"There's no sign outside the bar, which can make it difficult to find; look for the single pineapple lamp that hangs above its quaint white and gray shophouse facade. Inside it's true cocktail territory. The Old Man flagship in Hong Kong was voted Asia's best bar in 2019 and nothing here is served straight from the bottle (read: if you're looking for a shot and a beer, you should probably go elsewhere). You'll find fat washed spirits, sous vide infusions and a whole variety of eye- and palate- opening drink ideas.
