Amazing restaurant! One of the best in Sevilla. The owner Sommelier knows everything and shows u the best wines u will ever taste. The quality of the food is beyond good! Its heaven! Staff friendly!

One of the better meals I had in Sevilla, but not sure if the overall experience is worth the relatively high price. Tried the large tasting meny. The dishes were all good and nicely presented, but none of them were «memorable» for me. The squid, hake and chocolate ganache are worth a mention. Service was professional, but bordering on too formal.

A bit of mixed feelings after dining here. food overall was good, a couple of dishes felt like they were missing something to make them stand out. for example the appetizer with the white shrimp was a bit flat (maybe some acidity could help it) service unfortunately was not great. we placed our food order and had to ask for wine list. after we got it, then it took some time until we were able to order a bottle of wine. appetizers started arriving and we had no wine to accompany the food. also once we ate one appetizer after 2-3 minutes the next one arrived, like they were in a rush to close done for the night also although initially we were served wine after some point nobody cared, had to serve myself (which is ok if bottle is placed near me) and if i am aware from the start that i have to serve myself

Had high expectations and was not disapppointed! Excellent quality of food and service. Special mention to the sommelier who was amazing and gave me perfect recommendation! Definitely stop by if yoi are in Sevilla

We had the tasting menu and the wine pairing here. Both were very good. Some dishes were more memorable than others, but we really enjoyed the meal. My only critique would be the pacing - the first few courses came rapid fire, and it was hard to keep up with the pace of the wine on those. Overall it was one of the best meals I have eaten in Sevilla. Would return.

We had the tasting menu and we liked almost every meal. They had a pleasant combination of tastes. Only the chickpeas with prawns wasn't to our liking. The desserts were amazing. The only issue we had was that we found a long strain of hair in the bread. They didn't really take full responsibility for it.

Overall this was a solid tasting menu and wine paring. Most dishes were exceptional with a few just missing an ingredient to tie it all in ( acid ). My only criticism would be the pacing of the wine pairing to dishes. Felt a bit rushed. And at times the wine was brought after the dish it was suppose to be paired with was eaten. Nonetheless, one of the best meals we’ve had in beautiful Sevilla. Would definitely come back ❤️

A truly unique dining experience! Sobretablas in Seville exceeded all our expectations. Each dish offered a distinct and memorable flavor, and the wine pairing was simply phenomenal. My husband is a vegetarian, and his menu was just as impressive, thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and perfectly balanced, not too intrusive, but always present when needed. The sommelier, in particular, was excellent and enhanced the whole experience. We also loved the atmosphere: elegant yet relaxed, with just the right volume to enjoy a conversation. All in all, a fantastic evening. Highly recommended!
