A while back, we were disappointed to learn that one of our favorite restaurants, Lakeside was permanently closed. However, sometimes a change brings a breath of fresh air to the concept of an amazing dining experience. As always, Wynn insists on going over and beyond perfection, if such thing exists. Every little part of this restaurant from carpeting, to waiters’ aprons to beautiful perfect lighting… was implemented with great precision. The atmosphere is telling you a story about beauty of the sea, elegance of fine seafood dining, where not only shows amazing creativity but it’s accompanied by beautiful presentation. Impeccable service where nothing is neglected. I can’t say enough about our experience, and I thank Cayla and the management for being so accommodating during their busiest night. Congratulations on the amazing creation.

PISCES Las Vegas is an exceptional dining experience and easily one of the best seafood restaurants in the city. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels polished and intimate. The seafood is outstanding. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared, with a menu that lets the quality of the ingredients speak for itself. Each dish feels balanced and intentional, never overcomplicated, and consistently delivered at a very high level. Whether you’re ordering raw selections or cooked dishes, the execution is flawless. Service at PISCES is attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced. The staff is clearly well-trained and genuinely invested in the dining experience, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring that every detail is taken care of without ever feeling intrusive. What truly sets PISCES apart is how seamlessly it combines luxury with comfort. It feels refined yet relaxed, making it just as suited for celebrations as it is for an elevated dinner where you simply want excellent food and service. We spent our Thanksgiving dinner at Pisces , and honestly, it couldn’t have been a more memorable experience. I ordered the Thanksgiving turkey and I’m saying this as someone who normally doesn’t even enjoy turkey but this one completely changed my mind. It was perfectly seasoned, tender, and easily the most flavorful turkey I’ve ever had. Guests around us were ordering from the regular menu, and everything looked and smelled so good that I caught myself thinking, “Next time I’m in Vegas, I really want to come back and try more of their dishes.” Maybe I slightly regretted not ordering from the main menu this time, but discovering a turkey I genuinely loved was a pleasant surprise. And the ambiance… just beautiful. Warm, elegant, and cozy in a way that made Thanksgiving dinner feel intimate and special. The lighting, décor, and overall vibe were absolutely perfect truly a blessing for a holiday evening. A memorable experience. I’m definitely coming back.

First time trying Pisces and it was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. The hostesses that checked us in were friendly and everyone who serviced our table was great including Lily who was friendly and attentive. The bread service was excellent. The bass ceviche was A++++. The Chicken shawarma blew my mind. Soooo good but I do wish there was a second pita as it wasn't nearly enough pita for the plate. The 14oz Ribeye was perfection. Literally a top 3 steak I've had in Vegas. The mashed potatoes I ordered as a side were A+++ and finally the dessert. Wow wow my new #1 dessert in Vegas and this city has great desserts. The DUBAI CHOCOLATE ROCHER was amazing! I'll be popping in just for that! It was a top 2 overall experience for Vegas restaurants and I have over 400 reviews on Google. The interior design is the best I've saw too. The glass mosaic floors were beautiful. I'll definitely be back. I absolutely loved the ambiance as well as the meal. I had the crispy shrimp and omg I fell in love. They are sooo delicious, perfectly seasoned. I also had the Fingerling potato purée and my goodness, that’s how you make mashed potatoes 100/10! The service was amazing, I sat on the outside patio and enjoyed the water show. (They have heaters if your cold) This is a place where you can enjoy yourself🤍

Came here as my wife heard a lot about it and was excited to try it. We sat outside so we could watch the waterfall shows and honesty it was a pretty magical little area, although sometimes the music could be a little jarring as it goes from quiet and serene to blasting marshmellow with rainforest cafe vibes. (Enough people asked from videos if that is where I went they I had to bring it up)🤣. But to be clear when the shows weren’t going I loved the area . All the staff was wonderful as well as the service, and I didn’t have any complaints or issues that came to mind. Only had one cocktail since I’m a whisky man and they only had one whisky drink. not much really interested me on the cocktail menu but it was a decent selection and I feel many people would find a lot they would like. The fig old fashioned was great though! Alright the food! Everything was honestly delicious. I adored the bread course. I wanted 3 more of those cute little twisty loafs. The crab cigars were a highlight. I would get those takeout and eat like 12 Of them; probably my favorite thing all night, with the croquettes being a close second. The Dover sole main course was wonderfully balanced, and went so well with the potatoes and ratatouille but I was just so full by that time I couldn’t even finish it 🤣. Lastly the giant Dubai chocolate ice cream was a great finisher. So honestly great total experience. I felt the portion sizes were larger than I expected, I wish I could give a 4.5 star, google sadly doesn’t allow that. It really comes down to having to pay that Vegas Strip “luxury restaurant price”. It came to 280 a person, which just felt like a lot. In their defense, There is cheaper options at the restaurant, and it’s not really obscenely more expensive then other similar restaurant types in the “fancy strip dining category” If you’re into the mood for this type of food and you have some money to burn you will have a great time. 🦀

