The Best Piping Hot Bowls of Ramen in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Yokohama-style Japanese ramen restaurant Hana Ramen serves both a popular meat lover ramen with pork belly, ground pork, pork back, and chicken broth, and a vegan miso ramen with spinach noodles and cabbage. Diners can also order the ominously named jigoku ramen (aka hell ramen), which is made with extra spicy miso, shoyu dare, and pork belly." - Janna Karel

Guys ! Ladies gents ! This place was AMAZING! We saw a tik tok that said we are sleeping on this local gem and they where not wrong ! If you are local or visiting Vegas like us STOP ! Not only is the food spot on the waitress was the best ! This place felt like home. For a family who is loud and free and jokes with each other we felt like we fit in and no judgement and talking with us like she belonged in our family. A good time was had. Who knew hot Ramon was a must have In 110 degree weather

This is a great place to get your ramen fix! The Meat Lovers Ramen was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, the meat was tender, and everything was perfectly balanced. The service was fast, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The menu has so many great options, and I can’t wait to come back and try something different next time. If you’re a ramen lover, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Google
Great authentic Japanese food! I had some yakitori and sukiyaki. Both were tasty and reasonably priced. The ramen my partner got was also tasty, and it was nice they offered a less sodium option. The lady running the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. Thanks for having us!

Very good spot too get your ramen fix! I love it! The service was fast and didn’t have to wait that long and the waiter were awesome! Don’t mind coming back and try something different.

Google
A friend brought me to this restaurant because they had a great experience before, but it turned out to be a disappointment. The food lacked authenticity. For example, the batter for the tempura was too thick and not crispy at all—it felt too Americanized and not really Japanese. The noodles also had a weird texture compared to the original ones. The meat was prepared incorrectly, which made it really untasty.

We came here because of a viral TikTok expecting a lot more than what we got. Being completely honest this place is insanely overpriced for the portions and taste. When we first walked in, it was completely empty, and we later found out why… I ordered a Tonkatsu ramen and im not even being dramatic I nearly finished it in TWO bites. I came in hungry and left hungry. The Thai tea floats were TEN dollars….for a mason jar with tea and boba….we were shocked. If the taste would’ve justified the price it wouldn’t have been a problem. However the boba itself was hard to chew, but the tea was okay, like a basic Thai tea. The ramen bowls were 17-20$ and incredibly bland. We asked for chili paste and to our surprised on the bill we see a 4$ charge in total for the chili paste…it was a tiny spoonful on a dipping cup, for 2$ each…no other ramen shop has ever charged us for chili paste. Ever. When we paid, there was no option for custom tipping the lowest option was 23$ and we were left no other option but to choose it. The service itself was quick and the server was nice! However a tip that amount for bland food, small portions, and high prices, was not worth it. These prices would not have been an issue if the food actually justified it, but it didn’t. Almost forgot, we saw a dead roach next to our table! 🙃 I genuinely don’t recommend this place, learn from me and don’t blindly try random TikTok restaurants 💔

At first I was skeptical in trying but the food was AMAZING, I fell in love with their curry ramen. They had very good vegetarian options, and they can create our own customized ramen which I liked even more

Yelp
In the McCarran marketplace an assortment of stores exists in strip malls and big name stores sectioned off of the airport. This Ramen restaurant nestled right at the corner of Eastern Avenue and Russell Road offers the traditional Japanese ramen stall vibe. Wanting just a bowl of noodles with a drink, I came here to get a quick bite. Seeing the help wanted sign I expected a wait. However, service was quick and they restaurant was not busy at 2pm. Had a miso ramen and was out in a jiffy with no other dine-in customers. I'm glad they still serve a great bowl of ramen. It was bigger than I expected and was very full after one bowl.

Yelp
Leaving the airport and Yelp led us here. The customer service is 5 stars. Thank you to Rosa for cleaning everything thoroughly, being thoughtful about our order and handling a busy night with a smile. Chicken Katsu curry and Shoyu Ramen were delicious! Thank you!

