"Belltown’s La Parisienne French Bakery has added a Bellevue address, and it’s connected to a wine bar, Cépaé Tasting Room. Cépaé claims to have the largest selection of wines by the glass in the Seattle area, with 120 bottles — a broad mix from Europe, the U.S., and South America — all available as 1⁄2-ounce or 5-ounce pours. The bakery’s selection, meant to complement the wines next door, includes pastries from croissants to Paris-Brest, lunch options like salad nicoise, sandwiches, and quiches, and, in the evening, boards with charcuterie, seafood, cheese, and vegetables." - Megan Hill

Google
One of my absolute favorite French bakeries in Seattle! The pastries here are always fresh, delicious, and beautifully crafted. They offer an impressive variety, from classic croissants to unique seasonal treats. The quality and flavors are truly top-notch, but be sure to come early – this spot is popular, and items go quickly! A must-visit for any pastry lover.

We waited in the rain and it was 100% worth it! This cafe is absolutely lovely inside. Atmosphere is perfect. The number of pastries & treats on offer speaks to the skill. Soft, chewy, buttery, flaky, crisp- we felt each thing we tried outdid the last. My husband still raves about his chocolate chip cookie, and my almond croissant was so far beyond any before. The coffee deserves a review all its own. Shots were perfectly pulled and the roast was robust but not bitter. Not over-syruped on my husbands, and milk was frothed just right. It's apparent this bakery puts love into everything they serve. We took home a bag of dried-strawberry macarons. They survived the damp weather & an hour flight in a checked bag. Airy and crisp, even the following day. Our daughters were absolutely delighted. Ricardo is not allowed to have butter; it gives him a tummy ache. Please ignore his theatrics.

Google
AMAZING. I cannot say enough about how good this place was. It was so delicious. I went back three times in one day. The coffee, pastries, and quiche had the best flavor. Everything was fresh. The service was amazing. You have to go here.

As I went on a rainy afternoon, the seats outside were wet and there were limited seating within the bakery itself. It was not entirely comfortable or a nice vibe but the pastry did make up for it. I really liked such big macarons when I had them in France and this satisfied my cravings for french pastry soooo well. Recommend to check this place out!

Google
Very nice cafe. I stopped in for some pastries and a hot chocolate and was glad I did. Quality stuff all around. I’m confident the rest of the menu would be high quality. There’s a pretty good amount of seating indoors and outdoors for the size of the place. Should be pretty easy to get a seat. The service was friendly and welcoming. Would go again any time.

Google
Très bien! Beautiful French café serving delectable bites & bakes. The service is outstanding and the ambiance transports you to a European setting. Although the drinks were not noteworthy, the charcuterie & crème brûlée were divine! The interior is beautifully-decorated—so chic! 🤍🖤

Google
Beautiful bakery, wonderful selection. We waited at least 30 minutes in the freezing temperatures AND it was well worth the wait. The bread, pastries and coffee were exquisite!

Google
Popular and cozy. May need to wait outside for spot inside but line moves quickly. Steaming hot, fresh coffee, delectable pastries, simple yet very tasty sandwiches served on small baguettes or croissants. Well worth a visit to Belltown!

Yelp
incroyablement délicieux.. This gem is a must if you're in Seattle. No matter what you select, you will love it. The coffee is amazing

Yelp
Authentic Parisian Vibes & Amazing Croissants This is a great spot for a hot chocolate and croissant, especially on a cold day. I've heard they source some of their ingredients--like butter--directly from Paris, and I have to say, the croissant tasted just like the ones I had in Paris! Flaky, buttery, and perfectly crisp. The place does get quite busy on weekend mornings, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. That said, the staff is friendly, and the ambiance is charmingly Parisian, making it well worth it. Highly recommend for a cozy and delicious treat!

