The 23 Best Restaurants In Salt Lake City - Salt Lake City - The Infatuation

"Go to Nomad East when the friend group wants a casual dinner where everyone can share pizzas and sides. Order the family salad with pickled vegetable and lemon vinaigrette, then swap slices of the garlic cream Betty White and Basque ’n Glory with chorizo and chermoula. This spot also whips up some inventive specials that border on nuclear science, like the Leftover Thanksgiving pizza with garlic cream, mashed potatoes, and turkey. Whatever journey you go on, wash the meal down with the double IPA from Utah’s Templin Family Brewing or the Prieler Blaufrankisch Chilled Red wine. The interior is fairly simple, decorated with some books, hanging plants, and framed photos of mountains, and the patio is perfect for groups when the weather warms up." - jenny willden

Google
Quick dinner, big flavor! We found Nomad East on Yelp and were excited to try it—especially for the pizza, which everyone seems to rave about. Parking in the area is a bit limited, but if you’re determined, you can snag a spot nearby. We came on a Friday without a reservation (would recommend one!), but luckily were seated within five minutes. It’s community-style seating, and we were told someone might join us, which we actually loved—it felt very European. We were heading to a show, so this was a quick dinner. Started with iced tea (served in a mason jar—nice touch!) and shared the wedge salad. That salad was huge and loaded with goodies—bacon, blue cheese, super crisp lettuce. Really satisfying. Then we built our own pizza: prosciutto, olives, basil, mushrooms. Every bite was delicious. The crust was on point—crispy, chewy, flavorful. Not a single complaint. The place was bustling, but everything moved efficiently, and the vibe was fun and lively. Service was minimal due to the quick turnaround, but we had what we needed. Looking forward to going back when we have more time to explore the rest of the menu—it all sounded super fresh and tempting!

Google
Our absolute favorite restaurant in SLC. We frequent this place 3-5x a month. Their pizzas? AMAZING. All of their pizza combos they suggest on the menu are a must try. The Islander and Pretty in Pink are our faves. Children of the Corn is also money! However, the real reason we come here is because of their incredible, topping rich, wedge salad. It’s piled high with bacon, sesame seeds and bleu cheese crumbles. Their homemade buttermilk ranch dressing is in every nook of the iceberg leaves. Their atmosphere is cute and homey, as it is in our neighborhood. It’s very family friendly as well as date night perfect. We love you NoMad☺️

Google
Oh it’s so good. The service has been so lovely every time I’ve been too. I had the stalk in the hand(?) pizza and the family salad. Man the flavors are just so fun and creative. I love the seasonal pizzas every single time they hit the spot. It’s always fun to go for a nice dinner there. Especially in the summer/spring

My husband and I just had dinner here. We made a reservation because it is usually busy. We split the wedge salad which was amazing. We ordered two pizzas. The corn of the children and the margarita. It was so delicious.

Google
Loved this creative approach to pizza and salad. The salad was delicious and had so many fun additions like pickled celery, pepitas and pickled raisins. You won't find a healthier or more delicious salad. We tried 3 pizzas but my favorite was the Betty White. I loved the garlic cream sauce with the arugula and the picked raisins. We sat outside and it was a beautiful setting. Service was fast and acceptable. I would definitely go back!

Google
Great unique food choices that were yummy! Great lemonade! We had two fabulous pizzas and a strawberry rhubarb shortcake that was fantastic! Our server was outstanding!

Google
Nomad East was so fun and tasty! The Pretty in Pink Pizza is my new all time favorite. The roasted fingerlings were delicious and the wedge salad was so fresh. These three dishes were plenty of food for two people and the coolest lunch spot. We will be retuning soon!

Google
This place's pizza and salad were delicious. I really liked the smoked salmon salad, which was so flavorful. The place itself is clean, and the customer service is great. There is not much variety in desserts, but they are okay. You just have to have patience, as it gets full quick and is tough to find parking around. I highly recommend calling for reservations ahead of time. I just walked in and it took about 45 minutes, but it was worth it.