Located inside the Wynn, overlooking the enchanting Lake of Dreams, Pisces is nothing short of breathtaking. Reservations are notoriously difficult to secure, so booking well in advance is essential. We opted for outdoor seating to enjoy the Lake of Dreams show, chilly evening aside, the heat lamps kept us perfectly comfortable and allowed us to fully take in the magic of the setting. The interior design is absolutely spectacular. The space channels a Mediterranean seaside escape with a luxurious, immersive ambiance inspired by the mysterious depths of the sea. Designed by Todd-Avery Lenahan, Wynn’s President and Chief Creative Officer, the restaurant feels both transportive and refined, an elegant balance of coastal charm and high design. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed through an intimate entry rotunda wrapped in embroidered velvet walls and rich ebony wood accents, immediately setting the tone. Inside the dining room, deep blues, warm copper hues, and gleaming bronze finishes dominate the space. A striking chandelier composed of 400 rum colored Murano glass orbs floats above the bar, while reflective mosaic floors of copper-infused glass and Carrara marble shimmer subtly beneath your feet. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Lake of Dreams, bathing the room in natural light and offering a dynamic backdrop that shifts with the water and light show, almost as if you’re dining directly on the water. The service was equally impressive. Our attendant, Bernardo, was exceptional, polished, professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. He offered thoughtful recommendations, provided options, and made the entire experience feel effortless and indulgent. The rest of the staff was equally gracious and welcoming. Now, onto the cocktails and cuisine. I began with the “Conventional Wisdom,” a refreshing fizz cocktail with delicate notes of citrus and cucumber. While I typically enjoy sweeter cocktails, this one leaned a bit too sweet for my palate. Bernardo graciously took my feedback, and had the bartender promptly adjust it to perfection, impeccable service. I also tried the “Stars Align,” a celestial twist on the classic Aperol Spritz, and it was absolutely delightful. And their champagne as well, perfectly chilled. For starters, we ordered the Greek Horiatiki salad with tomato, cucumber, manouri feta, onion, Kalamata olives, green pepper, and red wine vinaigrette. Quite possibly the best Greek salad I’ve ever had, fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. For our mains, we chose the Halibut Milanese, served with finger lime butter sauce, heirloom tomato jam, and roasted fennel. It was beautifully executed, light, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. We also enjoyed the Black Truffle Tagliatelle with Parmigiano Reggiano and thyme, an outstanding pasta dish that was rich yet refined. We ended the evening with a well-brewed espresso and a dessert that truly was the cherry on top. “If Wishes Were Fishes,” a salted caramel ganache layer cake with warm fudge sauce, was as stunning in presentation as it was indulgent in flavor, simply unforgettable. Overall, Pisces delivered a glorious dining experience from start to finish. Between the extraordinary service, breathtaking setting, and exceptional food, this is unquestionably a restaurant we will return to, and one I wholeheartedly recommend.

What a great place. Try out Pisces and you won't be disappointed. Refined seafood prepared with precision in an amazing atmosphere that exudes style and superlative service make this restaurant a must for your Vegas trip. The ceviche is top notch as is the grilled octopus. Don't miss out on the sides of Asparagus with the creme sauce and the refried mashed potatoes with shaved cheese on top...wow! For the main course the Halabut is extraordinary as is the Lobster with noodles. It got a touch of heat thst kicks this extraordinary meal to the next level. Be sure yo get the Greek salad...its amazing and so so so fresh! Ladle the only desert you need is the Olive Oil Cake. It by itself is a powerhouse and is an absolute must just add a Cappucino with it and you as us will be blown away! Pisces is a real treat and yes its high end but the pricing is very fair for the level of excellence they provide

This is what fine dining in Vegas should be like: attentive but not cloying service, the wait staff having the finesse to know when to bring things and take things away, and delicious, creative food. The prices are high, like most fine dining places, but I felt like I got the experience that I paid for, and I left feeling happy and satisfied. We started at the bar with a drink and an app: the martinis were awesome and the grilled octopus was amazing. The star of our dinner was the salt-baked loup de mer -- craveable, unique, and worth the wait and the price of admission. That's not something you see everyday, so it's only fitting to have it in a city that's unlike anything else in the world. We had a great table, saw the usual Lake of Dreams show, and felt taken care of. Pisces checked all the boxes.

Speciality cocktails are batched...which is super odd for fine dining restaurant. With such a big focus on cocktails on their social media, you'd think they would have a bartender making them as they are ordered. I was told I couldn't get a specific cocktail a little less spicy because they are made already. Lobster smelled fishy and made me sick from a couple bites. I was sick all the next day! Atmosphere was nice and pretty.

The cocktails were terrible and way too sugary. This is definitely a place to buy wine. The food was just ok. The oysters were served on a neat tray but it wasn't very functional- there were chunks of ice inside of all of the shells so we had to use a fork to eat the oysters, and again we have had much tastier oysters. The tuna Wellington just wasn't very good. We have just had much better seafood experiences overall at other places. We also stepped away to take a picture of the beautiful scenery and our table was halfway bussed, Amazing vibe and surrounding though.

