"Opened in fall 2017 as a refreshing addition to a neighborhood previously known mostly for a supermarket and drive-thru burgers, this sun-drenched café was founded by Grace Glennon and Kyle Spor after time living in Portland. Its thoughtful, curated aesthetic—beautiful tile work, handmade ceramics, a strong record selection, and an abundance of natural light—creates a mellow, sophisticated lunchtime oasis. The food focuses on seasonal, carefully prepared dishes, from a Dutch baby with Florida oranges and thyme maple syrup and shakshuka with homemade sourdough toast to cold-brew slushies and a rotating pastry case; a limited Friday–Saturday dinner service highlights farm-fresh produce and bright, citrusy cocktails.