Yelp
I recently visited Nomad Eatery with a couple of friends after hearing so many great things about it. It's nestled in a charming neighborhood, and they even have their own parking lot. While I imagine parking might be tricky during peak hours, arriving later (around 8 PM) made it a breeze for us. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff and the mouthwatering aroma of pizza. We were seated right away, though that might be thanks to our reservation. Now, let's talk about the food--absolutely fantastic! The salmon salad was a standout, with its perfectly cooked salmon and crispy fried salmon skin that added a delightful crunch. The roasted fingerling potatoes were also a hit, and the curry sauce really elevated the dish. While I'm not usually a pizza fan, the ones here were impressive. The Figgy Azalea was a highlight--the combination of fig jam, prosciutto, and garlic sauce was absolutely delicious. However, the Shroom of Doom didn't quite live up to my expectations. The greens had a bitter taste that's probably more suited to those who enjoy stronger, earthy flavors, and the mushrooms alone came off a bit burnt. Overall, Nomad Eatery is a great spot for casual dining, and I'm already looking forward to coming back to try more of their pizzas!

Yelp
Cute spot with a no frills interior. Patio looks inviting but it was winter and too cold for outdoor seating during my visit. Parking is limited. Full bar, reservations are available but not necessary during the week. Servers were kind and prompt. Water stayed full and we were assisted quickly. Pizza itself was ok... crust was soft in the middle and toppings were uneven. I was really hoping for better quality from this place but it was fun to try.

Yelp
Very easy to park. Super clean establishment. Server was friendly. The restaurant was not super big so keep in mind to make a reservation when dining here but I'm sure it gets busy. The wedge salad was delicious. One portion was enough order for the three of us to share. We ordered two pizzas: Figgy Azalea and Shroom Doom The dough was magnificent and the flavors were good. The only thing that can be done differently is an adjustment in the amount of the fig sauce squirted on top of the pizza and the olive tapenade. It was just too much of both and there was a large amount of the juice from the olive tapenade dumped on our pizza. Overall would try again.

Yelp
If you're looking for a cozy neighborhood dining experience in Salt Lake, Neighbor should be at the top of your list. While parking can be a bit tricky with its limited lot, don't let that deter you--there's ample street parking nearby, and trust me, the food is worth the extra steps. Start with their wedge salad, which is a masterpiece in its simplicity--crisp, fresh, and perfectly dressed. It's a refreshing prelude to their fig and honey pizza, a creative take that balances savory and sweet in every bite. The crust is perfectly charred, the toppings are generous, and the drizzle of honey ties everything together beautifully. But the real showstopper? The sticky toffee pudding. It might just be the best I've had in Salt Lake. Warm, rich, and served with a luscious sauce, it's the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Neighbor has a cozy, welcoming vibe that feels like a home away from home. Whether you're stopping by for a casual bite or a date night, this spot is a must-visit for pizza lovers and dessert enthusiasts alike. Pro tip: Come early to snag a good parking spot and stay late to savor every bite.

Yelp
This place was amazing and redefined what I consider good pizza. I ordered the Roni Boy which was absolutely incredible and I loved the hot honey contrast with the jalapeno and the delicious pepperoni. My friends ordered the Pretty in Pink, which had great strachiatella and a garlic taste and the Abe Froman which was loaded with great toppings as well. I've never finished a whole personal pizza before this place. I also usually don't love eating crust as I typically find it too hard, but the crust was delicious as well. The service was great and attentive and the ambiance was really cute and funky. I enjoyed the decor and all around great experience.

Yelp
Love this place. The pizza, the salads, all of it yummy. Love it even more when we can sit on the patio.

Yelp
4 Stars Nomad East offers excellent food in an inviting atmosphere. The themed pizzas are super fun, especially if you catch the references! The overall vibe makes it a great spot to hang out. However, my experience with the service was a letdown. Our server, Isabella, was not friendly--her attitude came off as rude and borderline offensive. It definitely left a sour note on an otherwise great meal. I'd recommend ordering to go and skipping the dine-in service if she's your server. Food's fantastic, but service could be much better. Isabella be better this is a customer service position, maybe reflect that.

