"Saint Voodoo's brings a touch of New Orleans funk to the tiny island of Vieques with its colorful, tiki-inspired vibes. The ownership's changed since the hurricane (it was formerly the beloved Al's Mar Azul) but it still has the same relaxed, dive-bar feel and reliably epic sunset views from the upstairs deck. Leathery older regulars will tell you that these guys do the best Painkiller on the island, and they're not wrong; the simple tiki cocktail, a blend of rum, coconut cream, and orange juice, is perfect in this setting.
