There’s Much to Savor in Minneapolis’ Picturesque Linden Hills Neighborhood

"Daniel del Prado’s second restaurant is this tucked off the street pizza restaurant that offers traditional, food-fire charred pizzas, and slices of thick foccacia-like fluffy crust, available at an affordable price. The brief menu makes it easy to find a favorite and the newly expanded hours means that it’s all available for lunch and dinner, Thursday through Sunday. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, and everything travels well for takeaway." - Joy Summers

Daniel del Prado’s wood-fired spot blends Mediterranean cues with Argentine touches—fugazza by the slice and polished pies with bright, seasonal toppings. Minnesota Monthly and local critics praise its dough and balance.

Great patio atmosphere, quick serve and good food! We loved the salad and the roasted cauliflower is a must get! Pizza was a tad too cheesy for my liking but great crust! Would go back.

Busy spot. We didn't have a reservation but they were very accommodating. Delicious pizza and tasty drinks. Lovely patio outdoor seating. Service was prompt and courteous.

We went to check out the ice bar last weekend before it melted! Super cool outdoor space and fun, delicious drinks available at the ice bar. This was our first time here, and we were in heaven. The pizza was over the top delicious 😋. Our favorite, hands down, was the bianco. Fresh ingredients and who doesn't love a nice fresh pile of arugula!? We have found a new, local spot for excellent, traditional Italian style wood fired pizza! You're missing out if you haven't been here yet!

Undoubtedly my favorite pizza in the entire Twin Cities. I have eaten in and taken out and the pizza is equally perfect. Food: Salsiccia: This is genius combination of flavors, the cilantro and Serrano peppers are perfect. I get this everytime and it never gets old. Funghi: This is not just another mushroom pizza it is an umami bomb and really really tasty. Charred Cauliflower: Please never remove this from the menu it is such a perfect dish. Atmosphere: An incredible outdoor seating area, nice mix of music, and a pristine environment. Service: Always top notch and extremely helpful servers.

The only negative about Rosalia is the current construction nightmare surrounding the restaurant. Allow for extra time to find parking and figuring out how to get around the road blocks especially if you are from out of town. We really liked the pizza, we tried the pepperoni, the Bianca and the Margherita plus the charred cauliflower and Three Dips appetizer, both were excellent. The desserts we tried were just okay, the Tiramisu Panna Cotta I would pass on next time and the Blood Orange Granita was unique and tart. They do add a 5% wellness charge, but service was excellent (Emily was great). This restaurant is very popular so reservations are recommended.

Had the best time at Rosalia tonight! The ambiance of this restaurant is so special and cozy while also being very cool! And the food is everything you could ever want! We had the carrot tahina, roasted cauliflower, Bianca pizza, and the salsicca pizza! Everything was so delicious and the overall pricing was incredibly reasonable. I recommend for date nights of all kinds!

Rosalia in South Minneapolis has awesome pizza, delicious salads, and tasty drinks. It’s super cozy and the people are really nice. Definitely check it out for some great food and a fun time!

Google
Lovely patio, great pizza. The polpo could use more octopus, but the flavors are good and the crust is sublime. The funghi + sausage is excellent. Broccolini is superb.

Yelp
Appetizer: three dips Pizza: Verde All so delicious !! Definitely recommend trying this spot for a curated artesian pizza experience. Service was nice, ambiance is casual upscale
google avatar

Arina T.

Yelp
First of all, the parking space is the trickkiest part. Street Parking only. The service was outstanding, love our server, she's amazing. Appetizers are most of my fav dishes. Super delicious and Plating is nice. ( Crudo need citrus to enhance the flavors) Pizzas are great. Over all, love the atmosphere, patio seating, and of course foods and location.