Yelp
Arrived around 3p, which I coincidentally found is the start of their happy hour. Restaurant is clean and service is friendly and consistent. The tonkotsu ramen I tried was delicious with a nice broth to noodle ratio. The broth was rich enough, albeit a bit on the saltier side. The noodles were cooked perfectly. I appreciate this particular tonkotsu ramen style had my favorite toppings: bamboo shoots, nori, evenly chopped scallions, blanched spinach, and chashu. The chashu is a singular piece, yet a thicc and nicely grilled piece (you can taste the smokiness).

Yelp
My sister and I were here on Monday at around 5pm, and we were able to sit right away. We ordered tsukemen and meat lover ramen, we ordered chili oil on the side as well. They both were good. The portion was generous, and It was reasonable price. +The chashu was huge! For the tsukemen, the broth was creamy and rich, it was well seasoned for the tsukemen to dip the noodles. For the meat lover ramen, it was well seasoned as well. Adding chili oil made it even better. The egg was perfectly soft boiled, and I felt pure happiness with every bite! The server was friendly, and the ambiance was cute. I'd love to try other items next time!

Yelp
Amazing ramen!!! We loved the staff and of course the food! Absolutely wonderful staff. Very attentive!

Yelp
Wow! The food here is very authentically tasty, just like grandma used to make. I ordered the Tsukumen which is comes as a concentrated broth and the noodles on the side. The broth was very tasty and I had enough to take home with me. Service was very friendly and prompt, and the interior was very kawaii. We got lucky because we went on a Tuesday night and we had the place to ourselves:)

Yelp
Cozy little restaurant, when we walked in it was only us. We were greeted promptly. Food was served quickly. Nice little lunch spot it was our first time trying ramen, and they didn't disappoint.

Yelp
I had a great experience here! My parents ordered the tonkotsu ramen, tsukemen ramen, and chicken ramen. I had the tonkotsu ramen which was flavorful and the chashu pork on top was tender and crispy at the edge. My parents reported that they were satisfied with their orders and they said the broth wasn't too salty or fatty. We also ordered gyoza which was crispy and accompanied the sauce well.

Yelp
Thsi Ramen spot is really good and they have alot on there menu to satisfy any Ramen fanatic. Takoradi was really good and the Ramens we got were tasty, including the house salad. The service was on point and only reason I gave a 4 star review is the they did not have any salads Is prepped and I was really disappointed. Dressing was fire and wanted to take 1 home. Ramen fix.

Yelp
My husband and I met for lunch at this spot. He's been here before but this was my first time. Convenient because I just finished shopping at Walmart and this was in the same commercial area. We met around the lunch rush and we were able to get a table. The staff was super nice and helpful and accommodating for our 1 yr old. We ordered the edamame, I got the Vegan Miso Ramen, and we also got dessert (strawberry and mango mochi) which was super fresh!! The ramen was extremely flavorful and delicious. This is probably my favorite Vegan Ramen I've had so far in Vegas!
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing ramen! I get the miso & my bf gets tonkatsu. Both are amazing! They have a large selection of add in's. Def worth a try! We love it!

Yelp
We were in the nearby shopping center to charge our vehicle, and needed to find dinner. There are a few options around including Hana Ramen that we opted for. This is a small dine in restaurant that serves traditional ramen and noodle bowls, a number of Japanese appetizers and a few rice bowl varieties. We were seated immediately as the restaurant only had one other party dining, however, by the time we were finished at a later dinner hour, there were several more parties that arrived. Prices were average that are higher than what I would have expected in this area given it is far removed from the main tourist areas. Our party ordered a garlic edamame appetizer, tofu agadashi appetizers, stir fried yaki udon served on a sizzling platter, a Tsukemen (thick noodle) Ramen Bowl, and a Meat Lovers Ramen Bowl. Three of our party members were quite satisfied with their noodle orders and gave it a solid four stars. I, however, was not as enthusiastic with my two appetizer dishes. The tofu dish came with an odd number of three pieces which I would hardly call shareable. The edamame was a bit overcooked and not tender enough. Additionally it was smothered in a lot of sauce. I don't think I would give this a 2nd visit unless I really wanted to avoid the other places in the nearby areas. On to the next...