Yelp
La Parisienne is a charming patisserie located in Belltown with a display case packed with pastries and desserts as well as a small savory menu of sandwiches and soups. They have less than 20 seats in the store and even at 3PM on a Saturday, they still had plenty of options available, though table seating was pretty much filled the entire time. I got 3 pastries and the canele was definitely one of the best I've ever had: super custardy in the center with a great crust. The chocolate croissant was pretty solid - flaky and buttery. I would say it was pretty good, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Unfortunately, the Paris brest, was kinda terrible. The whipped cream was really, really firm, too sweet, and off-putting. Textures were bad and just tasted like sugar; I didn't really felt like the chestnut came through either. Paris brest is a definite skip, but the other items were solid enough that it could still be worth visiting.

Jill D.

Yelp
Wide variety of wonderful French breads and pastries. I had a Paris-Brest at point-of-sale, and a pain aux raisins and a kouign amann for later. The Paris-Brest was choux pastry filled with praline crème, with more praline crème on top with slivered almonds. Sweet, flavorful, tender-crisp pastry. I took the other pastries back to my hotel. Pleasantly stale crispy one and two days later.

Yelp
You know a place is legit when everyone here speaks French. We got the Pain Au Chocolat Hazelnut, berries tart, two sandwiches, and a yuzu cake. The line was out the door but it was cold out and my husband said that of all people, I should be able to wait inside since I was carrying our child so the lady in front got the hint and helped move the line inside. The pastries were SO good. The sandwiches we had warmed up for our drive which was our mistake because they were hard by the time we ate them. I ordered a chicken one per the bakery's recommendation and I'm glad I listened. I thought it works be too plain or boring but it's so delicious.

Yelp
Wonderful place to visit in Seattle after lots of walking and consuming food with sustenance. Take your pick of espresso beverages, homemade pastries, macarons, salads, and sandwiches. Grab a table with chairs or high stool with countertops if it's available. Missed the unexpected Saturday afternoon rush with time to peruse through the menu. Staff were patient, thorough and attentive to details. We're able to sit on high stools facing countertop. More customers arrived ten minutes later and there's a line out the door. Well lit, quaint ambience. Le Poulet Sandwich consisted of grilled chicken, Brie cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, Dijon mustard nestled within a fresh baguette. Exuded a multitude of flavors! Light tasting! Fabulous!

Yelp
I love a good French pastry place, and I had to visit when I discovered La Parisienne. For a light afternoon snack, I had their Petit Dejeuner, which featured half a baguette with a side of Apricot Jam and upgraded the coffee to an iced latte. The iced latte was the first to arrive, and I was initially disappointed by the amount of air in the cup after paying for the upgrade. The iced latte itself was okay but not remarkable. The baguette, however, quickly lifted my mood. It was nice a warm with a barely crisp exterior and fluffy interior. As someone who doesn't like syrups, that I had apricot jam surprised me... but I'm glad I tried it because it was so good! After spreading a bit, I even noticed a large chunk of apricot... nothing says yummy like natural! Returning? Likely for their pastries, but not likely for their coffees. The ambiance was nice, but I didn't spot any Wi-Fi or restrooms. Additionally, the staff were responsive to curious questions but were otherwise quite short. I didn't leave curious, but I have to admit that I didn't feel quite welcome entering.

Yelp
Cute French bakery! The inside reminds me a lot of the boulangeries I would visit in France, and I love the vibe. Service didnt seem the most friendly, but it was fine and there were a good amount of open tables. We got a croissant and a pan au chocolat. I loved the chocolate croissant but I thought the regular croissant was just good, nothing special. It wasn't as flaky or soft as I hoped but it was a decent size. The pan au chocolat was more moist and had soft chocolate pieces inside with a flaky shell -- it was quite good! Our friends got the dessert sampler which they liked too. Overall, it's a cute spot with authentic French pastries.

Yelp
Paris in Seattle! This charming little café with outdoor seating offers a delightful French vibe right in the city. The service is fantastic, and the coffee is great. I paired my coffee with their light and delicious desserts--both the chocolate éclair and tiramisu were perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and so easy to enjoy. Even though I don't have a big sweet tooth, I couldn't resist finishing them off. Their Caprese sandwich is one of the best I've had in Seattle--fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. Unfortunately, they were out of the almond croissant when I visited, but I can't wait to come back and try it along with more of their desserts. The whole experience is enhanced by the café's relaxed vibe and cozy outdoor seating. It's a lovely spot to unwind, enjoy great coffee, and indulge in some delightful treats. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This is great little French bakery. Wonderful items. Fresh and yummy to eat. Will return.