Yelp
A friend recommended Rosalia and I'm starting to really like the Linden hills area for food and just a chill day out. Didnt make reservations, took a friend who was vegetarian and they had some good options. They were very busy, but got us seated after a 25 minute wait. Lovely patio, staff was friendly and was knowledgeable of the menu. We tried a pizza and because she was vegetarian, they took the bacon off and put it in a bowl separate for me. Everything was delicious, food and cocktails. They were very busy so it seemed like a little wait for stuff to come out, but overall good experience.

Yelp
4.5/5 stars!! Ambiance 5/5 They have one of the best patios in MN! Such fun spring & summer vibes. I've sat inside as well, and I love the open kitchen concept with the upstairs loft. Food 5/5 I haven't tried anything here that I didn't like. The pizza is obviously the real standout. It's wood fired, so they come out extremely fresh and hot. My favorite is the Bianca. Service 3/5 Our waiter did mention they were understaffed, but the service could definitely be improved. Even the hosts seemed preoccupied. It was busy, but I remember this from previous visits too. Overall, this is one of my favorite summertime restaurants, their food, drinks, and vibes are superb!
google avatar

Madison Z.

Yelp
Rosalia still earns 5/5! This time I was able to enjoy a full dinner here. They sat us upstairs, which was nice and cozy. I didn't have a hard time hearing the people at my table which is a plus. We started with the Three Dips again, which is a must to get your bang for your buck and try more things. You can get more bread to go with it if you ask, but we had to save room for the mains! The 4 of us then shared the Bianca, the Verde, and the Mortadella Panuozzo. The Bianca was the clear winner between all of us with the lemon ricotta. It was so unique and delicious! The Verde was fine, but lacked spice and flavor. The Mortadella Panuozzo is NOT a pizza, but more of a sandwich. Very thankful our server warned us of that. It was very creamy and delicious with the pistachio pesto and the burrata. Ending our meal, we got the Tiramisu Panna Cotta which reminded me of Flan. The wood fired white chocolate crisps were so unique and added the right amount of sweetness and texture. I also sipped on an oat milk latte as we ended the evening. Must Gets: Three Dips + Bianca Wood Fired Pizza

Yelp
We went to Rosalia to celebrate a friend's birthday and we had the best time!!! -All of their drinks are gorgeous and delicious. You can't go wrong with anything you order. -Za'atar chopped salad: I could literally eat this salad everyday. It was absolutely incredible. -"3 dips" are a great appetizer, can easily share with a group -Pizzas: I liked the Bianca more than the Verde but both were very tasty -Atmosphere is bright and filled with natural light. Patio is great when there's nice weather. -Our waitress was so helpful and provided honest feedback when we asked for help ordering pizza :) Highly recommend Rosalia!

Yelp
Had a huge craving for pizza and had this place on my list to try. Why the heck did I wait so long. The vibe is a cool, casual, hip place for dates or friends. We split the insalata salad and a pepperoni pizza. The salad was delicious. The dressing was tasty and ingredients fresh. Nice zest to the salad. Perfect splitting size. My fav is when the pepperonis curl up on the pizza and these did just that. The crust was perfectly done and had a nice brick oven crisp to it. We sat on the upper level which was nice. On street parking was a bit of a challenge but it was a nicer warmer winter night so the couple block walk was fine. Great stop! Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Service 5/10 Food 8/10 -- Never was asked how our food was, never was asked we wanted another drink. One of our apps was forgotten and brought out at end (still paid for it). Was not offered any parm / chiles. Never was asked how the food was or if we'd want dessert. We had to ask for our check and boxes. I was semi surprised with how known and great Rosalia is. I had an out of town guest so I was not very impressed. Again, food was great.

