We had a really enjoyable meal at Dolomiti. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel that works well for both a casual dinner or date night. We started with the Bella Donna cocktail, which was well-balanced and refreshing—definitely a solid choice to kick things off. For food, we tried the Margherita, Rustica, and Prosciutto pizzas, along with the beet salad. The Margherita was simple and well-made, with a good balance of sauce, cheese, and crust. The Rustica had great flavor and heartiness, and the Prosciutto pizza stood out with its salty-sweet combination that worked really well. The beet salad was fresh and nicely put together, adding a lighter option to the meal. Overall, the food was high quality and clearly made with care. Service was friendly and attentive, though there was a bit of a wait at times, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five. Still, it’s a great spot and one I’d happily return to.

I recently went to Dolomiti on New Year’s Eve with my husband for dinner. The food & service was outstanding. We were given a recommendation to eat at the restaurant, and were so glad we did. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was busy. The pizza was excellent and our pistachio crème brûlée was amazing. I would highly recommend Dolomiti.

We went all in at Dolomiti Pizza—four different pizzas, four appetizers on the menu, and a couple round of drinks—and wow, they nailed it across the board. Every bite was bursting with flavor, from the perfectly crisp crusts to the bold, balanced toppings. The appetizers weren’t just filler—they were crave-worthy in their own right (special shoutout to the Burrata). Drinks were cold, refreshing, and paired beautifully with the meal. You can tell this place puts real care into their ingredients and combinations. Whether you’re a pizza purist or love trying new flavor twists, Dolomiti delivers. Definitely a new favorite. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

This place is putting out some of the best sourdough pizzas I’ve had. My friend and I enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch on our way to the airport two days later. Super cool staff, had a great chat with the folks running that killer oven.

Absolutely go. The pizza 🍕 was perfection and the salads were delightful too. Plus the spritz on the cocktail menu may have been my favorite yet!

Great restaurant. Great service. Great atmosphere. The neighborhood to park in is a little bit suspect. My only complaint is I asked for no basil or no pesto on my pizza and I got it. I was not happy about that, but let me tell you that their white bean hummus was delicious.

Really delicious and freshly made pizza. Unique flavor, but not heavy at all. My daughter and I easily finished a pizza. We had the Prosciutto with cauliflower crust. The Caesar salad was also quite wonderful. Really cool little spot!

This may be my fav pizza spot for Neapolitan style pizza in Omaha. We went early for a 5:00 dinner (we have young kids) so we beat the dinner rush. I had been wanting to try Dolmiti for awhile so was excited to finally make it. We tried the calamari, Prosciutto Pizza and the Pepperoni. Everything was amazing! I was sad because calamari is one of my favs but I didn't get to eat too much of the calamari bc my kids gobbled it down. The ambience is great. Great place to come with friends and enjoy some good drinks and food. They have a great cocktail menu as well! Can't wait to come back and try the other pizzas!

Really tasty Italian Neapolitan pizzas and sandwiches from a proper Italian pizza oven. Great vibe for a dinner with friends or family. Simple, clean and classy. Don't sleep on the sandwiches- mortadella is great. Nice wines with reasonable prices. Tasty classic cocktails. If you're looking for a great meal coming in from Omaha airport -- this is your spot! (Also fire ice cream shop next door to finish off a great meal)

First: the pizza was good. I got the margherita. The bad: 30 minutes after ordering online, I didn't get a notification. I walked over and told them about my order, and they showed the cooks my receipt. The cooks, who were previously standing around doing nothing, THEN started making my pizza. It ended up taking about 40 minutes total for my pizza, within limited customers.

In addition to the stellar pizza, the beet salad served with housemade ricotta is fabulous, and be sure to try the mortadella panino.

Updates: some favorites are the margherita pizza with pepperonis added. The RUB sauce and a side of chili oil is also really great! The Caesar salad is amazing too!!

