"Under-Study is Napa’s take on fast food meets fine dining. The sister spot toPressis a stylish all-day cafe serving lobster corn dogs with white sturgeon caviar, a French patisserie making “bougie boxes” to go, a well-stocked bottle shop, and a luxury butcher counter in one. You can expect high-quality meat cooked to perfection in record time, and everything drenched in butter in the best way. Before 11am, they serve beef fat hashbrowns and fluffy square egg breakfast croissant sandwiches with herb-infused sausage and padrón pepper aioli. After, their café menu (available until 4pm) includes must-order wagyu skewers with salsa verde, chicken sandwiches with razor-thin pickled green tomato slices, and kosho toast topped with whipped avocado.