Yelp
Rosalia was incredible. I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a few years now. It was my husband's birthday, so I decided to make a reservation. They use Resy, so making a reservation was easy. Our server was wonderful and attentive. She could definitely tell we were having fun. We went for brunch on a Sunday, and we thought it would be busy, but it was surprisingly empty. It was also the Superbowl, so that could have been why. We went with a group, and they only had one table big enough in the restaurant that could accomodate us all. When the patio opens, there will be more options. Now to the good part, the food. Everything was delicious. I ordered a Lilikoi Spritz and an Arnold Palmer, both incredible. They also use nugget ice! We ordered the three spread with an extra bread and it was 100% worth it. The Carrot Tahina was my absolute favorite. Then onto pizza, we ordered family style so we got 4 pizzas for 5 people. We ordered the Zucca, Funghi and added anchovies, Mortadella, and the Bianca. Every pizza was so good, but I prefer the Bianca or the Zucca. The Bianca has lemon ricotta and it was so fresh and light. And the Zucca has almonds and that just add this toasted nut flavor that isn't overpowering. And since we were here for a birthday, we got the triple berry sorbet to share. I would highly recommend Rosalia, and to make a reservation, even if you don't think you have to.

Yelp
In my top three for pizza! Unique toppings and flavors. Even better than Young Joni IMO. I've gone with friends and we sampled a few different pizzas and apps. We all were in awe. All delicious. Nice craft cocktails too. If you like mushrooms, the funghi is that deal. I loved the Bianca and really loved that it incorporated healthy greens (arugula) so it's like pizza meets salad with a slight richness from the lemon ricotta and other cheeses and a lil zest from chile flake. The Margherita simple and delicious, but can't beat the flavor of that oven on the crust. That was the best hummus platter ever. It's expensive. Went for a date another time. For an app, individual pizzas, and two cocktails between two adults, our bill was around $150. Love the open layout where you can see the pizza being fired up in a beautiful wood or coal? fired oven and cooked if seated on the lower level. There's a second level and a patio. Beautiful place with lots of plants and natural lighting thru big glass windows. It's always busy! Parking is difficult in this area of Linden Hills.
google avatar

Sharlene M.

Yelp
This restaurant is wonderful! The floor to ceiling windows gives it an open feel and you get to look out in their beautiful like courtyard seating outside. We love sitting on the second level to take in the full view. We enjoyed an amazing pepperoni pizza and they're wonderful salads . The customer service is top notch, and they know how to pair the wine perfectly with the pizza and salad. The staff is very knowledgeable in the pizza and the wine. It's consistently great food and great atmosphere. This is a must try!!
google avatar

Chelsea L.

Yelp
Went back for the full experience and wow I'm not a pizza gal but I'll become one for Rosalia. Just like Martina, the decor and ambiance are perfect - we got to sit upstairs overlooking the first floor which was so cute. The service was great and the Bianca pizza...just do it!!
google avatar

Yelp
Rosalia takes the spot in my top 5 restaurants of the metro area! We got a reservation 2 hours before eating for a patio spot. The process was very easy online to make a reservation. I was worried it would get too chilly, but there are heaters outside that kept us warm! Similarly, I was nervous having never been there before that the patio would be right next to the street and be obnoxious. However, it tucked in quite a ways from the street, offering a secluded and quiet atmosphere. Even with the construction, Rosalia is a nice, isolated spot. The food was incredible, which is why it's now in my top five spot. We got the Roasted Broccolini as an appetizer. I wish I could eat this every day! It was delicious! We ordered two pizzas to split, and they were both some of the best pizzas we have eaten in a long time. The only downside to the pizza was eating the crust dry at the end (we're used to dipping them in olive oil and balsamic), but the unique flavors of the pizza made up for it. We loved our time at Rosalia and can't wait to go back for more!
google avatar

Yelp
Thought it's a fancy pizza place, but their drinks, appetizers and vegetables are all fancy! Three dips is everyone's love. I am vegetarian, but I had to fight with my carnivore friends for this one. lol Pizzas are in thin crust. The funghi (mushroom) pizza is delicious. I am sure the non-vegetarian pizzas are awesome too, as we had nothing left. Love the ambiance, the glass wall opens up the entire indoor space to the outdoor. Will come back for more.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
Best-in-city pizza, having leapfrogged past Young Joni. Perfect crust, char, seasonings, apps and sides. Good enough wine and beer card, and decent Italianesque cocktails. Not mad pricey for 2025 and for the quality of offerings. Capable servers and inviting space.
google avatar

Alexandra L.

