"Rome’s got no shortage of rooftop bars, but Terrazza Montemartini—part of five-star hotel Palazzo Montemartini—is about as idyllic as it gets. The hotel recently revamped its top floor, and it now has some of the most jaw-dropping views in the city. Outside, it’s all white furniture and plump cushions, perfect for sinking into with a glass of Prosecco. The crowd is made up mostly of hotel guests, though in summer you'll also spot Romans here for the view. The cocktails are amazing and the barks loaded with finger food." - Maresa Manara