Always a winner! Been here now several times and we are never disappointed. Lucked out with a last minute call to land a table on a busy Friday night (reservations highly recommended!). The ambience reminds me of a restaurant you might find in Chicago or New York City where service is bustling and the conversation is loud and lively. The kitchen is integrated into the dining room, so you can watch all the action as your food is prepared. The food choices are interesting and flavor is definitely delicious and fresh. Trust me, nothing will be left on your dish! You must check this place out!

Finally went in for my first experience. The highlight was the service! My server was very nice. Shift change was occurring for the evening service, everyone made sure I was taken care. The rustica was delicious. The quality of the pizza reminded me of Baxter's. The restaurant is nicely appointed and located in the historical Millwork redevelopment district. Well worth a visit!

Savory and chill. Really liked the feel here. Service was just right, ambience was like a local bar combined with a pizza parlor combined with a wine shop, all coming together in a good way. Pizza was delicious too. Simple review to simply say this is well worth a visit.

Went here with coworkers and business partners as a group of 8. Pleasant atmosphere and not real busy on a weeknight. Wait staff was pleasant and we ordered drinks which were good, and a variety of pizzas to share. This is very good sourdough wood fired pizza and we liked the chili oil for dipping your crust too. Appetizers we tried were fine, but probably would pass on those next time.

Had been wanting to try Dolomiti for a while and my instincts were correct. Great spot for wine, drinks, Italian fare and most of all pizza! The pizza was truly the star of the show, you can see the Italian made woodfired oven from the dining area and it cooks the pizza to perfection, the sausage, garlic and brocolini on the rustica were all quality and excellently cooked. The crust was nice and light with great flaky crunch on the exterior and good chew on the interior. The beet salad was a great opener followed by a healthy portion of calamari. The deserts were also on point. Will be back for more!

6 months later update: They have signage! And a cute patio space! I did get to sit at the bar this time and enjoyed the view of the beautiful pizza oven. We had the brussels sprouts and the formaggi pizza -- both were excellent! Enjoyed all the flavors on the brussels and the sauce on the bottom. This might be my favorite pizza in Omaha!

Definitely a place for pizza lovers to try! The Formaggi was really good, but the prosciutto was just OK. I highly recommend their meatball appetizers....the house made focaccia was really good, but little on the salty side. They also have a good selection of wine and other appetizers. Overall, another great dining spot near downtown Omaha.

Have you ever gone to a seemingly dead part of town and entered a pizzeria where every item requires you to Google what something is? Well, that's Dolomiti. Its name is Dolomiti (ok, Italian...that's good) Pizzaria (Sweet! Pizza!) and Enotica (What??? What is that?). Well, Enotica is an Italian word that is derived from the Greek word , which literally means 'wine repository' (from Oeno/Eno-, , 'wine', and teca, , 'receptacle, case, box'), but it is used to describe a special type of local or regional wine shop that originated in Italy. (I had to google their name!!!) And, I've traveled to most continents and have visited the cradle of pizza science (Italy). If you're looking for something different in the pizza realm, this is it. Their pepperoni is what Americans would all recognize, but other pizzas come without red sauce or without cheese. They have a good selection of wines and mixed drinks, while being out of their one tap beer ordered (Kros Strain hazy IPA). Their desserts put pistachios forward and ignore chocolate. (There were zero desserts with chocolate and 1 with the sought-after-sweet-jubilee found in pistachios. Really?) For 5, we spent $215 (with gratuity...tip your servers!); For pistachios and no sauce or cheese on pizza. My Proscutio pizza was tasty despite lacking cheese (it had a Buffalo glob in the center.) I will not return. Dude...I just wish Omaha would make good pizza. ONE.GOOD.PIZZA! But alas, the only good pizza is in Lincoln at Mellow Mushroom, which is ironically failing. 3.4 stars (I'm not giving them 2 or 3 stars, as I'm afraid of the Yelp mafi.....ugh...dead.)

Amazing authentic Mediterranean restaurant. Had some great conversations with the team. They seem to be super passionate about the food and service.