Yelp
We came here for Father's Day and it did not disappoint! Truly delicious pizza. We overordered a little because it was so hard to choose. The insalata salad was the perfect complement to our pizza feast. We went with the Aglio, the Isaac Becker, and the Funghi and they were all delicious. The kids devoured cheese and pepperoni pizza. We sat on the patio which was fairly spacious. The service was good and attentive without interfering with our socializing. We parked on the street and found parking for two SUVs within a block, though it was quite busy for a Sunday evening. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Stacy A.

Yelp
I LOVED the pizza!! We tried the verde and Blanca and both were so delicious. Honestly, the whole menu sounded incredible, I want to try the fungi (mushroom) pizza. We also had the chopped kale salad which was a perfect started before the pizza. They have a cute space inside, which did get a bit loud and a nice patio as well. I highly recommend this for your next pizza dining experience!
google avatar

Rob B.

Yelp
If the weather is nice, run! don't walk over to the Rosalia patio. It is by far one of the best outdoor spaces for afternoon cocktails and conversations. Even if you aren't a pizza fan, their dips and other appetizers are perfect companions to their craft cocktails. Order the three dips (hummus, baba ganoush, carrot tahina with peanut harissa) to have a little bit of everything. My one cocktail critique is ice. They use crushed ice, which overtakes the drinks, especially when sitting outside. Order them with light ice!
google avatar

Shawn B.

Yelp
When it comes to charcoal fired pizza they maybe the best in town. I know Young Joni is their biggest competitor but with the abundance of seating, I would place them slightly above. First they have pretty good apetizers especially that cauliflower..Then the drinks are speakeasy level with great layers of flavor and good presentation. Then there is the pizze..the crust is so soft and chewy then the toppings..its really an adventure. If you are looking to save money, this is not the place lol...my GF and I got two pizzas and few appetizers and drinks are our bill was about $150 with the tip..yea its ridiculous.. Also parking is a challenge in the linden hills area..if you can swing it, uber it or park somewhere further the uber lol but no joke parking sucks. The wait does suck as well BE SURE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS...I like it when its nicer weather because they have a deck which means more seating. Overall great place a must go...I think they are the best in town for this type of pizza.

Yelp
Enjoyed Rosalia for valentines day 2024! We had the salcissia pizza (very good but much spicier than I expected) and a Caesar salad topped with prosciutto. The portion sizes were perfect for two people to share. For drinks we ordered the forbidden fruit cocktail and the alpine spritz mocktail. They were both good! It was PACKED for Valentine's Day and the team did a great job of moving things along quickly. They definitely had enough staff working to deliver food and drinks as soon as they were ready and enough staff in the kitchen to ensure your food was made quickly. Will return!
google avatar

Vincent C.

Yelp
The restaurant's interior was really cozy and welcoming with a darker lighting. We were seated on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the rest of the restaurant. There were some vegetarians in the group, so we ended up deciding on the Margherita and Bianca pizzas which ended up being really good. The crust is a little thinner, and the slices from the Bianca felt light but flavorful. The restaurant doesn't have any private parking though, so be prepared to find a street spot in the neighborhood areas nearby.
google avatar

Taylor B.

Yelp
If you are looking for the next best lunch or dinner spot you've found it. The food here was delicious. The service was great & the staff were very helpful for picking items off the menu. We ordered the Bianca and Funghi pizza and it is too hard for me to pick a favorite it was that good! We also tried the three dips and it was a delicious starter & way to try more options. Overall this place is beautiful and has great decor & overall vibe. A great front patio that I will be back to visit once it cools off! Street parking only but there is plenty in the area!

Janine O.

