"Mama’s Fish House is a legendary restaurant on Hana Highway on Maui’s North Shore. Famous not just for fresh fish and tropical cocktails but for its lookout over Ho’okipa Beach, a popular spot for surfers and windsurfers, the restaurant has expanded into proper overnight accommodations. To get to the inn, head down a small street behind the restaurant, where a cottage with stained-glass windows serves as a lobby and reception area. Aside from the negative COVID-19 test requirements for guests, the inn’s employees also partake in a daily digital health screening that they must pass before heading to work.