Ron P.

Yelp
Great ramen and excellent kimchi fried rice. This has been one of my favorite places for years. The ramen is good, but the kimchi fried rice hooked me. Amazing flavor in every bite. The meat lover ramen is one of the best I've had and the Thai Tea is as sweet and refreshing as you'd hope. Wait staff is always friendly and helpful. Dining area is small but nicely themed.

Yelp
We came here as it came highly recommended to my dad. I can honestly say the food did NOT disappoint. It's a small spot, very cozy and intimate. I would have given full stars but the services was pretty slow for the amount of people that were there. However maybe that's because they are making it fresh in the back. Despite the wait the food came out absolutely delicious. My dad loved his chicken ramen and I had the spicy ramen. Fell in love with the broth! The chicken wings were so juicy and flavor packed that every bite made you want more. I literally couldn't eat another bite by the end and was mad because that one chicken wing was left but 10/10 food was amazing.

Yelp
On my way to pick up my husband from the airport, I found this little Ramen house. It's nestled in a small shopping center, with some outdoor seating and plenty of seating indoors. I ordered the curry Ramen, as I've never tried anything like that before, and I was pleasantly surprised at how rich, flavorful, and delicious this type of Ramen was. The curry broth was beautifully spiced, with a little bite to it, and there was potato, carrot, corn, seaweed, pork belly, wood ear muchroom. It was delicious!!! Service was fast and friendly. And this place was very clean. Ambiance is super casual, and seating can accommodate parties of 6 Bring some friends and try as many ramen as you can. I plan to go back again and try the meat lovers Ramen next.

Yelp
Food: Broth- Jigoku ramen is a spicy version of the tonkotsu broth, flavor was too salty and heavy on oil 2/5 Tonkotsu broth is a lighter and thinner broth, no deep flavor and bland 2/5 Noodle- This noodle is a much thinner noodle than you would normally get but also more al dente, both things i have nothing against and actually enjoyed it. Noodles didn't hold the flavor of the broth too well 3/5 Pork- Has a beautiful look to it and tastes just as good as it looks. A strong smokey char flavor to it which i loved, pork was super tender and cooked perfectly with a great size to it 5/5 Egg- A full egg you get rather than most places giving a half an egg on their serving. A soy cured egg which already gets extra points and you can taste it really well. Cooked perfectly with a runny smooth yolk 5/5 Ambience: Small shop with few tables but beautifully decorated and gives a cozy feel like you're in a ramen shop in japan. Place is slightly quiet and tables cant hold too many people so I wouldn't recommend for big parties but if you're with a small group of friends, want to study, or want to eat by yourself I think this spot would be great.

Yelp
Broth was extremely flavorful, and the chicken ripped apart so easily. Recommend a lot!

Yelp
The food is amazing and the service is top-notch. I definitely recommend this place been here numerous times and it's never failed me. It's a must try...

Yelp
big no no. I visited this place for the first time last week. I would not recommend any vegetarian or vegan to go here. The broth was not good at all nor the veggies seemed fresh. I was super disappointed with the freshness. The noodle tasted stale as well. I got the edamame and yuzu miso ramen, the edamame was alright- had a sweet sauce. The ramen tasted old, the noodles tasted stale, the bamboo shoots were inedible. Just an overall terrible experience

Yelp
We were craving ramen one night and it was after normal dinner hours. Found Hana Ramen and did not regret it. It's a small little ramen shop wouldn't recommend for a big group. They're also short staffed please be kind to the staff that are working there. We were seated quickly and our food came out just as quickly after we ordered. Definitely try the pork buns!!! They were soooo good! I got a usual tonkotsu. Which was delicious and my husband got the black garlic ramen. I forgot the actual name. His was really good too. I was so surprised that this place even existed. I'm so glad though because we've been searching for a good ramen spot for a while and this place definitely hit the spot!! We will be returning