Yelp
Rosalia's menu is a unique take of Italian cuisine with hints of medium and Indian flavors. Foodies will love choices! Great service, good food and casual atmosphere!
google avatar

Austin R.

Yelp
Nice diverse menu with authentic Italian pizza. The three dips and naan were absolutely phenomenal and I washed it all down with a semi sweet aperol spritz. Although... this guy I who know, Bertram, a lot a flavor said it needed more salt.
google avatar

Collin B.

Yelp
Went here for dinner around 7PM. Had a seat on the patio which was wonderful. Had the dip platter (incredible) and shared a pizza (delicious). The service was great and prompt. The drinks were really good too. The vibe reminds me of a California pizzeria that meets the Hamptons. The patio and the building itself is tucked into a neighborhood away from the road so conversations are easy on the patio and you don't feel like you are sitting in the middle of the road. Will be going back again and you should check this place out too.
google avatar

Madison L.

Yelp
My go to pizza restaurant. This restaurant is never crazy packed which is amazing for always getting a reliable seat. I've tried most everything on the menu and by far the stand out item is the Bianca. Great balance of cheese and lemon and some arugula that makes it a unique and "lighter" tasting pizza. Their house made vanilla limoncello is also unreal. You can't beat all the house plants in the restaurant, natural lighting, and close walking distance to lake Harriet. They also have an ice bar in the winter
google avatar

Nelly G.

Yelp
In town for the weekend and was able to make reservations for dinner. What a stunning restaurant! I came from Los Angeles where restaurants are beautiful, but Rosalia really WOWed me. Service was fast and the food was delicious.
google avatar

Emily Z.

Yelp
So good! Large pizza menu with creative toppings, served in a really charming and relaxed space. Mostly outside seating, but some indoors where you can see the wood burning oven. We all really enjoyed the flavor of the crust and our favorite was the panuozzo which is just a sandwich filled with mortadella, pistachio, pesto, cheese and arugula. Give the Cavil Nero a shot. Very tasty flavors and unique flavor combinations on that pizza. Next time we will get some of the dips which also looked great coming out of the kitchen. This spot is really lovely and we were happy to come by for a relaxing lunch. They know what they are doing with dough and you can taste it.
google avatar

Jenae C.

Yelp
I wish I would've gotten to try out the patio this summer but the indoor area is gorgeous! We had a reservation for a Tuesday evening, but there were plenty of empty tables if you don't have a reservation. The huge windows and stacked upstairs area is very aesthetic. We tried the baba ganoush for an appetizer, which was fantastic and super flavorful. We split two pizzas between three people, which was plenty. The carpaccio pizza was one of the best pizzas I've had, but unfortunately it was the last night they were serving it. The Bianca was also good and our server recommended to add prosciutto, which gave it a little more flavor. We had a nice server and the food came out quickly. The lavender cocktail was light and refreshing-- I would definitely get it again! There's no parking lot but linden hills has plenty of street parking surrounding the building.
google avatar

Holly E.

Yelp
Can't be disappointed at Rosalia! The pizza is delicious and doughy. Great cocktail menu. Outdoor patio is perfect with plenty of space for a high chair. Our one year old has never loved pizza more than when it's Rosalia's!

Kevin M.

Yelp
Nice ambiance, however if you're unlucky enough to be sat on the upper level during dinner you won't be able to hear anything anyone at your table is saying. The sound channels up there from the whole restaurant and they have speakers with music right above your head. The tables are also tiny, we sat 5 people and there was no room for pizza and drinks. Don't go with more than 4 people. They also rushed out the pizza before it was cooked properly. Is was super floppy and chewy. Paying $22 for a floppy pepperoni pizza is absurd. As we were leaving I saw another table laughing at how their pizza was also undercooked and it had to be rolled into a taco to eat it. They were nice enough to give us free gelato for our birthday celebration however it wasn't real gelato, or at least didn't taste like it. We had two bites and stopped eating it. Great ambiance to look at and a trendy place but I recommend going over lunch when it is more quiet and they take the time to make your pizza correctly - or don't go at all. The staff were very friendly though.
google avatar

Mike E.