Vegas...the City that time doesn't bother with. It's as if Bourbon St., Beele St., and Times Square had a menage-a-trois and somehow hatched a Love Child. The place is opulence reimagined and on full Jumbo Tron display. Pisces is the portrait of gorgeous. Anything subtle here? Not so much, but that's why you've come. Luxury surrounds you and for 3 hours you have the view from the top, even if you have to piss away the rent money to do it. Glitz, glam, a four story waterfall with a laser light show just outside on the patio and still 300 to 500 covers per night are served well. There is a distant loop just under the diner's din offering just enough thump and bump so you're compelled to eat to the beat but not so loud that you want to eat it and then beat it. The Bar: The Bar is a Bar Exam. Never heard of it? They have it. So, dream it and then drink it. "I'll be a player" I said to Justin, the Captain of his team assigned to my table. "A Spirit of the Sea for me. Can I have it with Gin?" "No, Sir, you may not," he replied. "Okay then, I'll have it as is." And...it was absolutely stellar. Greek Kastra Elion Vodka served ice cold and spicy hot in a deep well along with a little cup of chipped ice on which lay a skewered Caperberry, a tart Kalamata Olive, and a huge Manzanita Olive with a Pequin Chili Pepper, it's vicious crooked red point protruding like Death's index finger beckoning the drinker to drink. I drank. Few things in life and especially in Vegas live up to their hype. This did. The Staff: An army on the march double time. Runners, bussers, Servers, all in motion like a Pachinko Machine. Justin, was effervescent, engaging, Grub Guru, Faith Healer, Psychologist, Best Friend Forever, Father Confessor, Older Brother, Doting Parent, Dutch Uncle, Spiritual Guide, Couples Counselor, all at the same time as needed, and that was just to present the menu and the Specials on offer. Who's in the house? Everyone. The beautiful people, the not so beautiful people who dressed in the dark, full sleeves, sweaty bellies, a riff on bare midriff, true trophies and who knows, a pro's on the stroll and the troll. There was the good, the bad, and the ugly waving a fist full of dollars and those on a trip and those totally drip and all suspended in a soap bubble of culinary and service perfection. The Food: Magnificent from gullet to gizzard beginning with the complimentary Bread Service which was a regal crown of Sourdough/Croissant anointed with Red Pepper Sauce and Smoked Baba Ghanoush. Dip in and on. The East Coast/ West Coast Oyster Smack Down opened as a great start. They came with Passionfruit Mignonette, Shredded Horseradish, and House made Hot Sauce all in supporting rolls. The Hamachi Serrano was a row of flayed Yellowtail strips dotted with just enough heat to spark your B/P and worthy of any high end Omakase. The Spicy Tuna Tartare was an elegant artist display. A cylinder of mashed Avocado interwoven with micro diced Ahi Tuna, spiked with jagged edged chards of Sourdough Kalamata Crisps all around in order to scoop up every morsel of Avo/Tuna. A layer of razor thin Baby Persian Cucumber Coins helped polish off anything left behind and I sent the plate back cleaner than the day it was purchased. The Pisces Caesar was cold and fresh. Could it have been a bit more Caesar forward? Yes. Caesar is bold by definition and by list of required ingredients. Garlic and Anchovies...on me. To the front. My take? Oh Anchovies, oh Garlic, where is they sting? Nonetheless it was still good and remained so (make that Romained so) until it was all gone down to the last toasted Bread Crumb. The Olive Oil Poached Sea Bass was a Shaq fist of excellent fish. Marinated Baby Artichoke Hearts, Red Bell Pepper Sauce, and Olive Tapenade were all along for the ride. No Olive Oil drippage. This was simply my wish for a dish of terrific fish. My Sea Bass was first in it's class in the school of fish it came from. The Halibut Milanese, did not have to fish for a compliment either. Lightly breaded on one side and ready for a dip in the potent Finger Lime Butter Sauce then a rub down with Heirloom Tomato Jam and a few crunches of Roasted Fennel slivers. The Truffle Potato Kibbeh (Potato Croquettes) with Sea Salt and fresh grated Parmesan Cheese were crispy creamy addictive. "Hello, My name is Ron and I want an entire bucket of these, right now. My sensible eating sponsor can bite me." Finally, the Checkered Flag was just up ahead. Dessert loomed large and larger as it drew closer on the Server's tray. It was a mile high swirl of Frozen Greek Yogurt made exclusively for Pisces at a dairy farm in Vermont and arrived settled into a wading pool of fruit laden Sour Cherry Compote next to a pyramid of syrupy Donut Holes. Delicious. This was fitting end to a magical majestic meal. Pisces, let's call a Wynn, Wynn.

Exceptional visit here the drinks are really special and the food was fabulous. Gorgeous setting of course and very accommodating service which for me is so important when you're going to a fine dining restaurant. The only thing I would say is that bartender was very underwhelming sort of edgy grumpy cautionary you just usually expect a bartender at a restaurant like that to be a little more friendly So basically don't sit at the bar! But the food was fabulous

Came here with a large group, be sure to make reservations! The renovated the entire place and it was gorgeous inside. I love the new bar. Service was amazing here and we came with a friend who has been there before and we started off with desserts first haha This restaurant is known for the seafood, so all the seafood dishes were amazing. The oysters and shrimp vodka pasta and Dover were my favorites of the night. And all the desserts, the Duabi chocolate one was my favorite. I can't wait to come here with my boyfriend

I was not expecting this place to be as great as it was and turns out it might be the best high end seafood restaurant in Vegas! Beautiful venue that sits on the wynn lake with entertaining presentations every half hour but it's the food that makes this place special! Super high quality tasty dishes deserve plenty of accolades and definitely worth a visit if you want a great dinner experience!

Pieces is such a new great edition to Wynn. I've dine in 4xs already and looking forward to going back. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They start you off with a buttery flaky bread accompanied by a spicy dip and eggplant. You're going to be fighting yourself to not eat it all before your mains come. We've tried so many dishes, but my top favorites are: -Burrata -Black Truffle Tagliatelle -Wagyu NY Strip And of course their Warm olive oil cake and soft server yogurt with donuts Had some of their specialty cocktails, but a tad bit too sweet for my taste. So I stuck with wine. The restaurant is beautiful! Truly perfect for any occasion.

