An old-school drinks menu is similarly terrific, featuring good Champagne, a handful of well-curated local wines, and Prohibition-inspired cocktails (like the Ramos Gin Fizz and a potent Absinthe Frappe, made of absinthe, anise, sugar, and sparkling wine).
