"With its light wood furniture and bright, modern vibe, Baerlic feels more like a café than your standard brewery; but when it comes to your drink, don't expect a flat white. The brewery looks to the past to inform the present, with beers rooted in the simplicity of malted barley, water, and hops, though they're no means bound by that.