First time dining @Pisces Bar & Seafare inside the Wynn. The aesthetic is an elegant seaside coastal charm. PISCES sources their Seafood fresh DAILY from the pristine waters of the Mediterranean. My party of 6 chose outdoor dining. Unknowingly, it was just what we needed to break up this super lengthly dinner. *details below. The Lake of Dreams show played as we dined, giving us a front-row seat to music, lights, and water displays that elevated the entire evening. Dinner with a show - we loved it! Our party of 6 enjoyed: 1. Hamachi Serrano- Unbelievably fresh! Thinly sliced with tangerine citrus, Calabrian chili and EVOO- super fresh & perfectly balanced. 2. Caesar salad- Crisp and flavorful not your average Caesar. Using a mix of butter lettuces, lemon, grated egg, chives, & anchovies with a creamy basil feta dressing. 3. Crispy Shrimp- Harissa, lemon, mint, dill, with zucchini tzatziki. Presented beautifully, simply delicious. 4. Fisherman's Stew- This dish wraps you in comfort. Loaded with a variety of fresh seafood (Lobster, king crab, scallop, rouget, shrimp, mussels, clams & scorpion fish) presented in a light, yet savory a broth. 5. Steamed Prawns in Vodka Sauce-Lumache pasta, basil, chili, aged Parmigiano Reggiano- Perfect, with just a little baby kick. 6. A 9 oz. Heritage Black Angus Prime Filet - tender, juicy, cooked to perfection with excellent flavor. 7. Black Truffle Tagliatelle- Parmigiano Reggiano & thyme. Simple yet indulgent - Oh the aroma! 8. Paella alla Pisces- (curated for two). It's a showstopper! Brimming with spiny lobster tail, shrimp, scallop, calamari, mussels, clams, nora chili rouille, saffron, and crisp bomba rice - scraped table side. This was the highlight dish of the evening for Myself & Hubs. 9. Truffle Potato Kibbeh- tasty side dish. 10. Greek Taverna Fries- Yum! 11. Dubai Chocolate Rocher- A stunning, indulgent dessert that looked like a beautiful work of art- Simply Divine. ‍‍**Kudos to the Chef! I appreciate the attention to detail with my food allergies, the tweaked modifications were delivered deliciously. **I highly suggest outdoor dining. The Lake of Dreams shows begin at dusk running every half hour. Now for the Negative..... X -Extremely slow! (Our dinner took 3hrs & 40 min start to finish). X- We waited 40 minutes for a refill of wine/cocktails. (Zero refills on any beverages @our table until we complained). X- The 9oz Black Angus filet arrived overcooked (although they corrected it / the second one was perfect). I will return to Pisces because the seafood was delicious and service was pleasant although, extremely slow. However, I sincerely hope the Management and Staff can improve to keep this spot vibing and get my 5* rating.

The service was incredible, we sat at the bar our entire visit, Jonathan was our bartender, we enjoyed his company and his suggestions, he knows every detail on the menu. The bronze is flattering for all of us! Our favorite presentation was the crab cigars!

Pisces may have the beautiful venue and big-name backing--but unfortunately, it doesn't have the culinary chops to match. Stripping everything else away and focusing purely on the food, it was squarely mediocre. Nothing we ordered would draw me back or leave me craving more. I don't need seconds; I'm good. What we had: * Beef Carpaccio: Overpowered by the sauce, which drowned out the delicate beef flavor. * Hamachi Serrano: Fish was cut too thick, and the sauce didn't complement it. * Olive-Oil Poached Sea Bass: Tiny portion, and the red sauce was bland. * Beef Cheek Agnolotti: Heavy and dense; the pasta was thick, and the filling indistinct. * If Wishes Were Fishes (dessert): Fine, but not worth the calories. None of it was bad per se--but none of it was memorable or especially delicious either. For truly standout dishes where you get atmosphere and culinary primacy, I'd recommend heading to Fontainebleau instead--their food and beverage program is in another league.

We have been fortunate enough to dine in some amazing places over the years and I was trying to decide where Pisces fit with the best ones. I decided it was was Top Four. Right after three 3-Michelin star restaurants which were unforgettable. One in Chicago, one in New York and one in Paris. The service was impeccable right off the bat, the menu varied and creative enough for every taste. Tim explained some of the highlights and we went with a couple of his suggestions. Alex is a national treasure that had me sample wine from another region to compare it to the one I had chosen. I went with his! The meal and dessert were memorable, a great anniversary experience for us. Thank you Pisces, you're doing it right!

This is a new and upcoming restaurant that just opened up in the Wynn hotel. Don't expect to self-park because it's valet only. At least that's what we think because we couldn't find one. Dinner itself came with a small projection show as long as you sat outside or by the window you can see it. A different show was displayed every 30 minutes. This was a steakhouse/seafood fine dining restaurant with a Mediterranean flair. The house bread was a croissant with two hummus spreads. One was red bell pepper and a standard hummus. I ordered the rack of lambs which came with three pieces. It was tender and cut with my knife with ease. I ordered the aquamarine drink which was a white sangria. Nothing special about it to be honest, it was just refreshing drink to have. I know it's Vegas and it's hot, but it was so much ice. I would say 65% maybe even 70% was full of ice. I would pass on the drinks or at least try something else. The front of house and our waiters were top notch. Front of house was welcoming when we arrived and as we left. But our waiters were really the stand outs. They offered valuable insight on how we could possibly have our meal and what would be a good way for us to try a lot of dishes. They constantly made sure our water was filled and that we were doing okay throughout the meal. We all left with full and satisfied stomachs.