Yelp
Walking in, I had high hopes because this place got rave reviews, the line was out the door, and the one person working at the counter sounded French. Eventually, I got to the front and ordered a salade niçoise and a croissant. I was able to get a table outside, which was a nice treat. The server/counter worker was very apologetic about the wait and had my food ready within about five minutes of me sitting down. After starting my food, my high hopes turned into disappointment. My salad wasn't seasoned enough. It just seemed like a bunch of bland veggies and tuna in a bowl. The croissant was fine, but it didn't have the fresh, flaky consistency that I was expecting. (Maybe you have to show up first thing in the morning to get the fresh croissants?) While they have WiFi, my computer definitely struggled while connected to it. Not sure if that was due to me being outside or due to my computer not wanting to cooperate on a Friday afternoon. In any case, this was fine, but it wasn't anything spectacular.

Lucy C.

Yelp
I came on July 5th on a Friday and it was packed at 11:30am. Waited in line for about 15-20 minutes. Ordered a chocolate croissant and got the bread of the day. I also got an almond crisp thing for 49 cents! The croissant came out fresh from just being baked so it was soooo good. My price came out to be about $10 which was extremely reasonable!!! Also haven't tried their lunch options but i saw other people ordering it and the combo seems like a good deal. Saw someone with the soup and salad combo and it looked like a decent sized portion. Love the vibe! Just way too busy when I went. There was a line so get there earlier!

Emily T.

Yelp
My favorite French bakery in Seattle! The raspberry croissant is absolutely delicious as well as many of their other baked items. I've come here multiple times for their pastries in the morning. I got their chai latte and it was just ok, a bit too sweet for my taste. Service is lively and friendly in the morning. The cafe also has some seating. Overall, love this place and hope to try their desserts next time!

Oliver A.

Yelp
The shop looked cozy, great for a nice pastry and drink on a cold morning or any time of the year or day! In the chai latte, we had just the right amount of sweetness, as was also true for the pastries we had. The pastries were also flaky and crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, which is just heavenly! Although the service was alright, we would have appreciated having napkins readily available on the tables. But that minor point aside, we're already planning our next visit to check out the other tempting pastries on the menu. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

ThuyVy N.

Yelp
This place is super cute, lots of little tables. Def a popular spot for quick bite in the morning or grab and go. The service was really nice. The orange juice was good. The ham and cheese croissant is one of the best in Seattle, I can't think of a better ham and cheese croissant I've had here. We both didn't like the chocolate chip cookie, it's very hard and tastes as if you're always eating the sides of the cookie. The fruit tarte was just fine, it came with a macaron on the top which we both thought tastes soggy. Would come back for sure, this place could be a 5 but just wasn't today with what we picked. Orange juice - 8/10 Ham and cheese - 9/10 Chocolate chip cookie - 5/10 Fruit tarte - 6.5

Danielle K.

Yelp
Excellent pastry. This is my favorite dessert bakery. The raspberry Mille-feuille is to die for!! Never leave without at least croissant.

Jason G.

Yelp
Local bakery with early hours, great selection, friendly service, and yummy pastries.

Sebastien L.

Yelp
Got there for lunch just before Heading to the Space needle and Lemme tell ya this place is very charming, cozy and amazing sweet little French bakery with amazing service. Food was simply delicious and could feel the real French style buttery bakery. Plus no need to worry they also speak French if it's your mother tongue. Definitely gonna return there on my next visit to Seattle .

Kyoko B.

Yelp
Authentic French boulangerie Perfect cappuccino All the cakes are made from craftsmanship Comfortable seating area Nicely chosen French music

Reyna R.

Yelp
Loved this bakery! I tried to go for as many of the mini versions of the pastries as I could to try a little bit of everything. My favorites included the fondant au chocolat & the caramel macaron. Service was very friendly and quick, they seemed to enjoy their work and talking about their best sellers. There are seating options inside but most of the seating is outdoors.

Julia R.