Yelp
The family-owned restaurant makes delicious ramen! You'll find them at Reid Marketplace on Eastern and Russell, next to Chipotle and Starbucks. There's plenty of parking available. Menu offers pork, chicken, and vegan broth ramen, yummy appetizers, rice dishes, desserts, and a vast selection of drinks including lemonade, milk tea, sake, wine, and cocktails. Chicken broth ramen with black garlic oil is comforting and so delicious! Chicken Karaage (4pcs) is crispy, Takoyaki (5pcs) and Curry Fries are both tasty, and Dorayaki matcha pancake with red bean paste and vanilla ice cream is yummy. For refreshment, Butterfly Pea Tea is good but the milk tea seems to be on the sweeter side. They were nice to adjust the sweetness, and I greatly appreciate that.

Yelp
What a great experience here the other night! Walked in and at the time was kinda dead but filled up quickly. Inside restaurant had an island vibe and very clean. My waitress was awesome and super friendly. For food I had the chicken karage and the meat lover ramen with extra spicy ground pork. This was so delicious that I ate every bite and would for sure be coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
Hana Ramen was a great spot for a break from the strip. They have a great menu, so good it's hard to choose. I enjoyed the dumplings and chicken ramen with thin noddles. I couldn't finish it was so much food but I stuffed myself;)
google avatar

Jade B.

Yelp
I can never find shio ramen anywhere! Glad we found this place! Everyone was super friendly too. They close from 3pm-5pm so make sure you check hours before going there. We'll be back to try more items on the menu :)
google avatar

Laurence R.

Yelp
As someone with a variety of dietary restriction, Hana has a menu that accommodates that including a Build Your Own ramen that is as affordable as the chefs creations (which are all delicious). I love the place and its staff is always very kind! It's not the closest ramen place to my house, but it's the one I frequent most, and that's a sign!

Yelp
On a random Saturday afternoon, I had a strong craving for ramen, and the last thing I wanted to do was drive all the way to Spring Mountain. I've always had an eye on this place since I always go to the Starbucks located a few doors down. I ordered the Meat Lovers Ramen with double egg, and the 5 piece gyoza. I'm unsure what I expected from this place, but this restaurant is a true hidden gem. The ramen was extremely flavorful and thoroughly seasoned. The gyoza was delicious too. I love that they pan fried the bottom while leaving the rest boiled. Business was pretty steady with a couple tables occupied by multiple groups of customers. Even though there was only 1 waiter available, he was still very attentive and had an incredible attitude. Now that I know this place is so delicious, I think I've found my new go-to ramen spot that's close to my home and away from Chinatown (:
google avatar

Yelp
I love reviewing small mom and pop places because they're always a gem. Reviewers have different tastes and budgets. So I try to bring different places to the table. All my reviews are based on my experiences and tastes at the moment. Haven't been here in a while. Had a Ramen craving so I returned. It's located in Sin City on Eastern and Russell. Place is small airy. Decor is simple... Wait staff friendly. I love this place. I ordered their Agedashi Tofu... the crust on the tofu was crunchy, sauce was so good and spiced up with ground ginger which kicked the flavor up a notch. Then I ordered the Meat Lover's Ramen with black garlic oil.... Delicious. The broth was tasty, ground pork was well seasoned, tender Chasu pork, and perfectly soft-boiled egg.... And I mixed the yolk with the broth... Really good. Prices are very reasonable and I will definitely return !!!!
google avatar

Melissa C.

Yelp
I had gyoza, the meat lover's ramen, a couple Sapporos and hot sake. The gyoza was pretty good but would be better if more flavorful. The meat lover's ramen was plentiful and delicious. The broth was so flavorful I just couldn't get enough. The beer was cold and the Sake was just meh. It had a strange taste to it, I've had better but I still drank it anyways as I was so sore from work and needed to relax. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Employees gave a nice greeting and good customer service throughout the meal. All for $46! This was after an exhausting 10 hour workday bartending. The atmosphere wasn't really loud so I could relax. They have the most beautiful wood kayak over the restaurant! Loved the ramen, I'll be back!