Ambiance was nice, especially overlooking the outside waterfall and visuals. Food was really good, we got the spicy tuna tartine, ceviche and the crab cigars to start which were all delicious. The bread there is also amazing...for dinner we split the wagyu which was good, but not the same as japanese wagyu which melts in your mouth more...and the side of the king crab orzo which was tasty. Service was good as well.

Beautiful new restaurant located at the Wynn. Small food menu, large cocktail menu. I really enjoyed the sun sign cocktail and extra cute fish glass. The east and west coast oysters were succulent and fresh. The crab cigars were just at the edge of being over salted, but were tasty. Service was great, and the presentation of everything was either grand or quirky which I really appreciated.

Wow, the Pisces is a new restaurant that opened up at the Wynn around end of May 2025. The food was amazing. Although we found out that our $55 salmon was farmed after we ate it. We did not expect that from a high class restaurant but anyway it did taste good. My lobster tasted great and we had the crab cigars, which were absolutely amazing The service here is beyond elegant. The ambience is dark and cool and one of the most beautiful places I think I've ever seen.

Amazing food and ambiance. They just need to work on the climate control. Inside it was way too cold from the A/C and even windy. Outside it was cold and the heaters looked cheap and didnt really work well... they should get European style heaters. One waiter thankfully not ours (ours was very nice) was rude when we complained from extreme cold inside... Besides that which should be an easy fix. Amazing place.

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and while the night started off a little frustrating (they didn't want to give us the table we requested even though it was available), I really appreciate that after going through a few people, the manager stepped in and made it right. Once our table was switched, the whole experience completely transformed. The food was absolutely phenomenal -- from the fresh seafood tower to the beautifully plated entrées and desserts, everything was cooked and presented perfectly. The flavors were rich, balanced, and memorable. On top of that, the view truly elevated the experience, making it even more special for a birthday celebration. I'm grateful they accommodated us in the end because it turned a rocky start into an amazing evening. If it were just a casual dinner, I wouldn't have minded where we sat, but since we were celebrating, the view made all the difference. Highly recommend this place for both the incredible food and the atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Date night w/my boo. Everything was f'ing delicious. Restaurant is so cute-sy. Lort Jesus, amen! They were very accommodating w/my nut allergy, I felt so special, ! 5-5, we love it here. -xoxo. Order all the sh*t, f'it. Ellen was my waitress, she was absolute perfection, a total gem.

Ate here on a Saturday night with the wife. 6:30 reservations. Really impressed that even though they had only been open for a couple of weeks we had an excellent experience. Very beautiful interior to the restaurant and a big difference from the former occupant (Lakeside). Checked in with the host stand right on time and we were brought to our table in less than a minute. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming from the host/hostess all the way to the food runners and bussers. Our server Matthew made us feel right at home and had great menu suggestions for us. They have some great value Greek wines by the glass available on the wine list - I tried a nice crisp white which was poured table side (and it was a very healthy pour!) which matched the seafood flavors perfectly. We started with the crab cigars and the burrata and tomato salad. The cigars are basically a very fresh and light crab wonton; there are huge chunks of fresh crab inside. I have to admit that they were missing just a touch of seasoning as I was expecting more of a crab cake flavor than just straight crab. The burrata was well prepared and a nice contrast to the fried crab rolls. For entrees I ordered the halibut and the wife (who is unfortunately not a seafood fan) ordered the chicken. The halibut is poached in olive oil and I have to say this was some of the most unctuous and delicate fish I've ever eaten. It's sitting in a wonderful red pepper sauce which was so good I could've drank a glass of it by itself. Usually when we're at a fish place or a steakhouse they have one chicken dish and it's almost always some generic half-chicken in a boring sauce. Not the case at Pisces. This dish was listed on the menu as a Shwarma and it was so creative and tasty I was almost jealous but for my halibut being so good! It's accompanied by a tahini sauce, pickled vegetables and a lovely homemade pita bread. The chicken is pounded thin but wasn't dry at all and was spiced just like a great Mediterranean shwarma. I would highly recommend both entrees. We ordered three sides - Brussels sprouts, Greek fries and rice pilaf. All were excellent with the fries being the real star. They were perfectly seasoned and cooked to just a crisp. There was a homemade mayo sauce for dipping which we loved. We ordered two desserts - the Dubai chocolate Rocher and the olive oil cake. Both were fantastic and a perfect ending to the meal and highly recommended. I especially loved the cake as it had a lovely lemon icing sauce. We're definitely keeping this place in mind for future special meals when we have company in town. Dinner for two was $349 which included two glasses of wine and one soft drink. Definitely not an inexpensive place but certainly worth it for the food quality and service. We brought lots of food home for delicious leftovers.

Cool restaurant at the Wynn! Went for dinner last night with a group of four, dining chairs were super comfortable and the lighting was on point. Ordered the Caesar salad, filet and heritage steaks filet and ribeye, both cooked perfectly. Also added a steak sauce brought on the side which was ok. Our friend does have celiac so the dining team made sure to provide gluten free bread as well as a gluten free bday cake. Vodka martinis were made perfectly and loved the blue cheese olives with the martinis.