Yelp
A small gem in Seattle with delicious pastries & coffee even small children like. Don't worry it was decaf. There a few tables outside & you're lucky if you can grab one of these. Staff is friendly but the way they do the line it is hard to tell who is next & the way they serve the food doesn't have everything come up at once & they even completely forgot about an item they put in the oven for us and we got it 10 minutes after all our food. The case has so many things to look and choose from & it is hard to choose just one. I would say get a few and share, go back multiple times or grab some to go. I would go back but I hope they figure out their ordering process and delivery to table timing.

Blossom V.

Yelp
Such a cute little bakery with authentic Parisian baked goods. We visited so many coffee shops and bakeries while visiting Seattle. This was our favorite. Coffee served in actual cups vs paper. You order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. Beautiful day to enjoy our breakfast on the patio. We got there a little before 9am, by 9:15 the line was outside the door at least 8 deep from the entrance. Glad we beat the rush. Croissant was buttery, flakey with perfect amount of almond filling. It was delicious. Cappuccino was hot and creamy. I would definitely come again.

Emmeline W.

Yelp
Yummy pastries + delightful staff :D Be warned that the weekend morning rush is WILD. We waited maybe 45 mins to finally order on Saturday, while Friday afternoon was totally empty. Glad they're getting lots of business~ We took our orders to-go. Not many notes on the interior, other than it seemed to be relatively clean considering the bustle of customers. Their setup is airy, spacious, and very charming. LE CRAN BRIE: Yoooooo this is a god tier sandwich for salty-sweet lovers. The cranberry sauce balances out the savory turkey slices-- all between a toasty, crisp baguette. LE SAUMON: Idk what happened with this one but I kinda thought it was gross LOL. Bread is soggy, salmon is a little sour, spread had no flavor. The other pastries we tried here were high quality, including a donut and croissant. I think the salmon was just an anomaly? :')

Trong N.

Yelp
I used to live next door back in 2015. I will always remember my aunt coming over for my birthday weekend. She went to this small bakery to grab some desserts and surprised me when I got home from work. Since then, I still come by every so often. For the most part, it's never too busy and I can just grab a couple things to bring home when I'm in the mood for something sweet.

Jude N.

Yelp
I have been here numerous time. I definitely love their desserts and their chocolate sponge cake is my go-to birthday cake selection. I believe they have been praised so many times. I would share a lovely incident with them. One time, I ordered a chocolate sponge cake and went to pick up the cake. They didn't have to cake in the store. They immediately tried to make up to me by 1. Offer me to deliver the cake to my place 2. Have me wait for the cake for10-15 mins and they would come back to give me the cake. I chose the second one. After waiting for a while, the manager there offered me free items from the store. They didn't really have to do it but it was a nice gesture.

Caitlyn M.

Yelp
Amazing French bakery with soooo many pastries. They have something for everyone, from sweet options to savory options. The decor definitely gives French cafe vibes. We came here on a Sunday around 10:30am. There was a short line when we got there but the line got a lot longer as we left. All of their pastries and desserts looked amazing. They had them all laid out in the display case. I wanted to try so many things but finally landed on getting the pain au chocolate praline, a delicious chocolate croissant with praline. It was perfectly flakey, the chocolate was semi sweet, and the praline was like a bougie ferrero rocher! I really enjoyed it. We also tried the savory fougasse. They have a few different savory flavors that change daily. They had pate, smoked salmon and another flavor I can't remember. We picked the smoked salmon one and it was great! It had a good smoked salmon to bread ratio and was extremely easy to eat on the go. Would definitely come back to try more of their pastries!

Douglas C.

Yelp
Cute little French bakery. Very bright and clean giving you a good impression. Are variety of tarts were good but seemed hard to. The tiramisu was more like pudding . The staff was not overly friendly to start but warmed up later.

Nash G.

Yelp
French offerings at its best, croissants, pastries and baguettes with delicious coffee - don't need to say more. Try it.

M R.

Yelp
Absolutely adorable bakery! Great spot for a quick lunch and coffee. I indulged in a delightful goat cheese and leek quiche. It was fantastic. Great customer service, I can't to enjoy the pastries. Clean restaurant with small seating area, but enjoyable none the less.

