"A neighborhood stalwart since 1981 whose Sunset District outpost (1601 Taraval Street) is a standout in an area with few competitors. The burritos are well balanced, with well-seasoned rice and beans forming a solid base for nicely cooked meats; both carnitas and carne asada earn high marks.