I went to Dolomiti for the first time, and I am a big fan. I got a pepperoni pizza, calamari and fries. All exceeded my expectations. The pizza is a very thin crust pizza and is exactly what I want. The pizza is fired in a wood burning oven, and can provide char that I like. I ordered my pizza with extra extra char and Dolomiti delivers. The calamari is lightly coated and is nice and crispy. I believe this is my favorite calamari in all of Omaha. And the fries, the too are excellently made, nice and crispy on the outside and served with a delicious aioli. . The day I went, it was great weather, so I sat outside for dinner. Just lovely.

I met a friend here this past weekend and it was a pretty great experience. I didn't know until halfway through the meal, but the owner Tim, was our bartender and he was super nice, accommodating, and he answered all of my questions regarding this new establishment. I ordered a couple cocktails, the meatballs, beet salad, and the Patata pizza. All were really good. I would definitely come back here to try some more of their menu items, and frankly, just to talk to Tim, lol. He's a good dude.

My husband, mother-in-law, and I decided to hit-up Dolomiti before seeing the Lion King downtown. I had heard lots of great things about it, so I was excited to try it out! I decided to forgo a drink but my husband got a pretty tasty beer and my mother-in-law got some wine that she said was delicious. For appetizers we ordered the Brussel sprouts and the Burrata. I thought the sprouts were fine but they seemed to be a little bit overhyped. We opted to add prosciutto to the Barada and that was a great addition. I just wish that you got a little bit more for what you paid for. There were only a few pieces of bread to split amongst the three of us, a couple more pieces would've been nice. We decided to order three different pizzas to split between the three of us. We ordered a Margehrita pizza, the Rustica, and the Patata. I thought the margarita was pretty baseline. The rustica was good, but I don't love sausage so I knew that wouldn't necessarily be up my alley. The honey and broccolini was a fun addition though! The Patata on the other hand... AMAZING! I loved every bite! The caramelized onions and pancetta made it for sure! I thought the space was really well done and I loved all of the different textures and tiles that they had everywhere. The wait-staff was very kind and offered lots of suggestions for us. Next time I go I would really love to try the meatballs as an appetizer and I will definitely be getting the Patata again as my pizza!

This new pizza joint in Omaha is one that all pizza lovers should try. From their hip and lively ambience to fresh sourdough pizza crust Dolomiti offers a great date spot or chill spot for a night out with friends. The staff was very accommodating even amongst the business of a Saturday night rush. Don't try to rush this one, it isn't meant to be quick but is 100% worth the wait. Order for 4: Burrata, Formaggi Pizza, Rustica Pizza

The service was great and our waiter did a great job of taking care of us and gave awesome recommendations. The environment is cozy, rustic, and I love the wood fire oven. The food is incredible! You can tell by the quality of everything they make and use. The seasonal Burrata (definitely add the prosciutto), meatballs, Margherita and Rustica pizza was delicious and plenty to take home. Wish we had room for dessert because the cannolis and affogato did sound wonderful! Definitely recommend trying Dolomiti and hope everyone enjoys the experience as much as we did.

Best Pizza joint in Omaha hands down! The staff is fabulous and the food is out of this world! 10/10 recommend checking it out if you're near the area! You will not be disappointed!