Allegra P.

Yelp
Easy to find friendly, fast service. Amazing display of pastries and very frothy milk for my cappuccino. Lovely little place. Quite fancy actually

Yelp
SEATTLE'S BEST For Reals Every time I'm visiting the Emerald City, I reflect on how lucky I am that my bf lives so close to La Parisienne. I'm writing this review on a cloudy, almost sprinkling Saturday morning, and people are still lined up OUT THE DOOR for these delicious pastries. If local Seattleites are standing in line for food, you KNOW it is legit DIVINE! Merci beaucoup for filling our tummies, La Parisienne I have been a handful for times. The delicious pastries are always on point-- highly recommend the following (March 2024): -My FAVE Raspberry Croissant (any croissant really) -Flan -French Onion Soup (it's mid but solid) -Breakfast Deals (can't beat $6 Petit Dejeuner with buttered baguette, jam, and 6 oz coffee) Unfortunately either due to authenticity or whatever reason, I find the sandwiches hard to swallow (literally and figuratively). Ingredients are fresh/tasty and very Euro, but perhaps soft crispy American sandwiches have ruined my palate. French onion soup is a hearty bowl! Comes with two pieces of bread, very cheesy and onion. Best bang for your buck if you want some hot food. Their pastries are the Crown Jewels of Seattle, of Washington State, of America!!! Fluffy, flaky, perfectly crusty pastries each and every time. They sell so many, that it is guaranteed fresh. I've never had a bad pastry here. Variety is A1 here-- sweet, savory, fruity, chocolate, La Parisienne's got ya! Service is wonderful, always cheery and smiley albeit they can get busy. The chefs and bakers here are from France/classically trained so you're getting the real deal. Line is usually through the door, especially on mornings and weekends. Interior/ambiance, there are a lot of tables and chairs but it gets packed. It can get noisy, so a quiet first date isn't the best option here. Honestly, they deserve a bigger space! Parking is typical for downtown Seattle (AKA barely existent). It's a quick walk to other cool parts of downtown like the Space Needle and Pike Place, perfectly situated! Croissant of all croissants- perfection here

Carol L.

Yelp
How did I not know about this authentic French bakery in the heart of Belltown sooner? These pastries taste just like the ones from Paris, France. Some of the staff and the customers even speak French, so you know it's legit. La Parisienne offers a delicious selection of cakes, pastries, and sandwiches. They also serve coffee. It is a bit pricey, as the pastries and desserts are quite intricate. I do think they are worth it though, as a little treat, as each item is crafted beautifully with multiple layers, edible details like a chocolate logo, and perfectly balanced. There are a few tables at the bakery, and it is usually bustling with people, especially in the mornings. It is relatively easy to find street parking right in front of or across the street of the bakery, but it is not free unless you come on Sunday or holidays.

Kamini S.

Yelp
Wow, I can't believe I just found this bakery!!! They have so many fresh French pastries, you're spoilt for choice. I got the twisted chocolate croissant which was so yum. It wasn't too chocolatey but still so flakey on the outside and soft on the inside. Highly recommend! There's not much space to sit though so come prepared to scout for a table. There are plenty of staff to help you but they weren't the most friendly to be honest. I would come back to get the pastries to-go and sit near the water nearby.

Ada M.

Yelp
The best thing that can happen in life is when you unexpectedly bumped into a French bakery and the food was SO good! I was immediately cheered up by the delicate and exquisite cakes offered by La Parisienne during a cold and cloudy day in Seattle. It is definitely not cheap ($9.75 for the Tarte au Chocolat) but I felt so worth it because it took so much skills and dedication to make such great desserts! Everyone working there were super friendly and actually some of them are French. We sat by the window and it was a very relaxing and tasty experience.

Sophia M.

Yelp
I absolutely love this French Bakery. I recently moved to downtown Seattle. La Parisienne is about a 13 minute walk from my place. My fiancé and I love their canneles and pain au chocolate. The coffee is 100/10. The service is quick. The ambiance can be a bit loud with the mix of how busy it gets, the music, the lovely owners speaking French. Given it is owned by French people. I've never been to France, but I've been to France in Seattle! I'm obsessed with this place.

