"After stints at some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in the country, chef Camila Ferraro and sommelier Robert Tetas opened up their now award-winning restaurant in a 1920s-style building originally constructed for the Ibero-American Exposition. Let Tetas guide you through the alluring wine list, which focuses primarily on Andalusian varieties and unique sherries, a far cry from your grandmother’s syrupy aperitivo. Then dive into Ferraro’s seasonal tasting menu; her devotion to seasonality and respect for local ingredients continues to bring her national accolades." - Megan Lloyd

"The culinary interest in this restaurant is on the up thanks to the fact that the young couple here (Camila Ferraro is in charge of the kitchen, with her partner acting as sommelier and running the front of house) met while working at the famous El Celler de Can Roca. The chef’s humble, consistent approach is evident in her modern cooking with clear regional and traditional influences, to which she adds her own distinctive personality to cuisine that includes options for sharing and half plates. This attractive restaurant takes its name from a specific stage of sherry production, after which the sherry-master decides if a wine should become a fino or oloroso." - Michelin Inspector

One of the better meals I had in Sevilla, but not sure if the overall experience is worth the relatively high price. Tried the large tasting meny. The dishes were all good and nicely presented, but none of them were «memorable» for me. The squid, hake and chocolate ganache are worth a mention. Service was professional, but bordering on too formal.

A bit of mixed feelings after dining here. food overall was good, a couple of dishes felt like they were missing something to make them stand out. for example the appetizer with the white shrimp was a bit flat (maybe some acidity could help it) service unfortunately was not great. we placed our food order and had to ask for wine list. after we got it, then it took some time until we were able to order a bottle of wine. appetizers started arriving and we had no wine to accompany the food. also once we ate one appetizer after 2-3 minutes the next one arrived, like they were in a rush to close done for the night also although initially we were served wine after some point nobody cared, had to serve myself (which is ok if bottle is placed near me) and if i am aware from the start that i have to serve myself

We had the tasting menu and we liked almost every meal. They had a pleasant combination of tastes. Only the chickpeas with prawns wasn't to our liking. The desserts were amazing. The only issue we had was that we found a long strain of hair in the bread. They didn't really take full responsibility for it.

A truly unique dining experience! Sobretablas in Seville exceeded all our expectations. Each dish offered a distinct and memorable flavor, and the wine pairing was simply phenomenal. My husband is a vegetarian, and his menu was just as impressive, thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and perfectly balanced, not too intrusive, but always present when needed. The sommelier, in particular, was excellent and enhanced the whole experience. We also loved the atmosphere: elegant yet relaxed, with just the right volume to enjoy a conversation. All in all, a fantastic evening. Highly recommended!

A little about me. I like quality food, excellent service and ambience in that order. The quality of the food was equal to any restaurant in Seville. Fried prawns, and onions are not becoming of a Michelin star restaurant. I really wanted to be blown away with an experience. Unfortunately the ambiance was lacking. No table cloths on the table and nothing of note to allow the visitor to know this place received a star. When dinner was served we had two empty wine glasses. Those glasses remained empty until dinner was done, only refilled when we asked. There were three servers. All seemed focused on delivering food but not an experience. I would have paid more for that and have. I wished it would have been a better experience.

Outstanding. We went for the tasting menu with wine pairing. The service was second to none, very on top of things and really well-timed. Never left waiting or feeling rushed, just right. Food and wine were were excellent. The cannelloni, hake and chocolate mousse were some of my favourites. Very good value for the quality, atmosphere, and service. The only (very VERY minor) constructive criticism may be that the menu lacked some more challenging dishes such as offal which I often enjoy in a tasting menu setting. That being said, I will visit again when next in Seville.

We had some really good food and a nice Andalucian wine bottle here despite the problem with the service at the beginning that pissed me off and I don't expect it from a place like this... We were “ignored” for several minutes before I could ask someone from the staff for the menu and something to drink. I recommend this place, they have some really nice local cuisine options and a good wine menu as well. The pringá montadillo was amazing!

Excellent bib gourmande restaurant. Really good 8 course lunchtime tasting menu. All the dishes were lovely and accompanied with a really well thought out wine pairing. Great waiting staff who spoke impeccable english and went out of their way to explain and give context to each dish and pairing. If you are in Seville you must come here! Highly recommended