Wow, I am so impressed with Pisces though I should have expected nothing less from a Wynn establishment. Every detail from start to finish was impeccable. Starting from the decor and ambiance, the entire space is shiny and glitzy while keeping to a nautical theme. It's absolutely stunning. My boyfriend and I walked in at 7pm on a Wednesday and were seated as walk-ins, perhaps it was less busy since the restaurant just opened a week ago. We got a fabulous table with an unobstructed view of the lake of dreams waterfall thanks to the tiered floorplan. Service was attentive and professional as well. Additionally, a manager (I assume?) came by frequently to take orders and check in. He explained the menu to great detail, asked for our opinion on the food, presentation, everything, and took a hands-on approach which I find to be great leadership. Our server was just as fantastic and gave excellent drink recommendations taking into account what dishes we had waiting ahead. I never once felt like I had to wait or look for someone to get what I needed, someone was always available at the right time. Now onto the food, everything on the menu looked and sounded fabulous so it was hard to decide, especially for a table of two. This place would definitely be great for groups given the seafood towers and large format dishes available. Free bread 5/5 - it's like a pull-apart kouign amann or croissant. Buttery and flaky paired with two delicious sauces - a chili butter (not spicy) type dip and an eggplant dip like baba ganoush Oysters 5/5 - pricy but very fresh and beautifully presented on a bed of pebbles with liquid nitrogen. Best of all, it comes with a quad of amazing toppings. A light citrusy zesty cocktail sauce, a delicious hot sauce that is actually HOT, a light mignonette, and fluffy horseradish. Even the lemon was sliced the best way, a sliver off the side so it's easy to squeeze and has no pith or seeds present. Octopus 4/5 - tender with a nice char and paired nicely with the sauce. While this was good, it felt like something I could find at plenty of other restaurants Sea bream 5/5 - this turned out to be a much larger portion than we expected, which makes sense for the price. As with everything else, beautifully presented and served with a citrusy olive oil sauce. The fish comes whole but splayed and completely deboned. The meat was tender and delicious, the skin slightly crispy, the perfect light fish dish. Ribeye 5/5 - we knew this would be good from the description the manager gave. It came cooked on the rarer side of medium rare (what we requested) but we did not mind at all because it was perfect. So tender and flavorful. It comes with a luscious truffle butter and a head of black garlic. Just packed with umami and rich flavor. If you're going surf and turf, this rivals any steakhouse. Steamed lobster 5/5 - It comes presented nicely in the shell but already removed and portioned for you. The meat was tender and sweet. It comes with the traditional butter, but also a sweet yellow curry sauce that was absolutely fantastic and paired beautifully with the lobster. Frozen greek yogurt - the PERFECT ending to the meal and one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. I am SO glad we got this, it's a MUST. The greek yogurt soft serve is so creamy and thick with a fresh tartness. It pairs well with the sour cherry compote and the side of baklava donuts. These were more like pecan pie or sticky buns than baklava, but they're warm and gooey and sticky and salty. The overall combo was everything. Since it was my birthday, I got a cute little slice of chocolate cake as well which was also delicious, but the greek yogurt just stole the show. I only wish we had the appetite to order more dishes. Everything is pricey, but so worth it. And it's to be expected for Vegas, especually a seafood restaurant in the Wynn. Now onto DRINKS which were also FANTASTIC! Sun Sign - My bf ordered this and seemed to really enjoy it. He's a big fan of tequila and margaritas and this seemed to be quite good Sirena 100/5 - SO GOOD. Absolutely tastes like no alcohol at all without being sugary or cloyingly sweet, which is right up my alley. I love a clarified drink and this one is made with greek yogurt! It's so refreshing, I almost ordered two except I wanted to try more drinks on the menu Aquarius 5/5 - So light refreshing and delicious, like juice or fruit punch! And the drink is so beautifully presented like a fresh swimming pool. It's a pretty blue color with colorful pops of starfruit and melon in there. Another great drink for the girlies who want to get their alcohol without tasting it lol. Valencia G&T 4/5 - Another great drink, though less unique. Just a solid G&T. Overall, I left this meal so pleased that I gave Pisces a try. I was skeptical with it being so new, but I really think it will be a big hit!

My friend and I had the absolute pleasure of being the very first customers on opening day at Pisces at the Wynn -- we were literally the first to walk in! The manager personally welcomed us and, to our surprise, comped all of our drinks to celebrate the occasion. Talk about hospitality! The food was phenomenal. The standout for us was definitely the crab cigars -- they were out of this world and truly blew us away. The house bread with their two sauce options was so good we almost filled up on that alone. Every bite of seafood we tried was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Shoutout to our bartender Arturo, who was not only super friendly but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. He really added to the overall vibe of our night. The ambience is amazing -- modern, elegant, and still so comfortable. We genuinely enjoyed just sitting there, talking, and soaking it all in. One small note: the steamed lobster is served cold, which surprised us since we expected it hot -- but once we adjusted our expectations, everything else was so outstanding that it didn't take away from the experience at all. We're already planning our return. 10/10 -- Pisces is a must-try!

Great food, beautiful presentations, excellent service and good music, plus a visual outdoor wall show. Luxurious decor and depending on budget, it can be quite expensive, but certainly worth of special occasions!...

Pisces was AMAZING!!! It's been open for 3 months and I was excited to check it out. Our table setting was perfect, the ambiance was perfect, the show and music was nice and the food was phenomenal. The restaurant was beautiful. Drinks and food was a 10/10!!! Our waiter was nice and the overall service was good. Would definitely come back here again.