Jackie B.

Yelp
I truly feel you can never go wrong with a French bakery and that's how I felt about this place on my trip. So much so that I went twice and got some pastries to take on my flight home! It could also be the obsession I have for bread haha. But in all seriousness, I loved the variety of options provided at this place from sweet to savory pastries, small sandwiches, and coffee. You can't go wrong with what you choose. I kept it a little basic and got regular croissants, pain au chocolat (chocolate croissant), and a chaussons au pomme (apple turnover). The staff was friendly and spoke French as well which was fun to hear being a French speaker myself. Highly recommend for an on the go breakfast option, or even if you wanted to sit in the cafe and work from home, it's a pretty quiet and relaxing spot!

Justus P.

Yelp
Amazing food and amazing service!! We had the cappuccino and the iced chai to drink and the fruit tart and raspberry dessert were delicious. Check this place out 10/10!!

Gaby L.

Yelp
First time here and the service was great, they were attentive and patient with what my boyfriend and I wanted to order. Though, when it came to the food it was sweeter than I expected it to be. The raspberry-filled croissant was a great concept except it tasted too sweet and was messy for my taste. As for the other pastry, it was an Apple pastry which I was hoping it would have fresh cubed Apple filling with a more cinnamon flavor... all it had was Apple puree which was like eating Apple sauce and missed the flavor of it. I did like the Chai Tea Latte where it had a nice balance of sweetness to it. I would definitely recommend that for those who love tea! Overall, if you're a tea drinker looking to try something new, this is the spot for you!

Prathyusha D.

Yelp
When my fiance first moved here, he lived on Wall Street which is a 5-ish minute walk from this bakery and every time I would visit him, this became a fixed part of our itinerary. I still try to visit this bakery every other time I visit him! Food: The first time I came here I got the caneles and ended up getting them the next three times. Since my fiance moved further away, it is a 30 minute walk to the bakery, but I'm still happy to make that walk to get an almond croissant for my in-laws or a kouign amann for myself. I haven't tried any of the drinks here yet, but that is something on my to-do list! Service: They are super sweet! I always go in wanting to try something new and they always take the time to hear out what I'm craving and give me recommendations based on that. And honestly, they can never go wrong with their recommendations because all their pastries and desserts are fantastic. Ambience: This is such a cute place and I have never been to Paris or France, but when I think of modern European bakeries, this is what I think of. It smells amazing. There are tables inside and outside.

Sergey P.

Yelp
This was a terrible experience. I've been going to this place once in a while for 4 years. But this time was the tipping point. We were greeted with an extremely unfriendly attitude, even though we ordered right away without the delay, we ordered 1 cappuccino and 1 vanilla latte, we specifically said 12 oz cups to go. And we were charged for that. However when lady brought us those drinks they were in coffee mugs to stay, clearly smaller size too. When I mentioned to her that's that not our order, she just poured those plates into 2 go cups, only half full, since size didn't match. On top of that cappuccino is basically half foam, my cup was basically 25% foam and 25% coffee, and 50% empty. I had to wait to ask another person to please make a proper order, 12 oz cappuccino, they just poured more milk into the cup. Totally disgusting. 3 people handled our order, 3 chances to correct the mistake, zero accountability or interest in asking if we got our order correctly. Just bad attitude. Hopefully management reads this message and does a proper training of customer service and hospitality.

Paul M.

Yelp
We went to a lot of bakeries on our trip to Portland and Seattle and without hesitation, this was truly the best product in terms of bread and pastries. The food is simply outstanding. That being said, their service is a bit inconsistent. They need a better process flow for the way they take and complete orders, it seemed a bit slow and inefficient. We had a small table on the side that was available, but because all of their staff was swamped taking orders, we wiped down our own table to sit down on it. We noticed the workers looked confused at times trying to figure out where to bring the food to the people who ordered. There did also seem some people waiting on the side frustrated that they weren't getting their food. Now you might be asking why I gave it 5 stars, it is because the bread was wonderful, WONDERFUL WONDERFUL. While at our table we heard a lot of the workers talking in French to each other, and you could see in the back of the kitchen all the wonderful creations. It felt like we were in a bakery in France! Coffee was fabulous and strong, the meringue cookies were delicious, the almond croissant was to die for, and let's be honest, so was the plain croissant. I wish this place existed in Hawaii where I live!