Yelp
How dare I not try Nomad East until now! I feel like I just learned something the entire world has known for years - Nomad East is a STANDOUT! It's got the adorable neighborhood-restaurant vibe, with a splash of bougie Yalecrest persona. The smoked salmon salad is my new favorite salad. No joke, you have to try it. The cucumber salad was light and refreshing (honestly, not sure it's worth $14.00) but I digress. And the pizza is fantastic! If you're going to be a pizza place, it better be good. And Nomad knows how to pizza! If you've been living under a rock like me, learn from my mistakes and go to Nomad East IMMEDIATELY. You won't regret it.

Yelp
BEST PIZZA IN SLC. (sorry for yelling) This is the cutest little spot, but be ware - you will need a reservation!!!!! It's worth it, this pizza is insane. You really can't go wrong with your order, but we ordered the Shroom of Doom and Roni- Boy. My mouth is watering just writing about them (so glad I have leftovers in my fridge!)

Yelp
This was place great! Our friends in the neighborhood picked it for our 2 families to get together. Bold, delicious pizza, great salads and a legit array of drinks. Service was excellent.

Yelp
Came on a Monday night and waited about 30 minutes for a table for 3. The location and interior of Nomad East is incredible and makes us wish we lived in the neighboring homes. We ordered two pizzas and a wedge salad to share and had leftover pizza to take home with us. The wedge salad was definitely our favorite item. So many toppings and such a tasty buttermilk dressing. The pretty in pink pizza had a nice kick from the peppers, but our favorite pizza was the die brusselin with sausage instead of spam. We look forward to eating here again and bringing our friends and family with us.
google avatar

Travis C.

Yelp
Great service Really creative pizza. Interesting flavor combinations with their pizza toppings. We ordered Roni Boy Pink lade Shroom of Doom All three were a roller coaster of flavor and curious medley of aroma and taste. We were impressed with the speed of service and how fast the pizza was brought to our table of six.
google avatar

Naomi L.

Yelp
Fresh food and great presentation! Everything tasted as described on the menu and I left satisfied. I think this place is more suitable as a date spot or a casual group lunch/dinner. I'd say if you should pass on anything it's the basque n glory pizza. I thought it was a bit soggy and the flavors didn't mend very well. It sounded really appetizing but this was a group vote for worst pizza amongst the three we ordered. Everything else I ate was great. Service was alright. The waiter seemed confused at our arrival and was very slow at everything she did. That would be my only criticism.

Yelp
Upon my wife's recommendation--based in her love for pizza--we decided to finally give Nomad East a try. I've heard a lot of good things prior to trying out Nomad. We looked at the menu and the decision was easy to make: Brussels, Pretty in Pink pizza for me and Get Rich or Die Brusselin' for the wife. The Brussels dish was amazing. Tasted so fresh and the Lemon flavor throughout the entire dish. A true delight and perfect shareable appetizer to start the meal. Shoutout to the crispy pieces of onion as well, game changer. Pretty in pink was AMAZING! Nomad was generous with the Stracciatella, which is always a plus. Pink Sauce tasted amazing, not too salty, and the addition of the Fresno's gave the pizza just the right amount of hit. Get Rich or die Brusselin' was also a great pizza with lots of flavors all combined in the same place. Sometimes that combination worked, and sometimes it didn't. The service was nice, our server was very friendly. The restaurant is clean and very welcoming. I can't wait to come back.

