Hotel · Bibury
"The last time I stayed at The Swan, in Bibury — a Cotswolds village named the most beautiful in England by the 19th-century aesthete William Morris — I slept with the windows open and woke to the sound of a horse trotting past. The inn has lots of snug common rooms where you can sit by the fire in tweed-upholstered wingbacks and sip cocktails before dinner. And the food was delicious, with the smoked-in-house partridge being particularly memorable. Doubles from $300." - Travel + Leisure Editors