I had heard great things about Dolomiti, so when my husband and I were downtown to visit the Durham Museum, it was the perfect time to check them out! The interior is so cute and fun, with pastel green everywhere, matching their logo and their adorable (and gigantic) pizza oven. There is also actual greenery everywhere too, with several plants in every nook and cranny. It definitely all works, with the wood tables and columns, as well as the exposed ceilings. We were seated promptly, and our server Jess, was fantastic. She gave great recommendations and also chatted with us about how great working at Dolomiti is, which was nice to hear. On her recommendation, we started off with the Brussels Sprouts app. They were not too tangy like some Brussels Sprouts can be, more greeny flavored and steamed style, with a small char on the exterior that was super tasty. My husband also got a side of the Caesar salad (which came as large leaves of lettuce, so you do have to chop it up, but we didn't mind that!) I had a few bites to taste it, and it was top notch Caesar - and I don't even usually love Ceasar salads! The dressing was more thick than the normal Ceasar dressing you see, which I actually enjoyed as it sat super well on the lettuce and wasn't watery. For another starter, we chose the Meatballs, and they were an excellent choice. They were a pork/beef mixture, and came atop a hearty tomato sauce with a handful of little focaccia crostinis. If anyone tells you they saw me making little crositni meatball sandwiches, they're lying! We got two pizzas to try, but before I even tell you which ones we got, I have to tell you about this CRUST! I'm not a crust lover normally, but I was even eating the crusts of these slices. It's a sourdough crust that is full of flavor, not just bland bread flavor like you're used to. The Semolina flour they use is even imported from Italy (while other ingredients are sourced locally, which I love). So now that you know how good the crust is, I'll tell you which pizzas we got on the delicious crust: We obviously shared both, but my husband's choice was the Patata. It had thinly sliced potatoes (yum!), pancetta, carmelized onions, and parmesan. It was right up my alley, because I'm a potato lover. I am not a huge fan of onions (the texture), but they were so cooked down in this that it was only for flavor and the icky texture was nowhere to be found. I got the Rustica and it was DIVINE. I saw that it had Calabrian honey on it, along with charred broccolini, spicy Italian sausage, mozzarella, and parmesan. The mixture of spicy, savory, and sweet really piqued my interest, and it definitely paid off! It was heaven in a pizza slice, and the honey added just a bit of sweetness - this is not a dessert. One thing I noticed on the Rustica is that there were full garlic cloves as a topping too, but they completely melt in your mouth with each bite and aren't too garlicky at all, with the way they cook them down. Definitely recommend the Rustica! Tim, the owner, came to talk with us after our meal to make sure we enjoyed everything (nice!), and we let him know we loved it. He told us about his travels in Northern Italy that inspired Dolomiti (with a mixture of Italian and New York styles to get the best of both). Keep up the amazing work, Dolomiti! We will be back many times!

I absolutely loved the dinner I had at Dolomiti a few weeks ago. Firstly, they were open and had power during the massive windstorm in Omaha, which was a huge boon to many of us who were without power. Secondly, the staff was kind, attentive, and prompt. And lastly, the food and drinks were amazing. They had a great list of wines, beers, and cocktails. We had the summer salad with radishes and melons with a miso-esque dressing and it was so delicious. And of course, the prosciutto pizza with the giant ball of burrata in the middle was incredible. I loved my meal here and I will definitely be back!

This is such a cute spot for a day date! We took my daughter while she was snoozing in her stroller to enjoy some pizza and wine. Great atmosphere!

A really strong first visit for weekday lunch. A great looking interior located on the first floor of the Ashton Building. Needs more signage outside, it can be missed. Staff were friendly and engaging. Menu has a variety of tasty looking options. While pizza is the draw, interesting that they don't per se allow you to make your own custom pizza. They did allow me to modify slightly one of their signature pizzas. Went with the Rustica. Rustica has Italian Sausage, charred broccolini, roasted garlic, mozzarella, aged Parmesan and smoked Calabrian honey. I added pepperoni. It was absolutely delicious. Great flavors. The only slight mid-step was the crust got a bit well done in certain spots (burnt) that added a bit of bitterness. Not so bad that it was inedible, but on the verge in a couple spots. I would get this pie again. A very pleasant dining experience. Oh and they also have their own Coneflower ice cream flavors made next door to them. Pretty cool. Definitely worth a visit. If you go to a baseball game at the ball park or basketball game at the event center, this is within walking distance. 4 or so blocks. Not bad at all. Enjoy!

This was the perfect place for a great dinner and cocktail with a couple of girlfriends. We started with aperol spritz and a Lambrusco. There was a good sized cocktail and wine list. The buratta and focaccia appetizer was a perfect balance of fresh flavors and I will be trying to duplicate the sauce for a while. We had three pizzas and all were wonderful. The daily special was our favorite. I look forward to our next visit. Even on a weeknight, I'd call for a reservation. We were there on a random Wednesday and it was a full house.

