"Go to Nomad East when the friend group wants a casual dinner where everyone can share pizzas and sides. Order the family salad with pickled vegetable and lemon vinaigrette, then swap slices of the garlic cream Betty White and Basque ’n Glory with chorizo and chermoula. This spot also whips up some inventive specials that border on nuclear science, like the Leftover Thanksgiving pizza with garlic cream, mashed potatoes, and turkey. Whatever topping journey you go on, wash the meal down with the double IPA from Utah’s Templin Family Brewing or the Prieler Blaufrankisch Chilled Red wine. The interior is fairly simple, decorated with some books, hanging plants and framed photos of mountains, but the patio is perfect for groups when the weather warms up." - Jenny Willden

Oh it’s so good. The service has been so lovely every time I’ve been too. I had the stalk in the hand(?) pizza and the family salad. Man the flavors are just so fun and creative. I love the seasonal pizzas every single time they hit the spot. It’s always fun to go for a nice dinner there. Especially in the summer/spring

This place never disappoints! This is our go to spot when the kiddos want pizza, they are obsessed. Which is nice because I get to eat like a grown up too. The staff is always delightful and attentive.

Nomad East was so fun and tasty! The Pretty in Pink Pizza is my new all time favorite. The roasted fingerlings were delicious and the wedge salad was so fresh. These three dishes were plenty of food for two people and the coolest lunch spot. We will be retuning soon!

The wedge salad was a perfect lunch on a Friday afternoon upon arriving from Seattle in winter. Yes, Seattle was covered in snow and 801 was dry and everything outside shouting Winter! Gorgeous outside, just like that wedge salad inside. Paired with a remarkable Pilsner that went down slowly, gently with the blue cheese, which together put me in a beautiful space. I gotsta come back for some pizza but that is not an arrival meal. That’s a proper sit down, relaxed already, and let those aroma’s annihilate your nose so that you are gone to heaven. Yes, I could smell the pies and that was such a great a tease. My friends both had the smoked salmon salad and the few bites I had - I’m from Seattle where smoked salmon is a craft - and their salmon was moist, flavorful, and on the mark. One of my friends lives here and apparently she eats that salad multiple times a week and I can see why. So many flavors. Each bite a delightful hint at another ingredient. Nomad rocks. Easy parking. Great ambiance. Stop in impulsively and you’ll thank me.

The cutest place ever! I can’t believe it took me so long to try it! The hostess Marley greeted us so warmly and Lilly our server was amazing! Will definitely be flying back out to Utah just to eat here! The salmon salad was unreal! Perfect sized chunks of smoked salmon mixed in, instead of one huge piece! Pickled raisins, manchego cheese and all the flavors made the smoked salmon salad the most divine dish!! Fingerling potatoes were unreal, and of course we had pizza and the sticky toffee pudding! Thanks for an amazing night of food and cutie vibes✨

Great atmosphere and chill vibe, I've dined in and ordered some take out pizzas and it's always been a good experience. Love the thin crust style of pizza that they make.

This place's pizza and salad were delicious. I really liked the smoked salmon salad, which was so flavorful. The place itself is clean, and the customer service is great. There is not much variety in desserts, but they are okay. You just have to have patience, as it gets full quick and is tough to find parking around. I highly recommend calling for reservations ahead of time. I just walked in and it took about 45 minutes, but it was worth it.

Loved this creative approach to pizza and salad. The salad was delicious and had so many fun additions like pickled celery, pepitas and pickled raisins. You won't find a healthier or more delicious salad. We tried 3 pizzas but my favorite was the Betty White. I loved the garlic cream sauce with the arugula and the picked raisins. We sat outside and it was a beautiful setting. Service was fast and acceptable. I would definitely go back!
