"Opened during the pandemic, I found this harbourside restaurant to be something very special, notable for its sweeping views across the harbour and for sourcing ingredients from farms, foragers and fishermen across the island; signature, impeccably tweezered dishes include a grilled brassica salad and a stuffed grouper with black courgettes and watercress. The original chef Alex Dilling left to open in London, and Simon Rogan (of L’Enclume) has since taken over the kitchen. It is the island's only two-Michelin-star restaurant." - Rick Jordan
