"I always take Courtney to Captain Kidd’s in Redondo for a casual, Southern fish-fry vibe — you order at the counter, half the space is a fish market and half is a restaurant, they give you paper mats to crack shellfish on, the fish is incredibly fresh, and I always get two fish tacos and a couple of sides for like $13; it’s right on the water and our go-to date spot for celebrating nothing." - Lale Arikoglu
