Chef Kelly Barnhart's restaurant is cozy and health-conscious, with a menu of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. The food here is so detailed that it sometimes requires a bit of extra attention. The honeydew gazpacho (with coconut-fennel cream, micro basil, lemon zest, chili oil, and crispy leeks) is exceptional, as is the rosemary-chia bread, with almond and buckwheat flour, rosemary, chia seeds, and lime zest.