Yelp
PHENOMENAL pizza! Wow, we were blown away! It's a quaint little restaurant with bar seating, patio seating, and some seating indoors. I believe this is where Eggs in the City used to be if I'm remembering correctly? We split a single serving of the family/house salad and WOW it was packed with flavor. The single serving was $8 and was the perfect appetizer for two people. It had so many veggies in it squash, radishes, SO much goodness and yumminess. The dressing was light and wasn't overpowering. It was delicious. All of their pizzas are one size, and are personal size - I believe 12"? They each had six slices, and we each got our own pizza and it was the perfect amount of food for each of us. I left with some leftovers that I ate later in the day, and they heated up great. The margherita pizza was AMAZING. So much flavor for such a simple pizza. This is definitely one of my favorite pizza places in SLC, and I'm looking forward to coming back.
google avatar

Rebecca N.

Yelp
I really love this place for a quick or leisurely lunch. The wedge will blow your socks off. Don't make the mistake of sharing it, because trust me, you want it all. The pizzas are largely delicious with the - not always on the menu - Children of the Corn being my very favorite. It's almost worth going just in case they are featuring it. The patio is heated in the winter to perfection and the ambiance is natural light meets traditional smokey local pizza joint. My one complaint - they don't have fountain soda. It's a crime to eat a pizza without a bubbly soda. You're in Utah, get yourself a soda fountain, please - and make it Coke!

Yelp
Delicious food but the salad was a standout! Ambiance: Cozy with outdoor and indoor spaces with kind of an industrial vibe. There's pretty limited parking in the lot but a decent amount of street parking around. Service: Got seated super fast. Everybody was friendly, water refills were timely, and food came out fair quick. Food: We got the salmon salad and margarita pizza! Salmon salad was delicious with a huge chunk of salmon and the dressing was tangy, complimenting the freshness of the salad well. The margarita pizza was decent as well but the salad was definitely the star of the show. Overall, great place for food especially if you're craving a salad! Would recommend and come back!

Yelp
Food : good but I had to leave a little to the imagination since my pizza arrived burnt. Loved the broccolini ! Service : I had called to place an order for pick up and they said it would be about 2 hours to prepare. It was a little busy. We decided to dine in and we were able to receive pizzas within 30 minutes. Ambiance: indoor and outdoor seating. hipster, great for groups , dates and families.

Yelp
Nomad east is a cute little restaurant in Salt Lake City. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Their outdoor patio has a roof with lights and the ambiance is very warm and cozy. Inside, the kitchen is open so you can see them make the pizzas in stone ovens which is pretty cool. The servers are very nice. They do have their own parking lot, however it is a little small and it was packed on the Monday night that I went. There is a lot of neighborhood parking and it is really easy to walk to the restaurant. Though this place is known for their pizzas, I ordered the 1/2 chicken with the Brussels sprouts. It was delicious, both were perfectly seasoned and I would definitely get it again. The Brussels sprouts had lots of garlic which I loved. The chicken had a kick of spice but the cream cheese sauce made it very refreshing and really complimented the chicken.
google avatar

Yelp
Great pizza and very attentive service! We ordered two pizzas, the Rony Boy and the Children of the Corn, and they were both excellent. Great flavor combos, ingredients were fresh, the dough was great, and the portions were decent for artisan style wood fired pizza. Our server was great, very patient, and they had dining sets and seats for toddlers which was a surprise for a place with such trendy decor (industrial chic maybe? Idk it gave Portland vibes for sure.) We enjoyed the patio seating, and were able to enjoy a leisurely weekday lunch. The beer selection they had was decent too, but I was so bummed out that the sour was out of stock, but our server had a good local ish beer recommendation which went great with the chorizo pizza. Great experience. We will be back for sure!
google avatar

Sierra S.

Yelp
The smoked salmon salad is the most absolutely stunning flavor profile. From the onions to the bread crumbs to the red pepper dressing. Not to mention the smoked salmon. It's literally my favorite meal. I come here often just for this dish. I've had a basic pepperoni and it's delicious. They do take a long long long long time for to go orders that have pizza in the order. Be prepared to wait. I wish they had DoorDash option or even online ordering. I truly don't understand then outrageous wait but alas I love the salad so, I shall return.
google avatar

Katie B.

