Brought to you by the folks at the Old Lahaina Luau, it's the date night version of a traditional luau: think a five-course gourmet dinner with table service—no buffet lines here!—and performances presented between each course. Rather than being served typical Hawaiian dishes, each course is created thoughtfully by local chef Adrian Aina to reflect a different kind of Polynesian island nation (Hawaii, of course, as well as Aotearoa, Tahiti, and Samoa), with the entertainment following suit.
