Keep your eyes peeled for horses, parrots, and cockatoos during the day and thousands of flying foxes—giant bats—circling the figs, oaks, and Norfolk pines around sunset in the warmer months. The park is popular among joggers, walkers, cyclists, horse riders, and rollerbladers, many of whom flock to the flat 2.3-mile Grand Drive loop, which circles the park.
