"Giada De Laurentiis’ eponymous restaurant overlooks the Las Vegas Strip from its pretty perch on the second floor of the Cromwell Hotel and Casino. The vibe is California chic, with white chairs, rose-gold finishes, and a hodgepodge of beachy decor. But it’s the oversized retractable windows that open out onto Las Vegas Boulevard that give this space its wow factor. As does the brunch menu, filled with everything from pizza carbonara to lobster hash and cialde (waffles).