Yelp
Maybe I'm the problem here, because people love Rosalia (I was also underwhelmed at their sister restaurant, Sanjusan...another spot that foodies love). For me, Rosalia was just "OK". And it's an expensive pizza to come away saying it was just OK. I went with a few friends on a Friday night, and we ordered family-style -- so I got to try four different pizzas. The Salsiccia was my favorite. Thoughts: 1) We sat along the large glass wall that borders their patio. It was chilly outside on this particular night, so my spot next to the window was cold. I kept my winter jacket on for the entire meal. 2) We tried the "Three Dips" for $21. Wow that's a lot of money for some underwhelming dips. It tasted like health food. 3) If you like a cozy feeling in the space of a restaurant, they don't have it here. It feels a bit cavernous.
google avatar

Ingi E.

Yelp
Rosalia is so consistently good! I've tried almost every pizza on the menu and they just don't disappoint! My top recs are the Pepperoni (classic), Bianca (which has lemon ricotta!), and the Isaac Becker (for citrusy seafood lovers). The roasted broccolini is also incredible! Indoor seating includes an upstairs option surrounded by plants and a downstairs option near the pizza oven. The patio is gorgeous and is definitely my favorite spot to sit when the weather is nice! Reservations help but I've also lucked out with impromptu seats for 2 at non-peak times.

Yelp
Had a wonderful dinner here! Met up with a family member after not seeing them for nearly two years. We wanted to talk and this was the place to do it! I had a cocktail and my cousin had the Pinot noir - both were delicious. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and added ok basil. The pizzas arrived super quickly after ordering! My meal ended up being ~$55 for one drink and one (very large!) piz The only drawback right now is the crazy construction surrounding the restaurant and the immediate neighborhoods. I had to park about 5 minutes away and walk. Not a big deal, just wish I had been prepared for the situation.
google avatar

Yelp
A little slice of heaven on the West side of 43rd st in Minneapolis resides Rosalia where they are serving up fired, fresh pizzas, cocktails, mocktails, and light fare appetizers. Stopped in after a farmers market visit, which is conveniently right next-door making lunchtime a no-brainer. Even with some construction parking wasn't super hard. My recommendation would be to park about a block away in the neighborhood and just enjoy the walk over. We ordered the Bianca pizza which had a crisp creamy lemon-y sauce that was complimented with the arugula and fresh Parm on top. We also ordered the funghi pizza which boasted a variety of 'shrooms with chili flake and guyere. We also ordered their appetizer called the three dips. What I appreciated most about the three dips was the difference in textures, taste yet they all went very well with the fresh bread that had a texture very similar to naan. All of these came recommended by our server and their taste buds were spot on. I especially loved the restaurant design as a whole because it gave this light, clean and airy aesthetic that was unexpected next to the busy farmers market and an even busier road.

Mike Y.

Yelp
Busy place and hard to find. Parking was a challenge. We had a reservation and no wait. Service was friendly and food excellent. Loved the pizza.

Yelp
Rosalia has been on my list to check out for a while now, and decided Father's Day with my parents in town was the perfect opportunity! My parents just got back from Italy and are on a huge pizza kick so I was excited about this upscale option. I made a reservation online for outdoor seating on Father's Day, and we were seated right away when we arrived. It's a really cute outdoor space nestled in Linden Hills with some great shade options. The interior is so cute too! Lots of crisp white and simple details with the massive wood fired pizza oven in the corner and seating above. Service was very friendly, with good recommendations. For a shareable, we opted for the trio of dips and I can't recommend it enough. Hummus, baba ganoush and carrot tahini were all delicious! They serve it with a naan-style bread cooked in the wood fired oven that is to die for. And yes, they even do a gluten-free option too! We opted for the mushroom pizza - wouldn't have been my first pick as I'm dying to try the Bianca, but my dad got to pick on Father's Day! I prefer my toppings more diced than large on a pizza so it's easier to eat in bites, but the flavor was delicious and I was in awe that GF pizza crust could taste that good. The hostess and waitress helped me sneak my card in for payment before my dad could and provided great service throughout. The hype is real and I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Always an adventure- serving pizza to New Yawkers... But if they're up for it so are we... And the verdict: Not too shabby. Not too shabby at all. Borderline very good. This place came highly recommended, and we actually went there with the recommender. What stood out to me was the pleasantness of the outside eating area, the excellent libations, and pizza that, while it didn't remind us of home, was still quite good. Add in the nice neighborhood and ample parking and you got yourself a winner. We'd go back...
google avatar

