"The whole Google crew stayed at the Bianca Maria Palace Hotel, which was about a 10-minute walk from the venue. We wanted to be nearby because there was so much set-up, and we had to get there early and stay late. It was a small one, not a big, fancy, highly touristed one—one of those more traditional older Milan hotels. It had a lovely vibe; not overdone, but totally comfortable. Sometimes when a hotel is overdone, it's like you could be anywhere. This one felt very Italian, very authentic. We would all meet downstairs for breakfast before walking over to the venue."
