"Although this bar, owned by Fleetwood Mac's own Mick Fleetwood, is best known for its scenic rooftop dining, its downstairs, speakeasy-inspired bar is where it's really at. The space is cozy, moody, and sophisticated, with glossy dark woods and plush leather banquettes. There's a formidable selection of island-inspired cocktails, the standouts being the lilikoi margarita and the foam-topped Mai Tyler (get it?).