Yelp
Friendly staff, lots of options. Delicious mochi! We will be back for sure. Nice and open restaurant, very clean!

Yelp
ITS SO GOOD! And the people working there are adorable. My partner and I went ONCE, then the next time we went, the sweet woman working remembered us, our order, and my allergy. We were so impressed. By the way, the food is delicious and the space is clean with cute decor. We're major fans!

Yelp
Before when Hana was there this place was super, they have new Lady that she don't understand the customers I almos t don't order nothing, I told her what I want she dint understand me ,when Hana was amazing she knows what you want, plus for some reason she try to over charge me $and I almost walk away! 29.75 for Chair so bowl and one edamame order, I have to tell her, check your mathematics cuz is like to much $$ the cook fix the price $24.95 for the right price ,everything was good except the rice was over cook my Asian wife complain to me, rice was little bed to soft, I have to said the was delicious as always and a good amount definitely we going back, hope don't happen again cuz I was not to happy

Yelp
I came in and got the chicken katsu curry plate for take out and was so disappointed. Ive looked at other reviews and pictures and maybe the person making my curry was having an off day? Every other picture i see of their curry is creamy, mine looked like it was watered down. Or maybe they missed an ingredient but the consistency of the curry i got was like tea. It was basically water that tasted like curry... with bits of carrot. But the chicken was very good. I just ate the dish without the curry. The waitress was also super nice, so i cant give it a super bad review.

Nicole M.

Yelp
The food is delicious and never disappoints. Staff is very welcoming and the service is great. One of our go-to restaurants for ramen take out.
google avatar

Elizabeth A.

Yelp
The food was okay, the service was not great at all, I ordered using Yelp with a suggested and confirmed completion time of 449 pm thru 509 pm. Walked in and was advised '5 more mins'. Walked in 10 mins later, couldn't find my order, no communication directed at me until I interrupted 5 mins late. I finally got my food at 545 pm.

John A.

Yelp
Both food and service were 5 stars. Easy location to get to. Didn't have to wait to eat ( sat immediately ) like other places. It was roomy and not cramped! Try this place!

Lloyd B.

Yelp
My first time there ... Great service. Both guys were super patient and informative. I had the curry bowl with extra bean sprouts, extra shrimp, and broccoli....incredible flavor ....and a great way to experience high end Ramen

Yelp
Best ramen in Vegas!!! I live nearby and I finally decided to check this place out... SO GLAD I DID!! My boyfriend and I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and I added a seasoned egg on top of mine. We also shared an order of takoyaki. Let me tell you... if you are debating on which ramen place to go, come here!! I've had Jinya, Sora, Monta, and many others and the broth here is the absolute BEST. The tonkostu broth was pleasantly rich and warm with perfectly cooked noodles and a FAT, crispy golden-fried piece of chashu on top!!! The chashu at other places is usually sliced thin and very fatty, this one was thickly sliced with the perfect crisp. It tied the entire meal together. For those reviews complaining about the salt... ramen is salty. That is the nature of the broth. If you don't want a rich delicious salty broth, go eat pho (which is mostly water) lol. I have never finished a bowl of ramen before, and let me tell you, after this one I was licking the plate!!! My new favorite spot.
google avatar

Shirley B.