Emma M.

Yelp
I absolutely love Rosalia. It's the place I always recommend to people. The patio is the best when the weather is nice! I have tried so many drinks there and they are ALL amazing. I love their appetizers and pizzas, you can't go wrong.
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
Super cute ambience, loved the outdoor seating! Only not giving five stars because the mocktails/cocktails were not enjoyable but service was friendly and the pizza was oh so tasty! A pleasant surprise was the dips and the crust that served as pita. Twas delicious! I had the pie with sausage and creamy spinach....get it! Would not hesitate to return here for a pie (or two)!
google avatar

Jackie B.

Yelp
Great local spot for pizza! As someone who is picky with pizza, the pizza at Rosalia is fresh and delicious! I've eaten here a couple of times and have loved the different pizzas I've tried. The patio is perfect for the warmer months in Minnesota, and the service has always been quick and friendly.
google avatar

Ellen M.

Yelp
Pros: Fun atmosphere with good inside and outside seating Delicious pizzas with unique flavors Lots of alcoholic drinks options Loved the Moretti Italian Lager We shared 3 pizzas and loved them all The crust is wonderful - pillowy and with the right amount of chewiness They use the same dough for the hummus appetizer - also delicious Cons: They can be very busy, so service was slow It was a humid day and water from the ceiling pipes kept dripping on our table and dishes Didn't get a refill on drinks or water as often as we would like Tables are a bit small, especially if sharing multiple pizzas Pro tip: Loved their margherita pizza - so simple, but delicious. The fresh mozzarella was wonderful. Definitely get the hummus, too.

Yelp
I had gotten a gift card here, so we went with a group of friends - I'm so glad I did since during the pandemic we had ordered take out and didn't care for the food. Since then, I believe the menu has been revamped, however I still don't think I would recommend this menu for takeout. We had a reservation for 4 and were seated quickly, however I found out that Rosalia keeps an area of seating open and available for walk-ins so it's easy to come here on a whim! The ambiance is upscale yet relaxing, lots of greenery and natural light, plus a fun balcony seating area. The patio will be perfect in the summer once the weather's nicer. The service we received was phenomenal - I would highly recommend having Debra as your waitress if she's available! She consistently made sure we were having a great experience, and was so knowledgable on the menu. She gave us a full walkthrough with recommendations, plus made sure our food came out in a specific order to ensure the best experience possible. DRINKS: I'm currently on an N/A kick, so I appreciated that they had a couple of N/A cocktails and sodas/drinks. I got a San Pellegrino and appreciated that they brought a wine glass with a lemon wedge to keep my drink elevated! My friend ordered the N/A spritz and it was fresh and sweet - I would get it next time! APPS: To start we ordered the three dips and Caesar salad. If you haven't tried the dips before here, I would recommend the three dips to try them all - my favorite was the baba ganoush (it was very roasty), but the carrot tahina was a close second. The carrot and hummus really both just tasted like hummus, except the carrot was flavored and a bit sweeter. I feel like the Caesar salad can be a skip here since they have so many amazing starters, and the salad wasn't anything special. PIZZAS: With the starters, two pizzas would've been enough for the four of us, but we wanted some leftovers so we went with three. The Pepperoni was very classic, Debra recommended adding hot honey but we passed. It almost had too many pepperonis on it, but it wasn't bad. The Bianca was very delicious, I loved the bite of lemon but beware this pizza is a bit salty if you're sensitive to salt like me. The highlight was the Aglio pizza - it was flavorful and garlicy without being to overpowering. I would highly recommend this spot for an elevated date night or get-together with friends!

