Where have you been all my life?!
The bagels have a chewy crust, but they are soft/compress well enough so you don’t need to unhinge your jaw. The bagels have a nice bite and would work well with solid fillings like lox or tomatoes. I can see something like tuna/egg salad being a little messy but doable. You can order the bagels separately, with a spread, or in a sandwich.
I LOVED the everything bagel could be toasted without the dried garlic seasoning turning into char. Seriously, it’s easier said than done (ahem Loxsmith).
I swung by on a Saturday before noon. There were 6 other patrons inside. The process of lining up, ordering, leaving with my food took about 10minutes tops. Despite the quick transaction, it gave me plenty of time to look over the pantry staples and local goods for sale. There’s cute bench seating, a couple of tables for two, and a cute park a block away.
Street parking only.
