools and panoramic 180-degree views. Interiors by Martyn Lawrence Bullard reference 1950s–60s furniture design to blend luxury mid-century and modern California aesthetics; residences feature professional-grade gourmet kitchens with integrated Gaggenau appliances and built-in cabinetry, plus ensuite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, separate glass-walled showers and marble-clad dual vanities. Amenities emphasize wellness and elevated service, including an indoor–outdoor fitness and wellness center designed by Harley Pasternak (private training room, HydroMassage recovery room and outdoor zen space), a tiled saltwater zero-edge pool with private cabanas, an IMAX Private Theater Palais for up to 18 guests on a 17-foot screen, and a Residents’ Lounge with common kitchen, library and valet. Full residential services—24-hour concierge, pre-arrival provisioning, personal trainers, yoga instructors, professional photographers and celebrity chefs—are managed by Four Seasons; developed by Jonathan Genton of Genton Development Company and located near the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and the Beverly Wilshire, units are priced at roughly $3–$8.5 million." - Patricia Doherty Patricia Doherty Patricia Doherty is a writer who specializes in covering destinations, resorts, and cruises for Travel + Leisure and other publications.