Yelp
Great friendly service - never felt rushed but was well looked after. We stayed as the final guests and even waited around inside for a few more minutes for our Lyft. Loved the ambiance and the space and the use of plants - my friend and I got a table for 2 upstairs. Despite the openness and hum of conversation and noise, it was never overwhelmingly loud. The 2 of us had arrived in Minneapolis earlier that day - and I was bummed that it was already dark / stores were closed as this seems like a very fun / cute area. The 2 of us, in addition to the drinks shared a Salsiccia pizza and roasted broccolini and it was perfect.

Yelp
This is our second time trying Rosalia. Went on a Friday afternoon after the Thanksgiving holiday. There were only a few tables eating at the time. Three dips - 4/5 All the dips are good. The hummus is a little basic but the other two are more flavorful. Pepperoni - 3/5 Pepperonis were nice and crispy. But overall it lacked a little, it just felt like it was missing something. Margherita - 2/5 Nothing special honestly. It needed more cheese. Very simple flavors. The basil added nothing either. We were offered hot honey with the Pepperoni pizza on the side, but our server failed to mention that there was a charge of $2 for it. While its not much money, its the fact that it was a surprise on the bill. We may have said no knowing it was extra as it didn't really add much. The pizzas are wood fired which means the edges do get some little black ashy bits on them. Overall glad to have tried again but probably wouldn't go back.

Yelp
Verde pizza & carrot tahini were out of this world. Make sure to get a side of the red pizza sauce to dunk it in, that stuff is insanely good!! Cons: N/a drinks are overpriced & no fountain soda available. The mortadella sandwich is actually a cold sandwich which was surprising, it was still good (however I'd include this in my Cons list...? Ig we just assumed it would be a hot sandwich and it threw us all off).

Yelp
First time and was very impressed. Size of the restaurant was pretty small which led to it feeling cramped and very close to other patrons. Food was priced well and delicious. We got the Bianca and Cavolo Nera pizza, both were very good. Chocolate cake also amazing. Great food and service. Atmosphere and HORRIBLE parking experience led to a 4 star rating vs. 5. If you come here, plan for at least 10 minutes to find parking and walk to restaurant. We walked 5 blocks.

Yelp
We love Rosalia. Recently went over the holidays and had a great experience. We were seated on the balcony so we had a great view of the entire restaurant. Waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered the 3 Dips appetizer (baba ghanoush was the favorite but all were good), Caesar salad and the Bianca and Cavolo Nero pies. Cavolo Nero was the favorite - great combination of sweet and slightly spicy. Bianca was also very tasty. Negronis and Old Fashioneds were delish also!

Yelp
Just like it's sister restaurants, Rosalia is awesome! Good food, great service, and a beautiful, light interior. I met two friends for lunch and loved the share-ability of the lunch menu. Even though the lunch menu is a bit small with salads, dips, and pizzas, there was great variety. We started with the cucumber salad which is very herby, citrusy, and a bit spicy - I loved it and will be trying to recreate it at home. Then we shared the three dips which was their hummus, baba ganoush, and carrot tahina with peanut harissa served with a warm bread that was kind of a mix between naan and pizza dough. The baba ganoush was the only dip that really stood out to us, and if I went again I would order just that. We couldn't decide which pizza to get because they all looked so good, so we went withs some recommended by our server: the Salsicci - your classic spicy sausage pizza, but it also had cilantro which added some variety - and the Bianca which was good too. All of this food was shared among three people, and we were stuffed at the end. I will definitely be back to try their dinner menu next time I am in town!
