I had gotten a gift card here, so we went with a group of friends - I'm so glad I did since during the pandemic we had ordered take out and didn't care for the food. Since then, I believe the menu has been revamped, however I still don't think I would recommend this menu for takeout.
We had a reservation for 4 and were seated quickly, however I found out that Rosalia keeps an area of seating open and available for walk-ins so it's easy to come here on a whim! The ambiance is upscale yet relaxing, lots of greenery and natural light, plus a fun balcony seating area. The patio will be perfect in the summer once the weather's nicer.
The service we received was phenomenal - I would highly recommend having Debra as your waitress if she's available! She consistently made sure we were having a great experience, and was so knowledgable on the menu. She gave us a full walkthrough with recommendations, plus made sure our food came out in a specific order to ensure the best experience possible.
DRINKS: I'm currently on an N/A kick, so I appreciated that they had a couple of N/A cocktails and sodas/drinks. I got a San Pellegrino and appreciated that they brought a wine glass with a lemon wedge to keep my drink elevated! My friend ordered the N/A spritz and it was fresh and sweet - I would get it next time!
APPS: To start we ordered the three dips and Caesar salad. If you haven't tried the dips before here, I would recommend the three dips to try them all - my favorite was the baba ganoush (it was very roasty), but the carrot tahina was a close second. The carrot and hummus really both just tasted like hummus, except the carrot was flavored and a bit sweeter. I feel like the Caesar salad can be a skip here since they have so many amazing starters, and the salad wasn't anything special.
PIZZAS: With the starters, two pizzas would've been enough for the four of us, but we wanted some leftovers so we went with three. The Pepperoni was very classic, Debra recommended adding hot honey but we passed. It almost had too many pepperonis on it, but it wasn't bad. The Bianca was very delicious, I loved the bite of lemon but beware this pizza is a bit salty if you're sensitive to salt like me. The highlight was the Aglio pizza - it was flavorful and garlicy without being to overpowering.
I would highly recommend this spot for an elevated date night or get-together with friends!