First of all the person who gave this place only 2 stars seriously needs a warm glass of STFU! 1. The decor is beautiful! 2. Staff is very friendly. 3. THE PIZZA IS FREAKING DELICIOUS! Best dough in Omaha! Light and airy with a good chew to it. My only hope is eventually more toppings ( mainly MUSHROOMS) The Formaggio and the Rustica both so good. Ask for the hot honey for the formaggio. Can't wait to go back!

If you're familiar with Millwork Commons, this spot is tucked just west around the corner from the Archetype/Coneflower/Kros Strain strip. Truly my only 'room for improvement' comment is just about hopefully getting some additional signage. (Which I expect is still-coming, since they're new to the area!) The ambiance of the restaurant is so fun - we saw a diverse collection of visitors from young families to couples, ranging from casual to dressy and no one seemed out of place. The space is very open, with some beautiful touches like the large plants in the entry way, an adorable bar cart for a "hostess" stand, and some fun tiling in the center of the dining area. But you won't make it very long into your visit before you also admire the gorgeous and super unique pizza oven in the open kitchen space. We were visiting for a quick and light lunch, so we opted to try the winter salad and a single pizza, the formaggi (need to double check the name!) And both were delightful! The pizza crust really shines, chewy and flavorful and still crispy and light! The cheese and other toppings were exactly as expected! For me, the real star of the show truly was that winter salad. What a delight! From the crisp greens to the savory shaved cheese to the crunchy additions of the rutabaga and apple and the delicious hazelnuts, it was just truly so satisfying and bright! I can't wait to start another meal there with that salad as long as it's on the menu!

Tried out Dolomiti for a post Christmas meet up with a friend. We arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday and it was quite busy. We both ordered the Bella Donna for a cocktail. It had strawberry syrup and elderflower liquor topped with Prosecco. It had a lovely sweet and refreshing flavor however did have a bitter aftertaste which I'm not a fan of. I ordered the Patata pizza which had thinly sliced purple potatoes, and pancetta. I loved the crust, it was fluffy and chewy. And the pancetta added a nice saltiness with the potatoes. My friend ordered the Rustica which had sausage, broccolini, garlic cloves and honey. I was intrigued by the broccolini but it added a nice amount of freshness to the pizza and the honey was a perfect balance to the spicy sausage.

Service was fast, waitress returned to refill water consistently and was friendly. Food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. We ordered meatballs for the app, the rustica pizza and the pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were basic, good but not one I'll get again I'll try another app next time. The rustica was hands down my favorite, such an interesting flavor profile and the pepperoni was well done too with fresh basil. Great pizza, the crust was 10/10 and the flavor profiles of the pizzas were so interesting and well done! We were able to share 2 pizzas with a group of 4, if hungry would recommend 2 apps and 2 pizzas for 4 people! Overall we will be back, it was quiet enough to have a conversation and the space was bright and welcoming.

This was an awesome find for us upon landing in Omaha. We were seeking pizza, this was the closest with the best ratings. I felt that the food was awesome, but the prices are higher than they should be, but it matches the decor, so it fits. The service was great, and the restaurant is fairly new, so also very clean. After you enjoy your pizza... go to the ice cream shop next door! Highly recommended

Best pizza I've had hands down in a very long time. My favorite was the patato pizza the flavor was out of this world and the thinly sliced potatoes were everything! We shared two pizzas and didn't feel heavy and bloated afterwards. The service was great and both times I went the servers were very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I could eat this daily!

Dolomiti has perfected their art of wood fired pizza. Kicking it up a notch in my book with the fact it's sourdough crust. The 12" pizzas are the perfect size promising a crispy crust, even in the middle. As a Chicagoan, I'm harder to impress when it comes to the za, but this was excellent. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, as well, and stand at top of the chart. We loved sitting at the bar watching the items being made in the oven. Service was polite and attentive. I highly recommend and will be visiting again soon!