Yelp
Pretty impressed with the variety of ramen and drink choices here! I was late when I met up with a group of friends and the server and staff was great taking my drink order and getting it to me pretty quick! The variety of apps was yummy! Shared edamane which was pretty tasty. The huge bowl of Tonkatsu Ramen with side of black garlic oil and egg was satisfied my tummy and taste buds. I thought the broth was on point. Oh and I loved the thin noodles! For people whining about higher prices.. it's actually in line with other places I dine at. Totally aware of shortages going on right now and many places have no choice but to raise prices. Thankful that restaurants and small businesses are still here for us! As for restaurant aesthetic, nice, simple and clean. The dining area worked out great for our group. Service was awesome! Props to our server who was pretty efficient, got our orders right and made separate checks, no problems. This place is down the street from the gym, will definitely keep Hana Ramen in mind for boba drinks, Butterfly Pea Tea and ramen! Thank you!!

Gavan G.

Yelp
The broth is exceptional and the service matches the same level. The overall vibe is comfy and welcoming.

sandra r.

Yelp
I like this place, the food was flavorful especially the ramen. The broth was so thick and hot perfect for this chilly weather . Additionally, the server named (Vivi) was really nice to me and explained patiently that i didn't understand also she's so friendly I highly recommend this place!!!

Aj P.

Yelp
Have great service, ramen is just right espcially the ika geso i highly recommend giving this place a try

Yelp
This actually happened few months ago, but I wasn't going to write a review, because I'm afraid people will take advantage of them. So few months ago I was here the very first time, and I forgot my wallet, and I have no cash on me, I just bought a new IPhone 13, so my credit cards is not yet loaded in my Apple wallet, now I'm like uh...oh boy, I probably will have to stay here and wash dishes, mop the floor and clean the bathroom. I told the server what happen, the lady behind the counter I assuming is the manager/owner. I told them I will leave my iPhone here, and I go home and get my wallet, so she will know I am coming back for sure. But she was so kind, she said to me, no..no, take your phone with you, incase something happen you need to call us, just go home and get your wallet and come back. I was shock, because she never meet me before, I could have lying to her and not come back, but she just so amazing, but I ended up leaving my $100 Fitbit watch, just to show them I am an honest person and I am coming back. Still, she goes, no...no.. don't worry. I leave it anyway. Good people with kind heart. Tonight I'm back again, ordered the Gyoza, and Curry Ramen, delicious! I read some of the reviews on here, couple of 1*-2*, but mainly 5* But the one giving such low rating seem like just very unhappy people, if the food is too salty, just tell them, they can change the broth for you, if you going to a high end restaurant, if what you order is too salty, would you complain? Yes you will, why not here? Is simple fix. Don't be fake face. Oh... is so good, and turn around and goes "yuck" I don't know, I'm from NYC, we speak out mind Two thumps up, Hana!!

Bridget C.

Yelp
great food variety and service! Very cute location and the waiter was super nice and friendly!

Yelp
Hidden Gem alert! I was waisting time in the East side looking for a place to chow. My favorite grilled burger spot had too many in the drive through so thinking the organic Mexican spot for some great quest and Chips but then I saw Hana's. Yelp check Boom! Thank you Team Yelp. I entered and it's not fancy but do not judge this book by its cover. This is the best ramen I've had in the Valley. No bribes, no kick backs and certainly no free food. I ordered the meat lovers spicy, beef gyoza, kimchee side and Thai iced tea. First bite... beef gyoza., perfectly pan grilled with a soy sauce and rice vinegar dipping sauce. Ate this too fast. Delicious! Can't put to words. They were hot to bite, but dipped cooled a little but you may want to wait on these... but they were sooo good so I made my way through the heat. The kimchee was old skool mehwah/Spicy and perfectly fermented. You get a lot though so took most home. This ramen though! Shoyu Dare... mildly spicy, rich texture broth, full moth of flavors, textures and nose. F Bomb dipping excellence... Wow! Best I've had in my 51 years of eating ramen going way back to when I was 8 living in Korea and eating Top Ramen.. If you're near Eastern and Russell this is your spot to get some amazing food. Well done Hana's Ramen! Cool shirts too!

Yelp
Friend and I shared the tonkotsu ramen and shrimp fried rice and both were delicious. Reasonably priced as well. There are many ramen and Asian eateries around Vegas and Henderson-area, but I will definitely come back again to try other dishes!