Yelp
I'm sitting here at Nomad East, alone, with the greatest love of my life: the smoked salmon salad. Not only is this the best salad I've ever had in my life, it's also the #1 dish in all of SLC, in my humble opinion. This salad will heal your tattered soul. She's beauty, she's grace, she's crunchy and savory and smoky and nutty and so damn good. This is what I crave when I am feeling celebratory, or getting over sickness, or need a comfort food, or feeling a little fancy. Shoutout to Jordan for always being such a kind waiter even when I fly in like a bat outta hell screaming SAMMY SALLYYYYYY NO RAISINSSSSS. Oh, and the pizza is divine too. But mostly, bless you, smoked salmon salad. Praise be!
google avatar

Frank W.

Yelp
The unique and flavorful Family Salad was as original as it was tasty. The blend of seeds, the greens, the golden raisins, radishes, and yellow squash were delightful. Our waitress Oi was so friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful first time dining experience!

Yelp
Solid place . I was looking for the best pizza in SLC and embarked on a mission to find the best pizza in town. I wanted to sit inside on a warm day, but most of the booths are "reserved" for larger parties. Service was average/good. Some of the guys making pizza -- to be quite honest -- gave off the "dirty hippie" look .....I won't lie. The majority of the staff gave off the "nomad" vibe indeed. I always hope and pray these guys washed their hands before tossing the dough........just sayin. The other thing i can't stand is when the glass door at a restaurant is loaded with smudges/fingerprints. Nothing says questionable attention to cleanliness/food handling quite like a filthy front door. YUCK! Pizza was good - I opted for the Children of the Corn pizza for $18 and the famous salmon salad. Both were good - not mind blowing mind you, but all around decent. Children of the corn pizza is definitely on the slightly sweeter side with the garlic cream sauce. It was fun to give it a try. Lots of families here -- tons of kids -- not the most relaxing place on earth, but this place is far away from downtown and nested in residential area - what do you expect? I would like to come back here and try the pizzas with red sauce (Betty White) one more time. They sure looked good.........
google avatar

Cat L.

Yelp
Nomad East has the best smoky, salmon salad. I crave it on a regular basis. I like the pizza, but I can never pass up the smoky salmon salad. I've been coming here semi-regularly for over a year, and my only complaint is that the speed of service can be a little unpredictable. Definitely a gamble taking anyone on a a bit of a time limit or any sort of business lunch. However, for lunch with good friends or a (not first date) date night, it is phenomenal. I love the interior and the waiters are truly very kind and do their best to take care of you. Overall, I absolutely recommend checking this place out- just don't schedule anything directly after.
google avatar

Mason R.

Yelp
Nomad East is a delicious spot with a fun vibe! I got the Brussels sprouts with light cheese, the Basque n Glory pizza, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding with light butterscotch sauce! Everything was superb, the staff was extremely friendly, and I had a seat at the bar so got to watch the pizza and appetizers going in and out of the ovens, which was fun. My only regret was coming solo because I couldn't order and try more from the menu! I will be back.
google avatar

Hailey M.

Yelp
Food is amazing. Possibly my favorite pizza yet! The prosciutto and pesto is divine. Crust is perfect and the pesto is so savory. I don't even like asparagus but it still tasted good on this pizza. Appropriate size for two people but I probably could have eaten the whole thing on my own (as a 5'9 gal)! The coconut cucumber salad was one of the most unique things I've had. It's a perfect summer dish and the dressing is amazing. My only wish is that it was bigger! Contains celery, cucumber, red onion, arugula, and grapes. Sauce seems to be coconut, olive oil, and something sweet that I can't put my finger on... Service: prompt. Very kind. Ambiance: cozy. Rustic. Family friend.
google avatar

Ryan V.

Yelp
Delicious pizza with some interesting flavor combinations. The wait times are always really long so I mostly order meals for takeout. Food is definitely a 5. The service and hostess attitude has some room for improvement.

Rachel G.