Popped in with a group of co-workers for a working lunch. Ordered 4 salads, and 4 pizzas which was way too much for us but was delicious and great to try several different menu items as it was my first time here. The food was wonderful and came out quickly. Friendly helpful staff, with a great atmosphere.

Ate there again yesterday and they nailed it - again! I'd rave about the food in detail, but we had the same delicious pizza and burrata. Solid 10/10!

Solid 4.5 stars. We arrived at a somewhat unconventional hour, finding the restaurant relatively empty save for one other table of diners. It was kinda nice since it meant the restaurant was quiet enough to talk with each other without yelling. Promptly attended to, we were introduced to some enticing specials, including the formaggi pizza topped with mortadella and pistachios. Graciously accommodating our preferences, they allowed us to customize our order, opting for mortadella on only half of the pizza. To start, we indulged in the meatball appetizer served with focaccia, which were pretty good. The focaccia was pretty crispy, and I wish there were more. I love bread. As for the main event, while the formaggi pizza was generally enjoyable, there was a slight downside: it was a touch more charred at the bottom than I prefer. However, this unintended crispiness did have a silver lining--it prevented the pizza from sagging under the weight of its toppings and sauce. Overall, despite this minor setback, our dining experience was still quite enjoyable, with delicious food and attentive service. Definitely a little more on the pricier side in my opinion.

Omaha's pizza scene keeps evolving - Tasty , Noli's, Pitch and Lyle's to name a few. This is most similar to Lyle's in terms of style, and I would def come back here to try more pizza's.

Did me and my friend go out during a snow storm to try Dolomiti? Yes, yes we did. Did we regret it? No we did not! Food was amazing and service was great! The meatballs are *chefs kiss* the pizza mmmm! I can't wait to go back and try other items on their menu!

Omg do I love me a good sourdough pizza. Pepperoni pizza was so good. I had intended to share the pizza with my husband but yeah no. Do yourself a favor and just order your own it's the perfect size for one pizza lover. I e used the sauce from our appetizer to dip the crust-highly recommend!

Where do I even begin. This is hands down my new favorite pizza place in Omaha. There isn't a single spot I can name that comes close to what I experience here. This is a totally different style of pizza, and mainly due to the unique pizza oven. The green oven cooks this pizza in lightening speed, while cooking it to perfection. It cooks in about 3-4 minutes, and I love that they "kiss" the pizza to the flame to add that black char. I learned that the dough is fermented for 48 hours, creating it's insanely delicious taste. They don't use any bleached flour, and everything tastes so fresh. We got the brussels, and if you're following my reviews, I am on the hunt for the best in town, and these are close - theres a unique flavor to the orange sauce underneath, just does something to me! They're so good! The burrata, oh em gee. So soft, and moist and spread so easy, complemented by pesto sauce, wow. Then onto the actual pizza, the rustica. It had me at hot honey, it wasn't hot hot, but it added an amazing flavor. I loved the broccolini. These pizzas are 12", they're not huge, they're meant to be eaten fresh in one sitting, so come hungry. We finished the meal with parsnip ice cream on top of yellow cake. It was fantastic. I have been singing their praises to my friends and one I recommended texted me immediately - "best pizz I've ever had." I see this a staple in No-Do and Millwork Commons.

This was my first time dining at this charming, locally owned restaurant in the Old Market area next to Coneflower Creamery. The atmosphere was lovely, and our server was energetic and happy, adding to the enjoyment of our lunch. I'll be dreaming about my next appetizer order of meatballs with focaccia - They were the best meatballs I've ever had. We chose the wood-fired, sourdough, Rustica Pizza. With its hint of smoked Calabrian honey, it was unlike anything I've ever had in the Omaha area. Delicious from the first bite to the last. Reasonably priced. We'll be back!

