"When Rosewood Bermuda completed its $25 million renovation in 2018, much of its resources went into this handsome new gin bar off the lobby. Polished and refined in an upscale British Colonial sort of way, Conservatory Bar & Lounge oozes elegance. There’s the white marble bar with Plantation-style rattan stools; black-and-white porcelain tile floors; and cozy linen couches flanked by fireplaces and French doors that let in fresh air and views of turquoise Castle Harbour. There are nearly 40 gins behind the bar—sure, extra-dry Martinis are great, but don’t let that stop you from checking out the list of originals.
