So is a bright and colorful coffee shop that's new to Nashville. I initially found this place on Instagram and was excited to bring my boyfriend here to try the colorful drinks that were pictured.
The location is easy to find, but parking is a little weird. There are apartments right next to the building so we just parked in one of the available spots. There was still snow on the ground so I'm not sure if any of the parking spots were reserved.
The shop itself is very bright and colorful and seems like a great place to take pictures in, but, it is TINY. There were small tables for groups of 2 to sit, but there was a line waiting for drinks so I would imagine it would be awkward if you were stuck at one of the tables that's near the order line. It was also very cold inside, which I was a little surprised by.
By the time we got there, the pastries were already sold out which was disappointing. Neither of us were in the mood to eat ramen in the morning, and since it was so cold outside cereal didn't seem appetizing either. At the counter, the lady who made our drinks suggested we order it to go because there was no where to sit. She was friendly and made our drinks quickly.
As for the drinks...we weren't impressed with the flavors. My boyfriend ordered the gas station cappuccino and he said the small size of the drink didn't allow him to enjoy the flavor, which didn't have a strong vanilla flavor. The confetti Cuban was cute, but not very tasty. The sprinkles sank to the bottom and was the only bit of flavor that I tasted.
We had high hopes for this place, and maybe we'll try it out again in a few months, but overall we weren't impressed. If I went back, I would try a simple latte or hot chocolate and not try a special drink.
