"Elliot’s is a class act, from the drinks and food, to the service and casual cosiness of the room. The seasonal modern European food is sharing-style—signature decadent cheese puffs, anchovy toast, ricotta-topped wood-fired sourdough pizza—with a nice choice of steaks and whole fish to round it off. Wines are biodynamic and the staff will guide you through their selection of orange, pink, and chilled red wines to find you something you like." - sinead cranna, rianne shlebak, jake missing, daisy meager, heidi lauth beasley
"Elliot’s is one of London Fields’ safest bets, particularly if you’re partial to off-white tones and atmospheric Instagram stories of your dinner. Just like its Borough Market sibling, the 10-inch pizzas at this buzzing, biodynamic-loving, modern European restaurant are completely wolfable. Crab with lemon and chilli; taleggio, sage, and brown butter; and classics like pepperoni and ‘nduja. There’s a whole wood grill thing going on too. But we can’t help but feel that with its outside seating looking onto Mare Street in all its glory, it’s best placed for sipping drinks, splitting pizzas, and picking on salads." - Jake Oliver, Daisy Meager, Sinead Cranna
"The London Fields outpost of Elliot’s turns a busy and black bin-laden corner of Mare Street into something altogether more Kinfolk shoot-worthy. There are muted beige tones, there are ceramics and ceramicists at every table and, come summer, every wine glass is as orange as the setting sun. The 10-inch pizzas are chewy and the toppings, from beef ragu to aubergine and green olive gremolata, are all consistently delectable. Elliot’s is your go-to GLP for love and low sulphite-led catch-ups fuelled by modern European food." - Heidi Lauth Beasley, Rianne Shlebak, Sinead Cranna

"An adept example of contemporary British cuisine (good ingredients, cooked simply with the occasional twist, elegantly plated). Elliot’s takes pride in its low-intervention wine list and is a good spot for both lunch and dinner. [R]" - Ed Smith