The restaurant is really beautiful, staff is attentive; that being said, it didn't quite meet my expectations. We got the Brussels sprouts appetizer and it was fantastic! So much flavor - I totally recommend this. But the pizza really let me down. Very little flavor at all, it was supposed to have harissa, and I feel like it completely missed the mark here. We also asked about ordering a dessert for both of us to share. The server recommended the affogato, and described it as if it was an ice cream dessert. And...it's not a shareable dessert. It is a drink lol. It was tasty but it is definitely for one person. There are a lot of great reviews here, so I feel like my experience might have been just bad luck. It happens! I'll probably check it out again sometime and post an update.

Great new restaurant in Millwork commons! The pizza was fresh, crust was soft, and the cute little purple potato's were yummy! Staff was very attentive, food came out quick, everything was clean, easy to find, parking is meters around the Millwork Building. My only complaint was I wish there was more bread with the burrata, just like 2-3. The cheesecake wasn't on the menu but was a special and it was delicious, soft but dense, which I really enjoyed!

We were recommended to make a reservation at this place, as it is very popular on the weekends, and I'm so glad we did! This restaurant has a laid back, cool ambience with beautiful wood finishes, green accent plants, and cool tile floors. The pizza oven is a beautiful centerpiece that catches your eye as soon as you arrive. We would highly recommend a pizza per person, as it is sooooo delicious and you will not want to share! I got the formaggio pizza and it was amazing! The garlic was incredible. My husband had a pizza with honey on it and I think I want to put honey on every pizza from now on. The sourdough crust is the perfect chewy tang, incredible! My husband and I have traveled to Italy a couple of times, including Amalfi coast and Sicily where we had pizza many times. This was just as good if not BETTER than the pizza we had in Italy. Fantastic!

Delicious food and drinks! Loved the Margherita pizza and truffle fries. Our server was very accommodating and checked on us the perfect amount. Cute spot with the perfect girl's night or date night ambiance.

Had dinner with a small group of friends. Tim, Carlos and their staff did an amazing job! Great drinks, starters and the pizza was superb! The vibe was perfect. We could have spent all night there! Will go back very soon!

While in town on business someone recommended Dolomiti and it did not disappoint. It was one of the better pizza I have had. Highly recommend!!

Visited at a recommendation of a local. Exceeded all expectations. No frills but meticulous. Simple but sophisticated. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Owner was working the bar that was full with regulars. Welcoming and engaging. Food was spot on. Had the Margherita pizza and the Grinder sandwich. Pizza had an excellent crust and bake with a tasty cheese. Son ranked it a 9.0 on the Portnoy scale. Sandwich was as advertised (good not great) served with very good fries. And draft pilsener was the best I had in years. A must stop on any trip to Omaha.

Stopped in for a Wednesday lunch with my kiddos. Really cool space with lots of plants, unique tile, and rustic brick wall. We shared the formaggi pizza and it was delicious! It had all your typical cheeses, but also had cloves of roasted garlic and lemony homemade ricotta that gave it just the right balance and kept it interesting. Great service all around as well!

I finally visited Dolomiti after it being on my list for a few months and hearing great things about it! I wish I visited sooner! My friend and I made reservations for a Friday night, which I'm glad we did because it was very busy. Dolomiti is in a great spot in Millwork Commons, adding a great restaurant to the other great businesses in the area. If you're downtown or attending an event at Charles Schwab field, this location is super convenient. There's plenty of parking in the area in lots or on the street. The interior is nicely decorated, with an industrial theme that still feels cozy with the warm wood. They have a great cocktail and wine list, and some local beers on tap. I really enjoyed the orange wine that I ordered, I would definitely recommend it! My friend and I ordered a pizza each- the formaggi and the margherita. Both were amazing, and I loved the chunks of garlic on the formaggi. The menu isn't huge, but you can't go wrong with any of the options, and I love a focused menu where everything is done well! The crust on the pizza was perfect, crispy but chewy on the inside and a perfect thickness. The service was also good, as we received our food quickly and the server was attentive. I can't wait to come back! This is such a great addition to the food options in downtown Omaha, and it is some of the best pizza around. If you haven't checked this spot out yet, you should definitely do so soon!