Catherine S.

Yelp
Walking blocks from Space Needle, worth the short walk. We stopped by late in day, an hour before closing and they were pretty picked over. No sandwiches left. Our choice was from a variety of quiches and a salad. The quiche Lorraine and Mushroom Quiche were delicious as was The balsamic dressing salad. Go early to get better choices. Tables outside were dirty, had to ask for cleaning. Pleasant staff, good food.

Chun P.

Yelp
WOW! I usually plan my vacation meals with a serious case of OCD, but we came across La Parisienne completely by accident after Tilikum Cafe couldn't seat us for at least an hour because we didn't have a reservation on a Friday at 10am...But that's okay! La Parisienne was a wonderful random find! The variety of lovely pastries and baked goods are beautiful and delicious! $8 Smoked Salmon Quiche...yum! $8 Quiche Lorraine...yum! $8 Lemon Tart...yum! $6 Berry Tart...yum! $5 Lattes...yum! So breakfast was still $20+ person, but that's normal for Seattle, and everything is wonderful. The place is extremely busy but the staff stay cool and friendly...I imagine things are crazy on a Saturday or Sunday.

Kaks H.

Yelp
My fave French bakery in the area.. their croissants and pastries are amazing! My faves are the Almond croissant, Pain au Chocolat Hazelnut, Paris Brest and Tiramisu

Brendan c.

Yelp
Still a great place and amazing bakery. Everything is wonderful (except the Madeleines which are bland or stale). The breads and pastries are probably the best in Seattle. Service needs some improvement (hence the 4 stars). Either the staff needs more training for speed and/or ordering needs reworking as the wait is like ordering soup on Seinfeld. I can't put all the blame on staff as some customers wait 20+ minutes in line but have no idea what they want when it's their turn and then ask what every item is despite signs telling them. They have upgraded the outside table which is a plus. Sandwiches are delicious.

Yelp
Our first breakfast spot didn't work out and our group stumbled upon this cute, small shop. You can tell they're popular based on all the seating being filled and the line out the door. We waited in line for probably 10 minutes or so before making our way in, where we happened to snag a table. The display case was clean and everything looked so good. It was hard to narrow down what we wanted. We got the Parisienne, berry tart, macaroon, quiche, crème brûlée, marshmallows and these baked custard things. We were all very happy with our food and drink choices! We left feeling quite satisfied. I'd definitely recommend checking them out for a lovely breakfast or treat!

Yelp
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had the Pain Au Chocolat, quiche Lorraine, asparagus & prosciutto quiche, and the Chausson Aux Pommes (puff pastry with apple compote). Everything was delicious! They even put two pieces of baguette with the quiche. It's the freshest bread I've ever tasted! I was slightly annoyed with their cups- I got an iced coffee with room for cream & after I took the lid off & put it back on, every time I took a sip, it leaked. Super frustrating, especially when walking around the city. But it was a super cute place to sit and have breakfast. Though it seemed like many people got items to go. I would definitely go back!

Yelp
My favorite French Bakery... well... top two in town. Best lunch in the neighborhood. Great service. I have dreams of their brie baguette.

Yelp
I love carbs and carbs love me, so it was an easy decision to stop by this shop. I don't know the different names of French goodies, but if it looks good, imma buy it. Once you come into the shop, you're transported away to a place of delicious sites and smells. Luckily there was a line so I was able to gawk and awe over the selection. I finally settled on a chocolate almond croissant, which was ironic because I'm not a big chocolate fan but OHHH MY GAWDDD it was delicious. Not too sweet and flaky goodness is how I would describe it. I legit spent a long time savoring this treat, taking small bites as possible so I could savor the moment. This place is the real deal and I'll make sure to come here next time! I didn't try anything else but honestly it all looked good. Prices were reasonable and I can see why this place is so popular.
