The menu reimagines classics for excellent delivery: impossibly light, simply seasoned chicken wings; a perfectly spicy, peanut-forward kung pao chicken; beef chow mein loaded with fresh bell peppers, bean sprouts, and very chewy egg noodles; and a rich, thick mapo tofu laced with tingly Sichuan peppercorns. The standout is the shake shake shrimp — crunchy, barely-battered nuggets served with sauces (orange, General Tso’s, or sweet-and-sour) on the side so they can be poured on and shaken right before eating to keep the crust crisp.
