The U.S. Has Its First Museum Dedicated to the Olympics and Paralympics
"The new United States Olympic and Paralympic Museum (USOPM) in Colorado Springs, Colorado, dedicated to telling the stories of the country’s top athletes, which opened on July 30. Designed by New York-based firm Diller Scofidio + Renfro, the 60,000-square-foot museum, which took about three years to build, is estimated to have cost about $91 million, according to the AP."