Service was great but drinks did take a little to hit the table. Atmosphere was nice outside, didn't get to take a long look at the inside if I'm honest. For the price tag and considering it's on the Strip I always ask myself "will I remember any of these dishes a few months from now if someone asks for recs?" I think that's always a mark of a good meal when you can gush over a certain dish even if it's just one. Unfortunately this Pisces didn't enjoy my namesake dining experience to rave. The octopus was mush and is usually a sign of being overcooked. Insider friend said it's a dish that often gets sent back. The ceviche was unmemorable and the cigar crab rolls weren't impressive either. Ordered a few more apps to share and again, just don't think anything was outstanding or really worth coming back for.

We had the absolute privilege to try Pisces and let me just say one word that sums up of the entire experience.. phenomenal. The food is immaculate. Every bite is curated to dance on your taste buds. The service is impeccable. Any questions that we had anything that we wanted to know about the restaurant the staff was all very informative very helpful and eager to just share why they love working where they do. The beauty that this restaurant has is unmatched my favorite part being the floor mosaic pattern. It literally looks like you're walking on water. It's a very elevated feeling inside the restaurant and offers you great views of the lake of dreams! I 10 out of 10 recommend

Private game wraps with Wilson Mizner's quote stuck in my head. "Gambling: the sure way of getting nothing for something". Poker buds in tow, time to get something for my money. Pisces, the brand new Mediterranean seafood eatery is the replacement for the dated Lakeside at Wynn. Finally, a seafood eatery that doesn't just charge big $$$$ for raw seafood that no chef ever touched. To start the seafood platters. The "Voyage", features oysters on the half shell with fresh grated horseradish but then kicks things up with barely steamed mussels and clams in a green curry aioli spiked with bright citrusy lime, a super jumbo king crab leg cut into bite sized pieces and soaked in butter and citrus, lobster chunks in an olive oil lemon dressing, tomato butter, spicy crab salad, and a spicy tuna tartare w/ crackers. Like a selection of stand alone starters on one platter. Excellent. Moving on, per the servers suggestion, the Mediterranean bass crevice is outstanding. The spicy jalapeño makes the entire dish sing amidst the roasted pepper dressing. Do get the crab cigars. Essentially a crab spring roll with a zesty piquant piquillo pepper remoulde. The pairing is incredible. Super garlicky that makes the sweetness of the crab spring forward. The pan roasted blue fin tuna, a seafood take on a deconstructed Wellington. Tale a spice coated seared chunk of high grade tuna, add a duxelles of porcini mushrooms, a mushroom jus and a puff pastry lattice. Heaven. Service is enthusiast but needs work. It will improve with time. Solid wine list. Typical Vegas resort markup. The next generation of seafood eatery where cooking and seasoning trumps seafood you can prepare at home. Highly recommended for the foodie who demands more from a seafood restaurant than just fresh shucked oysters and clams on the half shell

It's been a while since we've had both great food and service! This was a beautiful restaurant and we opted to sit on the patio which was fantastic. Started with the ceviche, and the hamachi. Moved into the octopus and crab cigars. Finished with the Dover sole, fava beans, Brussels, and house friench fry. Lastly the basque cheese cake. Everything was beautiful with clean plates and presented beautifully. We brought a bottle of wine and their wonderful Somm played with some whites with us to start. The fact that they are just getting started makes. Their room to come back. The only thing I would suggest is to change the platting with the crab cigars. Beautiful restaurant, memorable food, and great service! We really enjoyed our visit at the gorgeous new restaurant on the Lake of Dreams at the Wynn! Pisces was a nice fresh take on seafood with a Mediterranean identity. Delicious cocktails that were nice and balanced and very unique dishes. We sat on the patio and had perfect weather and a view of the lake shows every 30 mins. My sister is gluten sensitive so they brought her gluten free bread service that was a focaccia with a tomato sauce. Also their pastas are made with double zero semolina flour imported from Italy, our server informed us that it would be acceptable for people with some gluten sensitivity. It was delicious! Would definitely recommend!

Maybe the best restaurant in Vegas and I've been to them all. Beautiful interior. Up there with Delilah and mizumi at the Wynn.

Perfect spot for our bachelorette dinner in Vegas! The food was outstanding, especially the crab cigars, beef carpaccio, and octopus. Service was top notch and made the night unforgettable! Interior design is so chic and trending.

Be ready to be wild over the top cocktails service on point dinner was amazing. Dual birthday party with eight people. Dinner on the lake of dreams is awesome. If you haven't gone get there you won't be disappointed.

This place was amazing. The service, the food, the ambience. This was best restaurant experience I have ever had! I'm a foodie so it isn't like I don't know. Ellen our server had a lot of tables - I think someone called out sick but you wouldn't have known it she took such care and attention to us and I noticed with all the other tables she had. She even times our desert for after the next show so it wouldn't melt while we were watching. I can't say enough-A++. We went to Barry's the following night and thought it was no where as good and that place has great ratings

Most exceptional ambiance in a hotel that is nothing but exceptional decor. Outstanding service with subtle elegance. Freshest of seafood with elegant presentation. Crab, oysters and clams all wonderful and unique in flavor. Bread service a highlight and gazpacho sublime. While expensive, quality and enjoyable environment made value clear. Looking forward to our next visit!