Yelp
We are not usually big "sides" people, but the side dishes here are delicious and there's always variety. Super nice staff, we love the patio or eating inside. We always enjoy our meal here. We had a server here named Logan who was the nicest server we have ever had!
google avatar

A'Lissa O.

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times and been very pleased both times. Sure it's hip and overpriced, but the outdoor seating is pleasant, and they are welcoming and polite and the food is delicious. The Betty White pizza is amazing (those raisins!) and the Children of the Corn is excellent (although we got it without chorizo and the peppers on the side to control the heat). The family salad is big enough for 4 or 5 to share and a good way to go. Parking can be tough with limited spots and reservations aren't a bad idea.
google avatar

Sarah H.

Yelp
I love nomad East! I've been a few times and the family salad is one of the best salads I've had. It's a must when you have a group to share. Alllll of the pizzas are delicious and can add substitutions if you prefer!

Nadine M.

Yelp
Tried Nomad East for the first time after hearing great things. We got takeout on a busy night and unfortunately were underwhelmed. First, the pizzas are quite small for the price (compared to other local spots). We ordered a Figgy Azalea, intrigued by the description and photos and were disappointed with a lack of fresh figs and instead some squeezed fig jam on the pizza. The overall flavor would have been good except for the jam and small amount of Brussels sprouts on our pizza. The Braveheart had good flavor but overall too wet with the artichokes, too much sauce and not a good balance of cheese. The plain cheese not awesome either. Overall for the money spent have had better pies in the area.
google avatar

Nancy B.

Yelp
Wow!! What a gem! The service was awesome, place was clean and food was excellent!! The smokes Salmon salad was excellent! Would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!!
google avatar

Katelyn V.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this place! The service was great, food was even better. I highly recommend the Betty White Pizza, it's different and so good! The restaurant itself is very clean and nicely decorated, a lot smaller than I was expecting, we came at lunch time so there was no problem getting sat right away but I bet it's pretty packed at night. This will be one of our new go to spots. Loved it!
google avatar

Yelyzaveta B.

Yelp
What a let down. The service was terrible. Waitresses and hostess looked extremely overworked/unhappy. It was incredibly cold inside. The bathroom door was broken. We waited 40 minutes for our pizza on a Sunday afternoon. Pizza came out to be a dissapoinment. It was just all right, but not worth it's price.
google avatar

Michael R.

Yelp
We were visiting Salt Lake and friends recommended this local place. It was filled with fun & interesting people, somewhat different from the normal crowd in SLC. We had family style salads pizza and roasted chicken. The salad was better than expected and filled with a lot of interesting ingredients. Very flavorable and greatly enjoyed. The artisan pizzas were all great. The dough was delicious and cooked perfectly. The marinara base sauce was savory, sweet & tangy. Loved the pizzas x 4 types! I also ordered the roasted 1/2 chicken. The bbq flavor was sweet and tangy! We stayed and chatted until closed and the staff were friendly and informative. I would love to retry this lovely local spot next time we're in SLC.
google avatar

Chloe S.

Yelp
We love this place! The wedge salad is so yummy and the Roni Boy pizza is something I'm always craving. Super fun atmosphere and nice outdoor dining. Servers are attentive and kind and quick to get things out.
google avatar

Amy A.

Yelp
Go somewhere else the food is too subpar. Ok... are they gone? Nomad is my families go to for everything. We rarely eat out, but when we do. It's Nomad East or Nomad take out. The pizza is sooooo good. The Roni Boy is a must. What's even better in my opinion to the pizzas? The Smoked Salmon Salad. The balance of flavors, and crunch is perfection. Ask my husband what I'd request as my last meal? You got it! It's the salad. But for real. Don't got there. You wouldn't like it.
google avatar

Shaun R.

Yelp
Solid choice if legit pizza is on your mind. Nice place and all but I will say that the wedge salad which is highly recommended did not work for us at all. All the seeds and an interesting ranch dressing was not appetizing. Love the pizza though - Cheers-
google avatar

Kayleigh C.

