"This Central City spot stormed onto the New Orleans restaurant scene in 2016 and collected plenty of accolades along the way. Since then, the barbecue joint has seen changes at the pit and in ownership, as well as a sizable expansion. It’s housed in a corrugated metal building with a trio of custom-built cookers for smoking meats.