The service is outstanding. The food is the best. They also have a show every half an hour This restaurant has a dress code a nice dinner jacket and the ladies with a nice dress or slacks. The dessert it will blow your mind the round cake and ice cream

The ambiance is unreal! Even the hostess attire is breathtaking. The walls beautiful, bar beautiful, bathroom has the neatest tall tall doors and simply beautiful. They serve you a circle croissant roll with two spreads...very pretty. The Pisces ceasar salad is huge the dressing has anxgoivies blended in and you can hardly tell the parm is shredded finely along with hard boiled egg. We got this special side which was orzo cheese and two crab meats very good. The rib eye was good but precutting it took out some of the moisture. Delilah's rib eye was perfection. The Greek yogurt for dessert was large and the cherry compote was quite tart...my mom loved it. Their drink menu had the best stories behind each one. I had the Valentina gin and tonic it was lovely.

I've eaten here twice at the bar, the halibut is so delicious! Very flavorful and the sauce that comes with it is so good! I've also had their filet mignon and my goodness it was amazing!! Great service, and great atmosphere!

Service was great! Ambiance mediocre. Food was a huge miss. Being a "Seafood" restaurant at the Wynn you would it to be out of this world. Farm Raised and or "sustainably raised" seafood should NEVER be served at a high end hotel or restaurant. The King Salmon Entree was top 5 of the worst fish I've ever eaten.

I was so excited to dine here after watching Shin Vegas' YouTube review, and I'm happy to say it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the start, the hostesses were warm and welcoming. Something that's not always a given in Vegas, where service can sometimes feel a little cold and snooty. I mentioned how excited I was to try the restaurant and how different it looked from Lakeside, and they actually shared some behind-the-scenes info about the remodel as they walked us to our table. Fun fact: the chairs are made of fish skin leather! I had to Google what that was exactly, but how cool is that? Our server was attentive and kind, and we ended up getting help from the sommelier when choosing a wine. We mentioned wanting a red under $250, and of course, he suggested a bottle that was $268 - because no one at the Wynn is going to aim under budget! That said, it was a special occasion, and the wine was excellent, so we went with it. The complimentary bread was a highlight - pane sfogliato, which had a flaky sourdough croissant-like texture, served with roasted pepper and hummus dips. The crab cigars were absolutely delicious, and both the Dover sole and the Wagyu beef cheek agnolotti were standout dishes. We shared both and felt perfectly satisfied, with just enough room for coffee and dessert. Speaking of dessert!!! The Dubai Rocher was phenomenal, easily one of the best I've had in ages. We also really enjoyed the decaf coffees. My only minor disappointment was not getting a complimentary dessert for our anniversary...I wouldn't have asked, but a little surprise would've made the night extra memorable. Also, my water glass did go empty for a bit despite several table runners and what looked like managers walking by, but it was refilled quickly once I asked. I appreciated the table runner de-crumbing our table before dessert, as well. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The food, service, and ambiance all made it feel really special. I'd absolutely recommend it for a celebration or an elegant night out and I'm already looking forward to returning!

When you walk into Pisces, it is such a beautiful room that you don't know where to look from the mosaic on the floor to the dark lighting every inch needs to be examined. When guided to your table, it's hard not to notice the beautiful waterfall and amazing outdoor seating space. Instantly you know that you are at a Wynn restaurant and a fantastic one at that. The wait staff in beyond friendly, courteous and accommodating and the service is wonderful. We started with some craft cocktails and they were fantastic. We started with the most delicious bread service and ordered several apps. We had the Shrimp cocktail and the shrimp was great and huge, the ceviche was out of this world and the wagyu beef carpaccio was some of the best I have ever had. We did order the crab cigars and that was the only item that was lackluster (would not order that again). The cockatiels kept flowing and we had our main courses we ordered that paella for two, the lobster spicy pasta. We also had the wagyu stuffed pasta all of which were outstanding, beautifully presented and tasted better than it looked. We also had the wagyu strip which was so delicious the table was fighting over the last bite. The waiter encouraged us to order several sides of which we did and the orzo was so good we ordered another. The Brussels sprouts and the asparagus with brown butter Hollandaise were amazing. I wish I could review the desert but we were so stuffed from the amazing food, carefully crafted cocktails and the amazing service. I can't review this restaurant without mentioning the waterfall shows that happen every 30 minute and are sure to make everyone smile. This is the perfect place to celebrate, take a date or just have an amazing dinner. Please try it and please live it as much as I did.

Amazing food! Love everything that we ordered. Love to come back again soon. No kid under 5 years old allowed. Beautiful atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor dining area. Excellent customer service. Management came by to check on us. Highly recommend.

DON'T GO TO PISCES. You are way better off going to SW Steakhouse. The service at Pisces is terrible!! There is no comparison between the two restaurants. Pisces restaurant buildout is beautiful but the hot dishes come out cold. I have been to Pisces twice now because I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but the food is nothing special. SW has much better service and the food comes out hot. I have no idea how the Wynn opened such a terrible restaurant. The crab cigars came out soggy and cold. It literally came out 3 minutes after we ordered them. It was obviously they were just sitting under a heat lamp. You have to ask the staff multiple times when you want something as simple as more bread or more cocktail sauce. Our bill came out to $250 a person for subpar service and food. Go to SW for a beautiful meal and top service.

Amazing! Our new favorite restaurant for seafood on the strip. Impossible to get into this week, but I got lucky when I walked over from SW and the wonderful hostesses squeezed our party of 4 in. It is a beautiful restaurant with even better food and incredible service. We made sure to show our gratitude by ordering everything haha

Beautiful location, we got a table right by the water and could see the show. Service was fantastic. Food was very delicious, the standout was the ceviche. Overall, had a great experience, would recommend and will be coming back.