Yelp
Wedge salad was absolutely delicious, we also got two pizzas. If you're in SLC don't pass this place up. We really wised there was a Nomad East in Vegas!

Myk A.

Yelp
Went inside at 145 on a Saturday. A few employees walked past my wife and I without even a greeting or recognition of our presence. The restaurant had 3-5 open tables, but when we were finally acknowledged we were told it would be 10 minutes before we could be seated and we would have to wait outside. We just left and walked across the street where they knew how to greet and appreciate business. I'd rather take my business somewhere that wants it.
google avatar

Jeff T.

Yelp
Nice enough restaurant, although their outdoor seating area keeps the entire restaurant cold enough in winter months that we had to keep our jackets on inside. Heard the pizza here is really good, it was OK. Would come again, but the pizza just isn't my jam.
google avatar

John G.

Yelp
We go every time we are in SLC/ Sugarhouse. The selection of artisan pizzas are excellent. We especially like Children of the Corn, Pretty in Pink, and Roni Boy. Sharing the family salad is a must. Great service.

Melanie T.

Yelp
Food was great. Server was friendly and helpful. The dining area was a little loud but we definitely plan to come back again.
google avatar

Kenny F.

Yelp
Nomad East is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner. The dining area is hip and comfortable. They converted their outdoor dining area into a covered and heated area which was pleasant for lunch on a winter day. Wait staff is friendly. Food is inventive and delicious. We had the fingerling potatoes and brussel sprouts. Both were delicious.
google avatar

Chirelle P.

Yelp
I went on a little date night here recently. I feel like this place is overrated. We waited for a bit to get seated, our seat was the corner of the bar. I had a mail bin & dirty dishes stacked up on a shelf next to where I was sitting which seemed a little unprofessional. The bar area was so small that we couldn't fit all of our dishes. We ordered a wedge salad minus bacon to start & we had a hard time cutting this salad without flinging ranch dressing all over because there was literally no space to cut this without us bumping into the people next to us and having this dish plus our side plates. Our margarita pizza came out next. It was pretty greasy which I suppose can be expected with a margarita pizza. It was alright, not the best pizza ever but not the worst. We also ordered Brussel Sprouts which I was pretty excited about. I've been really loving ordering brussel sprouts when resturants have them as an option. This dish came out very last. We didn't have enough room & we ended up needing a little tray thing to hold our pizza with our Brussel Sprouts under. The Brussel Sprouts were so overly filled with garlic. I thought I was eating Grana cheese, but it ended up being a big scoop of garlic chunks instead. We didn't end up finishing these. We agreed that the wedge salad was probably our favorite thing here. I don't think I'll be back. I think it's way to overhyped for what it is. The location itself is very small as well, so be prepared to wait for a bit for a table to open up.

Yelp
So heads up, you should try to make a reservation ahead of time. This place is busy and the look we got when we arrived without a reservation was a little much. But we got on the list and then wandered around the neighborhood for a while before getting a table. Once seated the waitress was wonderful and friendly. I went with the Roni-boy pizza which was absolutely amazing!! It's pepperoni, pickled jalapeños and a hot honey sauce. The jalapeños were delicious on their own and the hot honey really made it. It was just the right level of sweet with the pepperoni and jalapeños. It was also delicious as leftovers the next day because I couldn't eat a whole pizza. I loved the open kitchen so I could watch the cooks as the tan around making all the delicious food. I'll definitely try this again but with a reservation next time.

Yelp
Nomad East is less than 5 miles from my home and I can't believe it has taken me this long to eat there!! My husband and I went for dinner for our anniversary and our meal was absolutely amazing! We got the Smoked Salmon salad and the Children of the Corn pizza and we're BLOWN AWAY. The quality was amazing, the ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were so well-balanced. I loved the casual but also elevated vibe created in both their inside and outside seating areas. If you're considering going, just go-you definitely won't be sorry!! We can't wait to go back!
